The PTH Ripper is a Ripper, which is used to break up road surfaces up to a depth of 60 cm. Through the special kinematics of the tines, stones are twisted out of the ground. In this manner, the prepared subsurface can be processed with considerably less effort by our robust stone crushers (PTH Crusher) into substance that can be graded. The rugged construction of the PTH Ripper is often applied to break up compacted soil in construction & agriculture. The spring-loaded release mechanism helps to release sudden load on the tractor during unexpectedly high resistance.

The PTH Crusher models are also available in the RS (rotor special) version. The uniqueness of theRS variant lies in the protruding rotor and the chisel fi tting on the side of the rotor, enabling asurface milling of up to 110 mm without ripping.

Especially in highly compacted surfaces or quick-surface renovations, the RS version out-classescompetition with its strength. Thanks to the massive PTH tools, wear is restricted to a minimumdespite the comparatively high processing speeds. The Crusher RS Series begins with a minimumoutput of 120 hp upwards and is therefore ideally suited for small agricultural operations. For largeundertakings and service providers, the Crusher RS HD variant with 270 hp upwards is available.

The little stone crusher series PTH Micro Crusher clears land from stones, no matter whether for agricultural land as a step of land reclamation, for the maintenance of public parks or children´s playgrounds, or for private garden clearing and small construction site preparation.An extra strong frame for a very long life with reinforced wear resistant Hardox steel is standard as well as the 2-side drive train system which is unique in this machine class. Dimensions of the crushed stones are adjustable via a movable coun-terblow bar – same as on the bigger models of PTH Crushers.The rotor with tungsten carbide tipped hammers makes this little stone crusher very effective and ensures a long wear resistance.With an optional mulcher bar and sharp knifes instead of the stone crushing hammers, this unique machine shows also a great performance in home gardens or public parks as a forest mulcher.

Technical requirements for operating a stone crusher on a tractor are creep speeds or automatictransmission and a three-point tractor linkage.

Two different types of control systems are available for the PTH Hymog:• Semi-autonomous driving and operating technology (lane guidance)• Manual supervised remote controlled operation (on board or via direct sight)

The machine can be equipped with special hardware and software, which enables an independent observe position, deciding the moving speed and avoiding obstacles such as people, animals or objects in the fi eld while performing the task.

Furthermore, in terms of all relevant vehicle conditions like engine temperature, fuel consumption, total area processed, etc., performance measurement indicators according to the customer’s demand and other custo-mized data according to the individual task (e.g. grassland mowing, snow blowing, etc.) and demand can be transmitted in real time to a cloud server.

Description of hand-held remote control device

The hand-held remote control device used to control motions and functions of the PTH Hymog weighs approximately 3.5 kilograms. It can be either hand-held only or with a belt tight fi t around the hip of a person.

The PTH Hymog can also be operated by a physicallyhandicapped person with a medical degree of disability T6,also known as paraplegia.

The high level of technical equipment allows a handicappedperson to operate a PTH Hymog under the same conditionsand with equal performance compared to a non-handicapped person.

The various possibilities for data mining provided by Industry 4.0 will shape the future basis for the perfor-mance measurement of individuals, business units and companies.
