After more than 15 years of supplying professional audio transmission and recording equipment for Telecommunications, Broadcasting, Voice-overs, Musicians, Studios and Event Companies we are now expanding our product line in two directions: mobile apps and highly cusomtizable solutions.

Based on the CENTAURI range of hw audio codecs and all its implemented knowhow we have launched the CENTAURI IV, which is capable of up to 64 audio channels, with all types of gateway, answering services, streaming, scalable mobile reception, news distribution, various file format supportand other applications. Our customers define the application and thus, the activated features.

On the other hand we offer mobile apps for smartphones like MOBI, which is available as a free version in the appstore or also as a branded version with custom definable features.

For all daily down to earth tasks we offer our new C10, which provides our proven and rock solid C11 quality, with highly interesting new features and a really nice price.

MAYAH is launching OPUS, the new state-of-the-art audio codec, for all current products – CENTAURI III & C11 – as well as the new C10, D10, MOBIphone iOS client and CENTAURI IV. Diagramm OPUS is a superb sounding low latency codec for broadcasters and other users.

It off ers bi-directional real time audio transmission between iOS clients or between an iOS client and a MAYAH hardware Audio Codec, such as CENTAURI III (stereo), C11 (mono), C10 (stereo). In operation, the audio experience feels highly natural, like talking with a person next to you - delay almost down to zero.

OPUS features an extremely short delay and is therefore suitable for all broadcast applications. Experiments have shown that OPUS via IP can be even better providing a lower latency compared with normal telephone communication.

C10 – MAYAH’s answer to the basic but essential demands of the broadcast industry

The C10 comes with the new state-of-the-art audio codec algorithm Opus. It off ers superb sound with low latency, especially in diffi cult environments and the dual IP functionality supports highly complex transmission setups. MAYAH also provides a receive-only device, the D10, which builds on the huge success of the GANYMED series and contains all essential features, including dual IP functionality for water proof operation regarding e.g. error concealment.

Within its FCA, MAYAH has used CELT for the past three years – CELT is the high quality part of OPUS. And FCA, the proven, state-of-the-art IP connection, is used in such a way as to be fully EBU 3326 compliant. C10 is the next generation of MAYAH audio codecs: and with stereo and IP, they’re all you need for broadcast applications. As well as POTS – which is still an extremely important interface worldwide – there is support for Dual IP, RS232, USB, headphone out and status & level controls. C12 sets new standards

With edge technology CPU power and the capability to run even highly complex scenarios, our stereo codec C12 serves on one hand broadcasters appreciating standards and users who like to operate the unit from the front panel. Numeric block, display, curser and even function keys are on the front panel.

Of course, you can also access the C12 through the extensive MAYAH webremote (phonebook included) to reach other studios, voice talents or radio stations. Additionally AAC, AAC HE, apt-X, Eapt-X and ADPCM4SB/MICDA can as well be implemented.

C12 is the successor of all MAYAH IPC11x1 codecs. 3rd party codecs are easily connectable with our advanced EBU Tech3326 support. And MAYAH FlashCast off ers the best working jitter buff er, FEC, concealment and automatic quality adjustment implementation. Any MAYAH Flashcast feature known for ISDN is supported as well.
