manufacturing pipeline pigging equipments, fitted instruments and non-standard pipeline equipments.

The company is located in Dao Yi economic developing zone in Shenyang with capital asserts over RMB 20

million, and liquid capital over RMB 5 million, covering an area of 15000 m2, workshop of 2000 m2, and

official business handling area of 800 m2.The company has set up departments such as the Manager Office,

Technology Development Department, Manufacture Department, Quality Inspection Department, Sales

Department, After Service Department, and Account Department. There are 108 staff members, 45 people out

of which are undergraduate students and junior college students. Others are technical workers and those

engaged in manufacture. The company’s key products are pipeline cleaning equipment, filters, instruments,

etc. that are necessary for petro-chemical industry. The company has an integral set of equipments and a

complete inspection method. The main technical specifications and properties have reached the advanced

level within domestic. The company’s output value is increasing year by year, reaching approximately

RMB50 million in 2005, being one of the leaders of such industry within domestic.

International Standard Quality System Certification in 2001; ranked as recommended products by China

Petrol-Chemical Group and successively obtained physical market entrance permissions awarded by major

oil fields within nationwide in 2002, audited to be a membership of China Petroleum Distribution Corp.(Energy

Ahead) in 2003; and the first enterprise in Liaoning Province that gained pressure conduit component

manufacture license (for products such as insulation joint, quick opening closure, receiver & launcher, etc.)

which no. is TS2721002-2009 awarded by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and

Quarantine of the PRC in 2004, and obtained Class D Pressure Vessel Manufacture License in 2005, No.

Pig

Definition

It is a kind of special tool motivated by gas, liquid or other pipeline conveyance medium

to cleanup the pipeline, which can carry the electronic launcher instrument and the ground

tracking device.

Purpose of Pigging Natural Gas Pipe under Operation

Cleanup corrosive substance in pipe such as internal water, clean oil, methane hydrate, ferric

oxide, carbide dust, carbon disulfide, hydrosulphurice acid, etc.; reduce corrosion damages

to inner wall of pipeline caused by corrosive substance; clarify pipe route again; inspect

pipe deformation; check intact ratio of valves along pipe; decrease working backpressure.

Crude Oil Pipe under Operation

Pigging in pipe before inspection, pipe pigging under low throughput intermittent operation;

get rid of congealable oil, wax precipitation and incrustation in pipe to reduce backpressure

and friction, and lower temperature.

Chemical Material and Edible Oil Pipeline

Cleanup the pipe with polymerized materials; isolate different mediums to achieve single pipe

multi-medium conveyance and batching pipe-conveying medium.

New Pipe Pigging

Pressure test of segmental pigging: cleanup debris, free rust, drainage and exhaust in pipe.

Pressure test of through out pigging: inspect pipe deformation and construction quality.

Exhaust before water pressure test, drainage before manufacture, dryness and medium

isolation.

Water delivery and injection line: cleanup scale and sediment.

Features of Products The advantages of the electronic location equipments of pipeline pigging are of strong

wear resistant property and passing ability, high cleaning efficiency, accurate location

and tracking, etc

Types of Pigs Five series of products have more than ten varieties, including cup pig series, disc pig series, wax

scraper series, foam pig series, buckle detector series, etc. Operating Principles

Launch the corresponding pig in the pre-operating pipeline according to operation requirements. Seal outline of the cup and inner wall of the pipeline, force the pig to run along the pipeline by the differential pressure power caused by pipe-conveying medium, and then to cleanup the incrustation or sediment within pipeline by the scraping and scouring of pig or its implement. Application Conditions Elbow curvature radius R≥1.5D(Pipeline nominal diameter≥150);

R≥2.5D(Pipeline nominal diameter≤100) Extent of pipeline deformation: D≤20%;

Medium Temperature: -40≤T≤90;

Backstop should be used on equant tee;

Less accessories or reducers in pipeline;

Full pass valves shall be assembled on main pipeline;

Pressure-loaded metal and non metal pipeline;

Elastic compensation components shall have guide shell.

ZCP Pig

ZCP Pig combines both features of CCP standard pigs and CCPZ Pig, the front end of which adopts supporting cup, sealed cup and distance sleeve, playing a major role in pigging, drainage, waterproofing, isolation, etc.; and the back end of which consists of two cups, playing a major role in pigging, supporting, sealing, etc..

Instruction:1. DN≤100mm, elbow curvature radius shall meet R≥2.5D; DN≥150mm, elbow curvature radius shall meet R≥1.5D 2. Dimension of the cups below are now available, also can be manufactured according to

WSP Wax Scraper

The Wax Scrapers are made by adding steel or polyurethane scraper blade to CCP standard pigs. It is particularly designed according to different inner diameter of pipes, which assures the curved surface fully touch the inner wall of pipe. It is a new generation of old wax scraper, which won’t damage the tube wall and valves while wax removal and avoid stylus desquamation and damages to valves and pumps by scraper blade that often happens to the old ones. It is mainly applied to cleaning up congealable oil and wax precipitation. There is a blowing outlet at the lead end of large-scale wax scraper.

It is mainly applied to water-absorption, sealing and pigging in submarine pipeline.

Smooth foam and wire-brush foam are made of polyurethane that is frothed by imported material(Density: ≥200 Kg/ M3), whose surface is painted with polyurethane materials or added wire. Magnitude of interference is 3-5%. Effective operation distance is ≥100Kg. It is mainly applied in pigging, rust removing, decontamination, and permutation in pipelines.

QRP Poly Flexi Pigs

It is fully made of polyurethane material, mainly consisting of cups, framework, union body, etc. Electronic launcher can be fitted. With the advantages of strong passing ability, large amount of deformation, high strength, uneasy to jam, and strong adaptability, it is mainly applied to pigging and decontamination in long range pipelines in complex situation and anomalous incrustation. Connection and Installation of Pig Receiver & Launcher The installation of pig Launcher & Receiver has above ground installation and underground installation. As silo is required and it is not convenient for receiver and launcher installation and pig disassembly, underground installation is not adopted now. For above ground installation, the Launcher & Receiver shall be horizontal, which center is about 1m high from ground, and shall be connected to underground pipe by nozzle stub and bend but not skewed crossing connection. For connection between Launcher & Receiver and pipe refer to pigging operation flow diagram. Pig Launcher & Receiver should be horizontal, and the diameter of pig valves shall be equal to the inner diameter of the pipe cleaned. Pig inlet & outlet and oil (air or water) inlet shall be connected respectively to the main pipe by valves. On top of one of the fast-opening ends that closed to the pig Launcher & Receiver shall assemble vent valve, safety valve and pressure gauge, and at the bottom shall assemble drain valve, sideway inlet and vent valve to take out medium from the main pipe as the power of forcing pig and transmission medium.

Features of Structure

It mainly consists of the cover, the base, opening mechanism, seal ring, tumbler, safety lock plate,

pressure relief. Self-locking function consist of safety lock plate and pressure relief (closure self-locking, shake-proof, loose-preventing, and opening under secondary pressure relief). No comparative rotation between the sealing ring and the surface when the closure is tightly closed, thus the sealing ring is not easy to be damaged in order to protect sealing system. The external ring is three-part lock (whose interlocking area is more than 90%), tightly locking while achieving simultaneous operation, uniform forces, reduced opening length of lead screw which makes the switch more flexible and reliable. Meanwhile, the lifting surface area of the undercut is enhanced and proper for natural pipeline with high pressure and large diameter. The main pressure parts of quick opening closure are made of integral forge steel without weld assembly.

Definition Insulation Joints are the general term of joints which are of sealing performance and strength

capability required by buried steel pipeline and insulating property required by electrical corrosion, which consists of assembly, insulating plate, filler, seal ring, nozzle stub, etc.. It is new generation of the old insulating Flange. Features of Structure

The insulation joint adopts integral extrusion welding but not bolt or flange connection, clasping and fixing the insulation and sealing materials into the barrel (which is the assembly). After assembling, the inner objects shall be fixed on the relevant position. The whole insulation joint is in good condition under soil pressure, specified pipeline operation pressure and factory or field hydraulic test. Installation Requirements: 1、Avoid dead to-be-weld bond within 50 meters of the installation position of

insulation joint.

2、It is forbidden to lift pipe within 5 meters closed to the joint after insulation

joint is connected to the pipe.

3、Pressure test shall be done to the insulation joint and the pipe.

4、After insulation joint is connected to the pipe, the users shall repair the damage

of weld joint according to the requirements. The surface temperature shouldn’t be

above 120 when anticorrosion working.

5、Insulation joint can be installed on the straight pipe underground.

6、When above ground installation is adopted, the insulation joint shall be installed

with supports on the straight pipe which is 20 meters away from the elbow.

7、Do not install the insulation joint on the vertical pipe.

8、Do not bury installation where there is perennial stagnant water.

Structure and Operating Principle of Gas Distributor

They are steel pressure vessels consisting of barrel, inlet, outlet, drainage exit, vent nozzle and

pressure gauge joint, which mainly apply to every station of gas transmission engineering. It is indispensable equipment at each natural gas station, which is connected to every inlet and outlet pipe.

It can be connected with many accessory instruments, such as pressure gauge, thermometer, safety valve, etc.. And it belongs to non-standard equipment, which requests differently at each gas transmission station. We have also non-standard design and manufacture of particular specification as per the client’s request (pressure, diameter, length, structure, hatch, corrosive medium, etc.) .There are companion flanges for liquid inlet and outlet, oil, gas, and drainage exit so that quick connection with pipe networks can be achieved. XL Series Natural Gas Filtering Equipment

XL-XF Cyclone Separator

Application

As dust collector, it is mainly used to remove solid particle and liquid

impurities from serving liquid to ensure pipeline’s normal operation.

Filtering process

The filter functions are by the principle of centrifugal settling without any

motional part. The filtering process is like this: the service liquid enters the inlet, passes the elbows and then comes to room between the cyclone subassemblies, after which the liquid enter the cyclone tangentally from the top of it. In the cyclone the liquid first rotates the axis downward and comes upward when get bottom, which now become top-spin stream called gaseous core and comes from vent-holes of cyclones to the upper room of the filter and then enter the pipeline from outlet. All solid particles can be separated during the rotation of medium as result of centrifugal force and collide the wall of cyclones and last come down to the bottom of the filter .

Double cycloning reverse streams tangentally enters rectangle inlet. Structure

The Cyclone Separator is mainly made of body, cyclone subassemblies, spray device and functional

nozzles. The barrel has 3 rooms, the upper room, the middle room and the bottom room and the cyclone subassembly is made up of cyclone part and two clapboards. The spray device is formed by round spray nozzle and inlet nozzle , which is used to wash down the dust particle adhering to the wall of the separator.

XL-XL Cyclone Filter

Application

The cyclone filter is applied in oil & gas filed or chemical process

to filtering mixture of gas with liquid impurities or gas with solid particles.

Filtering Process

The Cyclone Filter is designed and fabricated based on common

cyclone separators, which has higher efficiency and is applied in filtering mixture of gas with liquid impurities or gas with solid particles. The technical part is cyclone cylinder, which is formed by two separating rooms and several helical channels. The working medium first enters the helical channels and comes to the top of the by rotating upward, during which most liquid or solid particles will be flung down to the bottom as result of centrifugal force. When the working medium comes to the top of the filter, some particles can collide the upper wall and then enter the water collecting room. High filtering efficiency is achieved by small medium’s rotating diameter which can gain high centrifugal force even when the medium capacity is small and the current velocity is low.

The equipment consists of barrel, end enclosure, functional nozzles,

fog catcher, liquid indicator, skirt support, flanges, bolts, nuts and gaskets.

XL-QL(F)Filtering Separator

Application The Gas Filter or Gas Separating Filter is used to eliminate solid particles from gas medium in order to

protect transmission equipments and instruments (including pressure regulator, valves, pressure gauge and flow meter) from destroy. It is important and necessary equipment applied in transmission pipeline, gas-gathering station, gas distributing, compressor station, pigging station, end station and etc. Most pipeline filth and peeled debris can be filtered off to ensure safety operation of gas equipment.

Filtering Process Our filtering equipments adapt PCHG technical elements of PECO Company. The work medium enters the front room from the inlet, during which most dust particle and liquid fog

can be filtered off from the element assembly. Purified gas will be obtained through the Fog Catcher in the back room and the separated dust and and liquid fog will enter the below fog collector. Quick Opening Closure is installed, which is quite convenient for replacing and washing element when the indicating value of Pressure Differential Gauge is over the rating.
