Coventry for Fencing is a family business and

was formed by Alistair Coventry in 1971 in his

home town of Auchterarder in Perthshire.

The initial aim of the company was to give

local farmers and fencing contractors the

opportunity to purchase timber and wire

fencing at competitive prices. Quickly becoming

established, Coventry for Fencing built a

reputation for excellent customer service and for

always having an impressive range of products

in stock.

From its strong agricultural base, demand

grew and to enable Coventry for Fencing to

successfully service Scotland, new depots were

opened in Carstairs and Doune which also

houses a commercial sawmill.

We deliver throughout SCOTLAND and the NORTH of ENGLAND

Both depots now offer a range of garden

furniture and fencing products for the domestic,

agricultural and industrial sectors. Depots also

offer Coventry’s extensive range of ironmongery

products.

The company has grown steadily over the years,

but continues to offer customers a personal

service and expert advice on all types of fencing.

Additional services have been added such as a

supply and erection service and an impressive

delivery service covering the whole of Scotland

and the North of England.

Alistair’s son Ross now runs the company but

the next generation is already showing an

interest in this proud family business.
