PRODUCT CREATIONCreate products in Batch
1. Go to Products > Import Products2. On the right side you will see the links relevant to the products you are trying to
upload. Click on the category (e.g. “Clothing”)3. Scroll down, find and click the “download” link. The template (.xls format) will be
downloadable at the bottom of the page.
Please download a new template
each time you are adding new products!

• Copy and paste IDs from the primary category column. • Remove the words and only
paste the ID numbers • More categories can be listed if
needed
Tips
A dress could fall under the party dresses and cocktail dresses categories. If you want the dress to be listed in both, please enter “134, 135” in this cell.(Valid values are the same as for primary category, except you only keep the numbers allocated).

COMMON ERRORS
1) Do not upload sizes in the wrong order • Sizes should be uploaded in ascending order • (eg) line 1 for size 8, line 2 for size 10, line 3 for size 6 or M, L, S, XS, XXL • Should be size 6,8,10 or XS, S, M, L, XXL
2) Do not use units • $ sign for prices; ‘kg’ for weight
3) Do not use the same Product ID for all sizes • Each product ID should be unique
4) Do not use a seller SKU code already in use • Each seller SKU code can only be used one for one size • Please remember that sku codes for deleted sku also remain in the system
5) Do not leave compulsory columns blank • All mandatory columns should be filled up

5) Do not pick something that is not from the dropdown menu• Take note especially for sellers working on the CSV file directly
6) Do not make spelling mistakes with available options• The template is highly sensitive and the upload will block even because of a
capital letter • Take note especially for sellers working on the CSV file directly
7) Do not include category names for the ‘Category ‘ column • Only copy and paste the category IDs
8) Do not use the wrong template• Accessories and apparels have different templates. You need to download
different template and upload them separately.
9) Do not change the template• Do not make any amendments to the template (e.g. changing/removing headers• Make sure you are using a new template for each new upload

1/ Save your template as a CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
2/ Re open the template and type in the value for the extra shop in the shop column (Please make sure you add a valid value).Save the change and close the file.

Monitoring your upload results. • Select ‘Monitor Results’. Download the error report file to rectify any error if required.
(even though the banner says the upload was successful!)• Visuals will tell you if upload was successful. • Errors will need to be actioned, Warnings are fine to leave.
