Product Data Sheet MCC Conductor Casing Centralizers The Conductor Casing and Conductor Guide Centralizersr comprises multi layer composite pads with a low friction and highly abrasion resistant surface. These are bonded directly to conductor casing with Pipebond modified epoxy bonding agent. The resulting Centralizer exhibits outstanding physical properties and maximises fluid bypass due due its staggered placement. The parts are Non-metallic and will not corrode when used in conductor guide spplications MCC Pads - Proprietary carbon fibre composite with low friction, low wear Kevlar ceramic surface layer. Pipebond Structural Bonding agent: Highly modified 2 component epoxy system supplied in easy to use cartridges with static mixer nozzle. Installation & Handling

Site based Installation - Carried out by maXwell qualified personnel Storage - Bonding Agent should be kept sealed in their original cartrideges when not in use, and stored in a cool, dry place ( 0°C - 40°C )
