Applications

The DRI Socket Series are engineered to provide the highest quality available. All of our socketsare designed in accordance with MIL-Specifications. The SLDE Snap Lock series is a uniquedesign which allows for easy, FOD free panel mounting, while the BSE Track Mount Seriesallows for quick and easy FOD free track mounting. The SLDE Snap Lock series sockets are compatible with DRI ‘‘E’’ series 2 and 4 pole 5 Amp relays,2, 3, and 4 pole 10 / 15 Amp relays, and 3 pole 25 Amp relays conforming to MIL-PRF-83536.We have engineered these sockets to allow for easy one sided access with no loose parts, savingon installation and replacement time, and significantly reducing if not eliminating the chancefor FOD to develop. These sockets are for use with captive screw type relays, or for use with theavailable adapter kit.

Adapter Kit

The adapter kit will allow a relay with Raised Vertical Flange Mountbrackets to mount to the Snap Lock socket without further modification.The kit comes with the correct number of screws, lockwashers, andspacers to mount the relay.

Panel Mounting Styles

For SLDE205 and SLDE210, Style 10 requires notches for the mountingholes, while Style 11 makes use of only the mounting holes. Panelthickness should not exceed 1.63 mm (0.064’’)

The ‘’B’’ Track series are compatible with DRI BSE series sockets for 2 and 4 pole 5 Amp relaysconforming to MIL-PRF-12883/49. We have engineered these tracks to allow for easy mountingof a BSE Socket and Relay assembly with no loose parts, saving on installation and replacementtime, and significantly reducing if not eliminating the chance for FOD to develop. Standardtracks have from one to five cutouts, with each one accomodating up to two 2 pole relays or asingle 4 pole relay. Standard track material is type 302 Stainless Steel.
