The Rolltop’s fabric-reinforced blue curtain is food-safe on both sides and has a horizontal window section at eye level for safety reasons.

The Rolltop is available in fully and semi-automated versions and also as a manual system.

The fully automated system is equipped with a motor and a control panel. It can be opened by pulling on a switch chain. It can be closed automatically in a number of ways:

By pulling the switch chain By an impulse from lowering the tail lift and / or By an impulse from a preset timer

The fully automated system is always equipped with a patented dyna-mic brake. This prevents the system from rolling down uncontrollably if it hits an obstacle.

Product information Rolltop

The Rolltop is part of the temptec family of air exchange minimising systems. These minimise the exchange of air between the interior and exterior during loading and unloading, and when work is interrupted.

If the temperature outside is higher or lower than the desired room temperature, the temperature in the interior can be kept constant ide-ally using the curtains.

If the temperature outside is higher than the temperature in the inte-rior, warm, moist air is impeded in entering the interior.

The prevention of the entrance of moist air means that the cooling ag-gregate ices up considerably less. Therefore, it is able to work almost without interruption since the time required for de-icing is reduced to a minimum. The efficiency of the cooling aggregate is improved and the energy costs are reduced.

The semi-automated system has to be opened manually and is equipped with a control panel for the automatic closing mechanism. Closure takes place by gravity.

It can be closed automatically as follows:

By an impulse from lowering the tail lift and / or

By an impulse from a preset timer

A spring tension mechanism in the semi-automated system prevents the system from rolling down uncontrollably.

The manual system is opened and closed by hand. In the event of a lack of power supply, the fully and semi-automated systems can also be operated manually.

All versions are also available in models that can be moved backwards and forwards lengthwise to the end wall.

All versions can be assembled to the roof self-supporting between the side panels without reinforcement. Pre-assembled components facilitate quick and uncomplicated installation. Easy assembly and modification at a later date are also possible.

Unique quick-change panels enable the entire system to be replaced within a few minutes.
