Founded in 1949, HDS-Chemie is a well-established yet dynamic merchandising firm that acts as general distributor for many leading international companies.
We represent globally operating manufacturers of chemical raw materials from Europe, Asia, the United States and South Africa and distri-bute high-quality products for a variety of in-dustries. Examples include the candle industry, plastics and rubber production, packaging and coating, automotive and aerospace, construc-tion, particle board production, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, and many more.
Our market comprises over 14 countries in cen-tral and southeastern Europe: Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Monteneg-ro, Macedonia, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Repub-lic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, et al.
One of our most important strengths is our multinational team, and that applies to both, back-office staff as well as field representati-ves. Together, we are fluent in over ten national languages of central Europe, which allows us to meet the needs of our international customers.
With our headquarters in Vienna, Austria, our other sales offices in Bratislava/SK, Prag/CZ und Iasi/RO und Györ/HU our distribution partners in multiple countries, along with several professionally managed warehouses, we provide very capable and professional custo-mer support as well as technical service for all regions of our market. Our main focus is on local activities and service in the field, even in a large market.

On January 1, 2017, HDS-Chemie became a member of the STOCKMEIER Group. As a successful, family-run company, we � t in extremely well with the internationally operating STOCKMEIER Group, which has been run by its owners for three gener-ations.
The STOCKMEIER company has stood for reli-able supplies of chemical products since 1920. It has grown from a regional � rm to an inter-national group with over 1,300 employees and 44 locations worldwide.
Today, the STOCKMEIER Group comprises com-panies that are engaged in the production and distribution of chemicals as well as services. In all, over 26,000 products are manufactured and
sold to more than 30,000 customers worldwide. This size and capacity are inextricably linked with the utmost individuality in our dealings with customers and producers. All the compa-nies of the STOCKMEIER Group are acknowl-edged specialists in their � elds. One thing they all have in common is an enthusiasm for their specific roles and responsibilities.
