2. What is Callbot – Bulk Call Service?

Bulk Voice Calling is broadcasting of pre-recorded voice message to many

telephone numbers simultaneously or sequentially.

It is voice or IVR version of SMS ( Short Message Service) broadcasting which

is now a day’s widely used for various purposes. Bulk voice calling is also

known as call blast, voice broadcasting, Automated Voice Campaigns, Voice

SMS etc.

Bulk Voice calling is essentially an outbound IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

System with one specific function, that is to dial telephone numbers from

database or a list, and play a pre-defined programmed recorded audio file and

play it when the called party picks the call. It also has to keep record of all

success calls (outbound calls which were picked by the called party and heard

the recorded voice message) or abandoned calls which were not picked by

the called party.

4. How it’s working

For Marketing bulk calls purposes:

a. One user can upload a list of telephone numbers from (Excel sheet, CSV) b. Upload the audio files to the (Online System) hosted in Etisalcom cloud

based server. c. Click Dial, the system will dial simultaneously to 30 or 60 numbers at the

same time (Up on the customer subscription) and to be separated as batches till the last number been dialed.

d. The system can do also auto redial, in case of busy line or not answered after predefined time.

e. The system can generate a full report for successful/unsuccessful call and all call durations.

For Polling Service:

f. The end user can upload multi IVR’s (Prerecorded Audio questions Files)

which will be played to the call recipient one by one.

g. The call recipient may select a numbers from the phone dialer to answer

the questions.

h. Once the call end, the system will save this data in secured database

storage.

i. Full reporting system will be available for the end user to get the polling

information, also the call status.

j. Above, is mostly customized solution based on the customer

requirements.

Cost saving as the user will not need more call centre staff to do this job.

Accuracy and proper reporting system as no human mistakes.

The pre-recorded audio files will be repeated on all recipients with no any

different between them.

The recipient may reject the call in case no time to answer or busy.

The recipient will receive the call number of the user who want to run this

campaign.

Etisalcom always considering the miss used and minimizing any mistakes

can be happens, OTP message to be send to the admin user whenever the

campaign scheduled and ordered from the system.
