Maya original - Rapeseed oil, plant-based pickling liquid, sugar, water, spirit vinegar, natural lemon juice, salt, mustard seed, spices, stabilizer: guar gum; modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Maya tatar - Rapeseed oil, assorted vegetables 20% (cucumber, onion, chives), plant-based pickling liquid, sugar, spirit vinegar, water, natural lemon juice, mustard seed, salt, spices, stabilizers: guar gum, modified starch, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Maya curry - Rapeseed oil, plant-based pickling liquid, sugar, curry 2%, water, spirit vinegar, natural lemon juice, mustard seed, salt, spices, stabilizers: guar gum, modified starch; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Maya garlic - Rapeseed oil, plant-based pickling liquid, dried garlic 8%, sugar, spirit vinegar, water, natural lemon juice, mustard seed, salt, spices, stabilizers: guar gum; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Suggested recipe: Burger with Coleslaw (2 portions)

Ingredients: 1 can Jacky F. Organic Jackfruit, 2 cloves garlic, ½ onion, 100ml BBQ sauce, some oil for frying, Coleslaw salad (can be prepared with our maya original), buns, tomatoes, salad leaves, onion rings, maya sauce.

Directions: Drain the jackfruit, squeeze it as much as you can, rinse with water and cut into quite small pieces. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown. Add the garlic and the jackfruit pieces. Fry altogether and once the jackfruit turns brown, add the BBQ sauce and fry for five more minutes. Form a burger patty from the fried pieces, put in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 °C.

Once removed from the oven, put your burger patty in a bun, garnish with the onions, salad leaves and our maya sauce. Pair with coleslaw.

Suggested recipe: Lunch salad with Veggie pieces (4 portions)

Ingredients: Veggie pieces from SINEA 400g, yellow bell pepper 100g, green bell pepper 100g, red bell pepper 100g, red onions 50g, tomatoes 100g, cucumber 100g, lettuce 1 head, soya sauce 50g, pinch of chilli, pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper, sunflower oil 50g, vinaigrette, vinegar 30g, sugar 30g, salt 5g, water 200ml.

Veggie Pieces - Potable water, wheat protein 17%, chickpeas 13% (flour and whole pieces), sunflower oil, wheat fibre, table salt, natural aromas.

Veggie Strips - Potable water, wheat protein 15%, chickpeas 11% (flour and whole pieces), pumpkin seeds 5.4%, green lentils 4.5%, sunflower oil, wheat fibre, fried onions 0.9%, table salt, natural aromas.

Directions: Fry Veggie pieces from SINEA in a pan with some sunflower oil until golden, add salt, black pepper, a pinch of chilli and soya sauce. Bring the vinegar, sugar, salt and water to boil. Allow to cool. Cut the yellow, red and green bell peppers and the red onions into fine slices. Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into cubes. Tear the washed head lettuce into pieces. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the vinaigrette and mix. Serve on a plate and garnish with Veggie pieces.

Suggested recipe: Jackfruit goulash (4 portions)

Ingredients 1 can Jacky F. Organic Jackfruit, 2 onions, 1 small can tomato sauce, 5g sweet pepper powder, 100ml vegetable stock, 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 chilli pepper, ½ teaspoon goulash spices, basil leaves

(as a garnish), oil, salt, black pepper, pepper powder, flour (to thicken), potatoes or noodles as a side dish (optional).

Packaging:• 400g per can / 225g net weight - 12 pcs / carton box• 2,8kg per can / 1,7kg net weight- 3 pcs / carton box

Shelf life:• 16 months

Ingredients:• Organic jackfruit, water, sea salt, organic lime juice.

Directions: Drain the jackfruit, squeeze it as much as you can, rinse with water and cut into pieces. Fry swiftly in hot oil. Add the onions and fry until they turn golden brown. The jackfruit is ready once the water has evaporated and the colour has changed. Add the red pepper powder and fry for a moment. Mix the tomatoes with the stock, pepper and the chilli pepper and heat up the sauce. Then add the goulash spices and the soy sauce, stir and cover with a lid. Boil for 10 minutes. In the meantime, boil potatoes or pasta in salted water. Add the prepared jackfruit in the tomato sauce. Stir, season and thicken with flour as desired.

Tip: Do not boil the jackfruit in the sauce for too long; you want it to stay nice and firm
