Process mapping

Process mapping illustrates the way in which given organization operates and visually depict workflow of tasks and information. It helps to understand WHO and WHAT participates in the processes. It identifies points of potential improvements that enable increase in efficiency.

Research

During the research, we analyse the market and col-lect information on users’ needs. Our overall approach ensures that before the project is implemented, we gain an overview of the market where the given ser-vice will be introduced and how potential users may receive it.

Product strategy

We develop the product strategy with the main stake-holders of the project during workshops. They allow to build a common understanding of business goals, prod-uct vision, possible solutions and available resources. They help shape the further course of the analysis pro-cess and plan their verification at further stages of the project.

IT consulting

Taking into consideration our clients’ individual needs, we advise them on how to choose IT systems and solu-tions in the most effective way. We put attention to IT environment and how it should support the imple-mentation of the stakeholders’ requirements. We help them, making the right choice of individual tools and creating the entire IT ecosystem.

Service Design

Service Design is user-oriented design, according to the client’s needs, so that the service is not only com-petitive but also user-friendly. In our work, we focus on examining user’s points of contact with the service, both online and offline. To do this correctly, you should first identify potential users of the service.

Product prototype

Prototyping is the practice of building a part of the system in a quick and cost-efficient manner and then colliding it with the market or end users. The prototype possesses visual features of the target product. There-fore, it is easier to consult it with project stakeholders as it is more tangible than an abstract vision. That allows you to immediately gather feedback from the market and introduce improvements at the design stage.

Marketing materials

Together with our Marketing department, we offer high-quality materials for your product or service. Such materials describe the advantages and explain unique properties of a product or service in an under-standable way.

Usability testing

Usability testing allows you to check if an application is user-friendly, intuitive and provides good experiences to users before it moves to the production stage. Dur-ing testing its participants perform various tasks pre-pared by UX Designer. Observation of this allows to discover strengths and collect feedback on the product.

Interface design

Based on system specification and user insights we design final visualisation of the interface. Behind the modern and intuitive visual design, there is a well-thought-out information architecture and applications flow. Having attractive, intuitive interface design you build your product success, especially when it depends on a number of users willing to choose your product.

Functional specification

While preparing the project specification, which com-prises set of all requirements, the scope of planned solution is being described. It also includes the defined aim of the project and all technical or trade terms used within the document contents. Among the key tasks conducted by the analyst during preparation of project specification are collecting the functional and non-func-tional requirements.

BA support

The constant involvement of Business Analyst in the project is invaluable to our clients. By taking respon-sibility for managing the requirements, BA assures maintaining the highest business value of the product, serving as a link between the business world and devel-opment team. He makes sure that each party involved understands the scope and requirements of the project as well as immediately communicates any needs for client’s involvement in the decision-making process.

UX support

The user experience designer ensures that the final product responds to the needs and expectations of the recipients. Using research methods, he identifies the needs, habits, and challenges of potential users of the designed product. Based on the collected data and good practices, he supports the process of build-ing a product strategy and designs a prototype of the solution, which is then verified during usability tests.

Working with future processing with the A&D team has really made a difference to the end product delivered to our customers. The team fully understood our requirements and worked with us to help us understand the workflows required for the use of the application.

Being able to present a working/functional prototype to our customers at different stages, allowed us to confirm with customers that the product was fit for purpose – as well as being able to make early sales opportunities. Having this prototype, plus the screen mock-ups also allowed us to cre-ate a backlog for the project much more rapidly than in pre-vious work, and simplified the development process as a lot of the required screens and workflows were already in place and ensured seamless follow through to the development team we worked with at FP.

We would highly recommend this approach and A&D team as they helped and challenged us in the early stages of the process to ensure that we fully thought through the project and helped to identify key functionalities.

Please, feel free to get a free consultation on possible A&D route that can be suitable to specific needs and problems your business is facing. Let us provide you with all the details necessary to kick-off with the planning of the process and advice you on possible next steps. We would like to take a closer look at the specifics of the challenge you approach us with. So don’t wait any longer. Write us. Call us. Whatever you prefer.

You can be sure we pay most attention to each case and treat them individually provid-ing most personal experience you can get in that business.
