Qualification Structure To achieve the Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service learners must complete a minimum of 50 credits: 14 credits from Mandatory Group M and a minimum of 20 credits from Optional Group 01. A maximum of 16 credits can come from Optional Group 02. At least 38 of the credits must be achieved at Level 4 or above. Qualification Documents A Qualification Specification and Evidence Logbook is available to centres from our website www.futurequals.com. However, specifications with indicative content or other guidance will be provided to centres upon learner registration. Progression Opportunities The Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service has been specifically designed to support progression on to other relevant qualifications, including the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
