The months leading up to the historic election were marked by a proliferation ofprophecies about the “end‐times president”—ranging from French seer Nostradamus’spurportedpredictionthattheelectionofa“shameless,audaciousbawler”wouldleadtotheendoftheworldtobusinessconsultantLanceWallnau’sbeliefthatGodraisedTrumpuptoserveasa“wreckingballtothespiritofpoliticalcorrectness”andasa“wildcardthatmessesuptheeliteglobalists’insidergame.”6

TrumpocalypseorReprieve?Our investigation comes amid a global debate about Trump’s presidency and the fate ofhumanity. Before and after the election, themedia and progressives expressed concernsabout what they coined the “Trumpocalypse,” while faith leaders and conservativesdescribedTrump’spresidencyasa“reprieve”orthe“NinevehMoment”foreseenbyworld‐renownedevangelistBillyGraham.10

The Urban Dictionary defined “Trumpocalypse” as the “catastrophic destruction ordamageofcivilizationfollowingtheelectionofDonaldTrump.”The“Trumpocalypse”memeandTwitterhashtagcapturedthezeitgeistoftheworldregardingTrump’selection,aneventtheNewYorkTimesdescribedasa“stunningrepudiationoftheEstablishment.”11

AmidheadlinesintheWashingtonPostsuchas“TheHorsemenoftheTrumpocalypse,”formerPresidentBarackObamaandothersexpressedalarmathandingthe“nuclearcodes”overtoaneophytepoliticianwhosepersonality—asprofiledintheAtlantic—ismarkedby“sky‐high extroversion combinedwith off‐the‐chart low agreeableness” and anger at his“emotionalcore.”“Howcanyoutrusthimwiththenuclearcodes?”ObamasaidatarallyinDurham,NorthCarolina,shortlybeforetheelection.“Youcan’tdoit.”12

Chomsky went further, arguing that the Republican Party—now in control of thepresidencyandboththeHouseandSenate—hasbecomethe“mostdangerousorganizationin world history” and is “dedicated to racing as rapidly as possible to destruction oforganizedhumanlife…Similarobservationsheldfortheotherhugeissueconcerninghumansurvival; the threat of nuclear destruction, which has been looming over our heads forseventyyearsandisnowincreasing.”13

FrankvonHippel,anuclearphysicistandprofessorofpublicandinternationalaffairsemeritus at Princeton University, believes the “irresponsibility, ignorance, andimpulsiveness”ofTrumpcreateanincreaseddangerofanuclearconflagrationoverthenextdecadethatcouldresultin“achanceofathirdofusblowinguptheworld.”14

NeartheendofTrump’sfirstweekinoffice,theBulletinoftheAtomicScientistsvotedtomovethehandsoftheDoomsdayClocktotwoandahalfminutestomidnight—theclosesttheclockhasbeentomidnightsince1953whenthefirsthydrogenbombwastested.Thescientists saidworld leadershave failed to come to gripswithhumanity’smostpressingexistential threats: nuclear weapons and climate change. “As we marked the seventiethanniversaryof theDoomsdayClock, this year’s clockdeliberations feltmoreurgent thanusual…astrustedsourcesofinformationcameunderattack,fakenewswasontherise,andwordswereusedbyapresident‐electoftheUnitedStatesincavalierandoftenrecklesswaysto address the twin threats of nuclear weapons and climate change,” opined theorganization’sexecutivedirector,RachelBronson.15

A growing number of physicists, mathematicians, computer scientists, economists,biologists, and philosophers at Oxford, Cambridge,MIT, and the University of California,Berkeley believe theworld needs to start thinking seriously about the threat of human

Oxford University’s Future of Humanity Institute releases annual reportsaddressing “one of themost important issues of our age—global catastrophic risk.” Thereportsexplorethethreatofnuclearwar,aglobalpandemic,catastrophicclimatechange,andevena“globaltotalitarianstate.”Anuclearconflictisconsideredoneofthetopthreats.16

IndozensofinterviewsfaithleadersandprophecyscholarssaidtheybelievetheworldisinthefinalcountdowntotheApocalypse.Theybelievetheworldisfacingunparalleleddangers,includingthehighestriskofnuclearconflictsincetheColdWar.Asevidence,theycitetherecentnuclearshowdownbetweenTrumpandNorthKoreanleaderKimJong‐un,who made repeated threats to reduce the United States to “ashes”—generating globalheadlinesandangstandreignitingfearsofaThirdWorldWar.InSeptember2017,TrumpsaidattheUnitedNationsthatunlessKimJong‐unbacksdown,“WewillhavenochoicethantototallydestroyNorthKorea.”17

ButratherthanfocusingonTrump’sseeminglyunpredictablepersonality,manyviewhis election—perhaps one of the greatest political feats in modern history—as a divinereprieve.“ThesurpriseelectionofDonaldTrumpoffershopetostop,reverse,andoverturnmanyofthesedevelopments[theredefinitionofmarriage,waronreligiousfreedom,anddeteriorationofAmerica’s relationshipwith Israel],” explainedRabbi JonathanCahn, theNewYorkTimesbestsellingauthorwhowasnamedbyCharismamagazineasoneofthetopfortyspiritualleadersofthelastfortyyears.“Thus,itcanprovideamajorwindowforthegospelandrevival.”18

In the time leading up to the election, Franklin Graham learned that hundreds ofthousandsofChristianswereprayingforAmerica:“ThisyeartheycameouttoeverystatecapitoltoprayforthiselectionandforthefutureofAmerica.Prayergroupswerestarted.Familiesprayed.Churchesprayed.ThenChristianswenttothepolls,andGodshowedup.Whilethemediascratchestheirheads,andtriestounderstandhowthishappened,Ibelievethat God’s hand intervened [on election night] to stop the godless, atheistic progressiveagendafromtakingcontrolofourcountry.”19

In recent decades, and largely during the Obama administration, many Americanswatchedwithdismayastheirnation—onethePilgrimsdedicatedtoGodintheMayflowerCompactfourcenturiesago—underwentaradicalandmalevolenttransformation.

Many trace the beginning of this downward slide to the 1962 U.S. Supreme Courtdecisionremovingprayerfromschools,followedbythe1973decisionlegalizingabortion.Intheensuingdecades,asmillionsofbabiesdiedonthealtarsoflustandselfishconvenience,God was largely jettisoned from most spheres of influence—government, media,entertainment,education,andbusiness.Meanwhile,aswickednesstookitstoll,thenationaldebtsoaredandChristians,whosebiblicalviewsweren’twelcomeinanincreasinglysecularand occult‐enmeshed society, experienced soft persecution while America spiraleddownwardtowarddarkness.Then,neartheendofObama’ssecondterm,theSupremeCourtlegalized same‐sex marriage, and Obama celebrated by lighting up the White House inrainbowcolors.

“Theelection[ofTrump]wasacompleterepudiationofBarackObama:hisfantasyworldofpoliticalcorrectness,thepoliticizationoftheJusticeDepartmentandtheIRS,anout‐of‐controlEPA,hisneuteringofthemilitary,hisnonsupportofthepoliceandhisfixationonthingsliketransgenderbathrooms,”NewYorkTimescolumnistMaureenDowd,quotingherbrother,wroteinhercolumnshortlyafterThanksgivingof2016.“Sincehebecamepresident,

hispartyhaslostsixty‐threeHouseseats,tenSenateseatsandfourteengovernorships.Thecountryhassignaledstronglyinthelasttwomidtermsthattheywerenothappy.TheDems’answer was to give them more of the same from a person they did not like or trust.Preaching—and pandering—with a message of inclusion, the Democrats have insteadbecomeapartywhereincivilityandbadmannersaretakenforgranted,rudenessisroutine,religionismockedandthereisabsolutelynorespectforadifferingopinion.”20

ANew“GoldenAge”?WhilesomefaithleadersviewTrump’selectionasa“reprieve”—perhapsatemporarypauseinGod’sprophetictimeclock—theWashingtonPostobservedthatconservativessawitasnew“goldenageforRepublicansonCapitolHill.”“President‐electDonaldTrump’sstunningvictoryhas delivered toGOP congressional leaders the gift theydreamedof even if theyneverquitebelieved itwaswithinreach:ARepublicanpresident tosignRepublicanbillspassedbyauniformlyRepublicanCongress.”Astheresultswerepostedonelectionnight,Trump said it was “time to bind the wounds,” that he would be a “president for allAmericans,”andthat“theforgottenpeople”ofthecountrywouldbe“forgottennolonger.”Inthewakeoftheelection,conservativesandfaithleaderspointedoutthathewouldappointoneandperhapsmoreconservativejusticestotheSupremeCourt—reshapingthenation’shighest court fordecades to come. In early2017, theU.S. SenateapprovedTrump’s firstnomineetothehighcourt,federaljudgeNeilGorsuch,toreplaceJusticeAntoninScalia.21

Trump’s election brought a wave of optimism to conservative America and wasdescribed as “the greatest miracle in the history of U.S. politics.” Prior to the election,Americansweredeeplypessimistic about the future,with economic expertspredicting ahistoricstockmarketcrashandeconomicdownturnifTrumpwon.Instead,Trump’selectionwas followedby a stockmarket rallywith thedollar once again becoming the strongestcurrencyintheworld—hittingitshighestlevelsinceMarch2003.ABloombergpollfoundthat“insomecasesAmericansarethemosthopefultheyhavebeeninmorethanadecade.”Meanwhile, the percentage of Americanswho said they believe the United Stateswouldexperience“continuousgoodtimes”intheimmediatefutureroseto46percent.22

Jan Markell, founder of Olive Tree Ministries and host of the nationally syndicatedUnderstandingtheTimesradioshow,wroteanintriguingarticle,“SoIstheRaptureNowonHold?” “Are happydays here again?”Markell asked rhetorically. “I am sensing that evenRapture‐watchingbelievers,someanyway,nowthinkthateventisdelayedwhileAmericareturnstoprosperity.Thankstothe2016electionresults,wemaynowreturntotheroleofinternationalleader.Areport[followingthepresidentialelection]saidthatinthewakeofBrexitandDonaldTrump,theEuropeanUnionmayfallapart.Haveprophecywatchersbeenprovenwrong?Neitherofthesefitintothepresumed‘agenda.’”23

DespiteinitialeuphoriaamongChristiansandconservatives,Trump’selectiondoesn’tmeantheworld’s colossal problems—unparalleled levels of national, corporate, and consumerdebt exceeding $217 trillion globally; widespread government corruption; the growingthreatofacatastrophicwar,tonameafew—havesomehowmagicallydisappeared.24

A strange and perplexing chaos is enveloping the planet, what some are calling the“unraveling,”with the strongpotential tobring aboutmajor crises—ranging fromglobalfinancialcataclysmtonuclearwartoapotentialpeacedealthatcouldengulftheMiddleEastinconflict.PresidentTrumpwilllikelyfacetheseandothercriticaldevelopmentsduringhistimeinoffice.

SinceTrump’selection,politicians,celebrities,andothershaveexpressedconcernsthathewillabusehispoweraspresidentandbecomeadictatorinthestyleofAdolfHitler.TheyareconcernedhewillgaincontroloftheChristian,conservative,andalt‐rightmedia;conductJosephMcCarthy–likecommunistwitchhunts;andusethepopulistmovementtoradicallytransform America into a military fascist police state. “Democracy is now in crisis,”billionaire investor George Soros, a major funder of the Democratic Party, wrote in hisProjectSyndicatecolumn.“EventheU.S.,theworld’sleadingdemocracy,electedaconartistandwould‐bedictatorasitspresident.”Meanwhile,manyAmericans—especiallymembersoftheLGBTcommunity,minorities,andyouth—areworriedthatTrumpisthechampionofangry,white,working‐andmiddle‐classAmericans,especially“angrywhitemen”whodesirepayback.25

5.AseriesofenvironmentalcrisesorcatastrophicdisasterssuchastheeruptionofmassiveearthquakesorvolcanoesalongtheRingofFireinthePacificRimthatstretchestwenty‐fivethousandmilesinahorseshoeshapefromNewZealandtoJapan,over toAlaska,anddowntoCaliforniaandSouthAmerica.Newresearchfoundamega‐quakeofmagnitude8.3couldunzipallatoncealongtheentireeight‐hundred‐mileSanAndreasFaultinCalifornia,unleashingan“alarmingscenarioofdestruction.”Meanwhile,volcanoesTurrialbainCostaRica,PavlofinAlaska,CampiFlegreiinItaly,SakurajimainJapan,andPopocatepetlinMexico,amongothers,arereawakening—settingoff“alarmamongthescientistcommunitythatwarnsabouta chain of imminent eruptions.” If the Yellowstone supervolcano erupts,whichscientistsareincreasinglyconcernedabout,itwouldspewvastquantitiesofsulfurdioxideandothergasesintotheatmosphere,leadingtoclimatecoolingthatcouldlastuptoadecadeandcausewidespreadcroplossesandfamine.30

IfTrumpsuccessfullyclosesthedealtorebuildtheTemple—afterall,he’stheauthorofTheArtoftheDeal—thepotential exists for a temporal peace between Israel and its neighbors. If thishappens,itcouldbeafulfillmentof1Thessalonians5:3,whichsays,“Whilepeoplearesaying, ‘Peaceandsafety,’destructionwillcomeonthemsuddenly,as laborpains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.” From a propheticperspective,thisbiblicalverseisawarningthatcouldinvolvetheAntichristand

theseven‐yearTribulationperiod.Atemporaltimeofpeaceandsafetyduringthefirst half of the Tribulation, the Bible says, would be followed by intensepersecutionoftheJews,unparalleledglobaldisasters,famine,andwarthatwouldwipe out three‐quarters of all life on the earth—culminating in the Battle ofArmageddonandthesecondcomingofChrist.Thiswouldn’tmeanthatTrumpisthe Antichrist, but it could mean that he, as with any powerful world leader,especially an American president, could be used by powerful, secretive forceswithoutknowingit.31

8.TensionsbetweenIsrael,militantMuslimnations,andthePalestinianscoulderuptatanytime,andTrump’seffortscouldeasilybackfireifheistooambitiouswith a potential peace agreement. The treaty could fall apart and create a newMiddleEasternconflict.ThetraditionallocationoftheancientJewishtemplesisintheTempleMount areawhere theMuslimDome of the Rock shrine is located.TamperingwiththeDomeoftheRockcouldeasilyignitetheThirdWorldWar.

HistoricImpactontheAmericanPsyche

Trump’s presidential campaign and electionhavehad a historic impact on theAmericanpsyche.Hisenormousforceofcharismaandpersonality,alongwithhiseconomic,political,andspiritualbeliefs,hasresultedinaseismicshiftintheconsciousnessofAmerica.

The very fact that Trump won the election against such formidable opposition—includingattacksbythemedia,theRepublicaneliteandtheirpoliticaldynastiesliketheBushfamily,powerfulglobalists,multinationalcorporations,techgiants,Hollywoodcelebrities,andotherinfluentialplayers—isunprecedentedinAmericanpolitics.

Many experts, including political prognosticators and media, were bollixed by whathappened.Fromthebeginning,theyseemedtoviewitasagiventhatClintonwouldwintheelectionuntilthefinalhoursonelectionnightwhenTrumpwonintheElectoralCollege.

Trumpemergedvictoriousdespitetheendlessattacks,includingthemedia’scollusionwithClintonandtheDemocraticParty,asrevealedbytheanti‐secrecywebsiteWikiLeaks.During the campaign, WikiLeaks revealed that several prominent media figures wereworkingcloselywiththeClintoncampaignandthatcablenewsemployeessharedquestionswithClintoninadvanceoftelevisedtownhalleventsanddebates.32

Butinsteadofadmittingtheywerewrong,themediacontinuedtodenyandobfuscate.Evenaftertheelection,theycreatedaseriesofstunningfalsehoodsbasedonHitler’stheoryof the “big lie,” accusing the alternative media, including Matt Drudge—founder of thepopularDrudgeReport—of actingasRussianagentsorunknowinglypassingonRussianpropaganda.33Theclaimwasridiculous,andhonestmembersofthemedia,alongwithmostAmericans,sawthroughthehypeof“fakenews.”

Neartheendofthecampaign,aGallupsurveyfoundthatAmerica’strustandconfidenceinthemassmedia“toreportthenewsfully,accuratelyandfairly”haddroppedtoitslowestlevelinGalluppollinghistory.Only32percentofAmericanssaidtheyhadagreatdealorafairamountoftrustinthemedia,downfromahighof72percentin1976inthewakeof

widely lauded examples of investigative journalism involving theWatergate scandal andVietnam.Meanwhile,Republicanswhosaidtheytrustthemediaplummetedto14percent,downfrom32percentonlyayearearlier.AnothersurveyusingdatagatheredbytheMediaInsightProject,apartnershipbetweentheAssociatedPress–NORCCenterforPublicAffairsResearchandtheAmericanPressInstitute,foundonly6percentofpeoplehavea“greatdealofconfidence”inthepress.34

Speakingofthispoll,Woodwardsays,“Thereisageneralsentimentamongstmostofthemiddleclassthatthemainstreammediaisinfactinthetankwiththeglobalists,withtheelite,with the Establishment. People are getting this notion that there is amind controlprojectinAmericaandthemindcontrolprojectisessentiallynottotellusthetruthaboutwhatisreallygoingon,buttofeeduslies.”35

AsubsequentNPR/PBSpollreleasedinthesummerof2017foundmoreAmericanstrusttheWhiteHousethanthemainstreammedia.Ofthosesurveyed,37percentsaidtheytrustthe Trump administration, compared to 30 percent for the media and 29 percent forCongress.Morethanhalf(56percent)ofDemocratsexpressedfaithinthemedia,butonly9percentofRepublicansdid.36

TakingontheEstablishment

Fordecades,millionsofevangelicalChristianshavebeenthetargetsofreligiousharassmentand discrimination by the media, Hollywood, government, and the public educationalsystem.WhilejustabouteveryothergroupinAmericahasenjoyedspecialprivilegesandprotections,Bible‐believingChristianshavebeenopenlyattacked,mocked,andforcedbythegovernment,lawenforcement,andemployerstodothingsthatviolatetheirfaith.Manyhavebeensubjectedtoshaming,“hatespeechhysteria,”lossofemployment,andothernegativeexperiencesduetotheirChristianbeliefs.37

One of the most significant aspects of Trump’s presidential campaign is that hechallenged the failingEstablishmentwith ideas basedonones developed at our nation’sfounding—first by the Pilgrims and later by our Founding Fathers. These revolutionaryheroescarefullycraftedtheU.S.BillofRightstoprotectAmericans—atthetimefromBritishtyranny—fromtheverytypesofabusestakingplacetoday.Theseconcepts—asoutlinedintheDeclarationofIndependencethat“allmenarecreatedequal,thattheyareendowedbytheir Creator with certain unalienable Rights”—are the foundation of the Americanexperiment.America traces itsorigins to the religious separatists, thePilgrims,who fledpersecutionfromEnglandontheMayflowerin1620insearchofreligiousfreedomintheNewWorld.ThisisoneofthereasonswhyTrump’scampaignslogan“MakeAmericaGreatAgain”deeplyresonatedintheheartsandmindsofaverageAmericans.

Trump’s astonishing rise to power came at the right time for many people. He’s anoutsiderwhoneverheldpoliticalofficeandasuccessfulbusinessmanwhohadtoproduceactualresultsintherealworld,notjustplaypoliticalgames.Hewasfreetospeakcandidlyaboutthetruestateofourpoliticalsystemandgovernment—onethatisfarmorecorruptandineffectivethanmostpeoplerealized.Trumpshinedalightintothedarkness.Whenhewalked onstage during the debates, itwas obvious thiswas not the same old, same oldeveryonewasusedto.Trump’sbodylanguage,facialexpressions,andtough‐guyremarks

fromhisupbringinginQueens,NewYork,litthestagesandtheAmericanpeopleonfire.Butmostofall,Trumpmadeitobviousthatthesystemwasincompetent,crooked,andrigged.

In one of hismostmemorable speeches shortly before the election, Trump said the“Clintonmachine”haddirectedaworldwidenetworkthatriggedtheeconomyagainsttheworkingclass.

It’saglobalpowerstructurethatisresponsiblefortheeconomicdecisionsthathaverobbedourworkingclass,strippedourcountryofitswealthandputthatmoneyintothepocketsof ahandfulof large corporationsandpolitical entities…TheClintonmachine isat thecenterof thispowerstructure.We’veseen this firsthand in theWikiLeaksdocuments, inwhichHillaryClintonmeets insecretwith internationalbanks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty to enrich these global financialpowers, her special interest friends, and her donors… This is a struggle for thesurvival of our nation… Our great civilization, here in America and across thecivilizedworld,hascomeuponamomentofreckoning.We’veseenitintheUnitedKingdom, where they voted to liberate themselves from global government andglobaltradedeals,andglobalimmigrationdealsthathavedestroyedmanyofthosenations.ButthecentralbaseofworldpoliticalpowerisrighthereinAmerica,anditisourcorruptpoliticalEstablishmentthatisthegreatestpowerbehindtheeffortsatradicalglobalizationandthedisenfranchisementofworkingpeople.38

WhenTrumpspoke,thelightbulbsturnedonintheheadsofmillionsofAmericans.TheyunderstoodwhyafterthelastsixdecadesofDemocratvs.RepublicanpoliticsthatnothinghadchangedforthebetterandwhycountlessmillionsofAmericanswereoutofworkastheir jobs had beenmoved overseas, alongwith seventy thousandmanufacturing plantsrelocatedtoChina,Mexico,andothernations.39

Finally,theAmericanpeopleunderstoodwhattheyhadalwayssuspected:thattheeliteinbothpartieshadsecretlyworkedtogethertobamboozlethemandenrichthepeopletheywere really working for—the globalist elite, multinational corporations, special interestgroups, and big donors. The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), GeneralAgreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), and Central America Free Trade Agreement(CAFTA) treaties, along with the proposed North American Union—one of ten regionalunionsproposedbytheUnitedNations—weresoldtotheAmericanpeoplebyprominentpoliticiansasbigjobcreatorsthatwouldfuelaneconomicboominAmericaandglobally.

But people aren’t stupid. They suspected that the “1 percent,”which Trump and hisfamily,ironically,areapartof,wouldgetrichbeyondtheirwildestdreams,thankstothesetradetreaties.TheyalsoknewthattheAmericanworkingandmiddleclassofallracialandethnicgroupswouldbecomepoorerbecauseofthis,andthat’sexactlywhathappenedtomanypeoplewholosttheirjobs,homes,andfamilies.Duringtherace,Trumpblewthelidoffthewaythesystemreallyworks.“Ourpoliticianshaveaggressivelypursuedapolicyofglobalization—moving our jobs, our wealth, and our factories to Mexico and overseas,”Trump said. “Globalization has made the financial elite who donate to politicians verywealthy.Butithasleftmillionsofourworkerswithnothingbutpovertyandheartache.”40

AsTrumpcontinuedtoeducatetheAmericanpeopleabouttheeconomicstackeddeck,peoplebegantoseetheevidencethatmuchofwhatthegovernmentwasinthebusinessofdoingwascompletelyineffective,incompetent,ordirectlyharmful.

AsTrumppointedout,thegovernmentandthepoliticianssimplymadeonelousydealafter another—allowing nations such as China to cheat America repeatedly. Despite themilitaryinvasionsofIraqandAfghanistan—themostexpensivewarsinU.S.history,costinganestimated$4trillionto$6trillion—thethreatofterrorismisgreaterthanever,andnowtheworldhasISISandotherterroristgroupstocontendwith.Meanwhile,ourborderswereleft wide open, allowing known criminals and military‐age males from militant Muslimnations into our countrywith little vetting. This isn’t just Obama’s fault. The policies ofprevious administrations, both Republican and Democrat, have contributed to thismesstoo.41

Inthewakeofallthisdisorderandcalamity,Trump,givenhisabilitytoconnectwithordinarypeople,inspiredmillionsofAmericanstofeelrealhope,andtofeelthatthereisapossibilitythattheycanonceagainexperiencetheAmericandream.

TheRevolutionIsViralWhat Trump has done with his campaign and election is to inspire a major shift inconsciousnessamongmillionsofAmericans.Theynolongerfeelaloneorthattheyarebeingsuppressedand told to shutuporbe senthome.Theydon’t fear that theywill be fined,arrested,orsenttojailforsimplyexercisingtheirconstitutionalliberties.Anewoptimism,boldness,hope,andcouragehaveinvigoratedtheland.WhoTrumpisandwhathestandsfor are contagious, and they have spread virally across America despite the continualdeception, attacks, shaming, and labeling of Trump supporters as “deplorables” orconsumersofRussianpropaganda.

ThisbuoyancyandfreshvisionforAmericahavealsoinfusedevangelicalChristianswithanewspirit.Afteryearsofhavingtohangtheirheadslowjusttosurvive,theywitnessedalivingexampleofonemanwhowasbrave,compassionate,andpositiveandhadthegutstotake on themost powerful political forces on earth. Trump demonstrated tomillions ofevangelical Christians that even if it seems you’re outnumbered you can peacefully,intelligently,andpositivelypushback.InthepoweroftheHolySpirit,youcanstandupforyourGodandwhatyoubelievein.

On a consistent basis now, themore honest cable television networks are featuringreportsofintelligentandhighlyeducatedChristianspushingbackagainstthesuppressionoftheirconstitutionalrightsoffreedomofspeechandreligion.Forthefirsttimeinmanydecades,anewChristianmovement,whatFranklinGrahamcallsthe“Christianrevolution,”hasbegun.Christianstudentsoncollegeandhighschoolcampusesarestandingupfortheirfaithinpositive,intelligent,peaceful,andyetboldways.Ordinaryworkingmenandwomenarerisinginthisnewspiritualrevolutionandarenolongerallowingpeopleandgroupstoharmtheirbusinessesorchurchesforsimplyexpressingoradheringtotheirfaith.42

OutofthisChristianrevolution,countlesssoulswillbesavedbecauseGod’speopleareno longerafraid toproclaimthegospeland leadpeople intoasavingknowledgeof JesusChrist.ThisChristianrevolutioncouldbethebeginningofamightybiblicalawakening—onethatstartedmysteriouslywithastringofpropheciesbeginningadecadeagoandculminated

Curiously, the number seven—the most significant biblical number, infused withpropheticmysteriesby theuniverse’s infinitemathematician—envelopsTrump’s lifeandmaypointtowardsometypeofdestinyinvolvingIsrael.

TrumpwasbornonJune14,1945,sevenhundreddaysbeforeIsraelbecameanation.Israelwasseventy‐sevendaysold,sevenhundredandseventy‐sevendaysafterTrumpwasborn.Israel’sseventiethbirthdaywillarrivesevenhundreddaysafterTrump’sseventiethbirthday.TrumpwontheelectiononIsraeliprimeministerBenjaminNetanyahu’sseventhyear, seventhmonth,andseventhday inoffice. Inaddition tobeingseventyyears, sevenmonths,andsevendaysoldonhisfirstfulldayinoffice,thisoccurredduringyear5777ontheHebrewcalendar.

“Mr.President, in theBible rain is a signofGod’sblessing,and it started to rain,Mr.President,whenyoucametotheplatform,”FranklinGrahamsaidinhisinauguralprayer.“Andit’smyprayerthatGodwillblessyou,yourfamily,youradministration,andmayheblessAmerica.”45

DiscoverYourDestinyinthe“ChristianRevolution”Trump’spresidencycomesamidasensethatamassivespiritualoppressionhasbeenliftedoffAmerica.Beforetheelection,manyAmericansrealizedtheywereinabattleforthesouland survival of their country. They prayed, got involved, and voted and—against whatseemedinsurmountableodds—watchedasTrumpwaselectedinoneofthebiggestpoliticalupsetsinhistory.

“Isaidtooneofmyfriendsthatwedodgedthebullet,”saysJimGarlow,pastoratSkylineChurchinSanDiegoandamemberofTrump’sevangelicaladvisoryboard.“Herespondedbacktome:‘Wedodgedanuclearwarhead.’Wewereinthethroesofcompletedestruction.IfHillarywouldhavebeenelectedandservedeightyears…therewouldhavebeenpastorsfacingfinesandperhapsevenimprisonmentforstandingforthetruthinScripture…Wehad[inTrump’selection]amiraculousinterventioncomparabletothecrossingoftheRedSea.”46

Yetthebattlehasonlybegun.ProphecyexpertsbelieveaphasedunravelingofAmericaandtheworldisunderwaythatwillleadtowhattheelitecalltheglobaleconomic“reset”andtherolloutofmicrochipimplantsforpeopleworldwide.Atthesametime,manyfaithleadersbelievethegreatestspiritualawakeningeverwilloccuramidthecoming“shaking.”47

Trump, despite his imperfections, may paradoxically pave the way for this spiritualrejuvenationfollowedbythegreatesteventinhistory—thesecondcomingofChrist.

WebelieveGodhasraisedupTrumptofighttheglobalistelitesandtheirplantounleashtheNewWorldOrderonhumanity.Weneedtostandwithandprayforourpresident,liverighteous lives, and seek the Lord’s guidance. Throughout American history, great leaders from George Washington to AbrahamLincoln toRonaldReagan have understood that a fierce battle iswaging in the invisiblerealm.Weareallcalledtofightinthisspiritualwar.Buttopreparewemustputonthe“fullarmorofGod”(Eph.6:11NIV)andgainasolidunderstandingofwhatistrulygoingonbehindthescenesinourworldandthesheermagnitudeofthediabolicalforceswe’reupagainst.Hosea4:6 says, “Mypeoplearedestroyed for lackofknowledge” (MEV).TheapostlePaulwarnedusnottobeignorantofSatan’s“devices”(2Cor.2:11).JamestoldustosubmittoGod,resistthedevil,and“hewillfleefromyou”(James4:7MEV).

God is not finishedwith America, and he is using Trump to help fulfill its propheticdestinytotakethegoodnewstotheendsoftheearthforonefinal,end‐timesrevival.Weneedtoblowtheshofar—thebiblicaltrumpetheraldingthebeginningofbattle—loudandclearbecauseTrumpisstandingwithIsraelindefianceofthepowerfulforcesalignedagainsttheappleofGod’seye(Zech.2:8).

Manyhaveasenseofurgencyandwanttodotheirpartinthis“Christianrevolution.”It’stimeforaparadigmshift.Byallindicators,theworldisonthefasttracktothefulfillmentofmajor end‐of‐the‐age events.But thatdoesn’tmeanGod simplywantsus to rideout thepropheticsuperstormuntilwe’resupernaturallywhiskedofftoheaven.

The nuclear launch suitcase contains theequipmentanddecision‐makingpaperstoorderanuclearresponse.Thisincludesablackbookwithamenuofstrikeoptions,athree‐by‐five‐inchcardwithauthenticationcodestoconfirm presidential identity, a list of secure bunkers where he can take shelter, andinstructionsfortheEmergencyAlertSystem.3

Secondslater,TrumpisspeakingtoseveralaidesaboutsatellitephotosrevealingthatRussia has eight tactical nuke launchers not far fromNATO troops in Ukraine. Trump’sadvisershavepreviouslyinformedhimthatEasternEuropeisthemostlikelyplacewhereacrisiscouldescalatetothenuclearlevel,mostlybecausetheUnitedStateshasguaranteedthesecurityoftheformerSovietrepublicsintheareasincetheColdWar.4

Trump’s generals and the intelligence officials need more information beforerecommendingacourseofaction.Theyhaven’tbeenabletoreachPutin,whoisvacationingataremotemountain lake. Is thisashowofforceandablufftoforceNATOtowithdrawshortlybeforeanattack?Trumpdecidesit’sashowofforce,butnotabluff,andifthereisnotsomekindofwithdrawalofforces,thatRussiawilllaunchitstacticalnukes.IfNATOfiresonRussian troops or territories, TrumpbelievesRussiawill strike backharderwith theexpectationthatNATOwillquicklymoveoutofthearea.

ButTrumpalsoknowsthatnumerousgeneralsandintelligenceheadshavelongbeenwaitingforanopportunitytoengageRussiamilitarily,andanyactionsbytheUnitedStatesthat could be perceived as either weak or overly aggressive could ignite a regionalthermonuclearwarthatcouldeasilyescalateintoArmageddon.

Time ticks away andpassionate, heatedarguments erupt amonghis top advisers.AsTrumpassessesthesituation,hepondersrecentactionsbytheEUandtheglobalcommunitytopunishPutinfordefyingrequeststoquitmakingconfrontationalstatementsandtemperRussia’smilitarybuildup.TrumpbelievesifhecouldgetPutinonthephoneprivately,hecouldworkthisout.ButhehasbeentoldbysomeofhisadvisersthatKremlinhard‐linersdeliberatelyplanned for this tooccurwhilePutinwasoutof reach so they could forceamilitaryconfrontation.Theydon’tbelievetheUnitedStatesortheEUhasthestomachforanuclearconflictandwillretreat.Inshort,Trumpandhisadvisersconcludethehard‐linersarerunningtheshow,andattemptsatnegotiationwouldbeuseless.

Trumporderseveryoneoutoftheroomexceptfortwoofhisclosestgeneralsandtheaidewiththenuclearfootball.HeaskshisgeneralswhetheracounterattackwillforcetheRussian hard‐liners to retreat or if that would escalate the conflict into a regionalthermonuclearwar.Astheclockticks,thereisstillnoconfirmationfromNATOregardingthenuclearstrikeneartheUkraineborder.

Trump is facedwith themostdauntingdecisionofhispresidency—one that literallycould decide the fate of humanity. As they await further information, Trump is deep inthoughtaboutsomeBibleprophecypassageshereadinabookthatpastorsgavehimduringthe election. The verses spoke of the end times, the seven trumpet judgments, and howbefore those judgments, the prophet Ezekiel predicted a major war would break outinvolvingRussia.ThenfollowingthosejudgmentswouldcometheBattleofArmageddon—the last, greatworldwar of history. PresidentsoftheApocalypse

Inallofhumankind’swar‐riddledhistory,leadersneverpossessedthepowertodestroytheplanet until recently. Since President Harry S. Truman ordered the first atomic bombdropped on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, all subsequent presidents from Dwight D.EisenhowertoTrumphavebeenacutelyawareof thispowerandhaveknownofbiblicalprophecies regarding theendof days.Of thesepresidents, though,not all believed theseprophecieswouldcometrueastheBiblepredicts.GeorgeH.W.BushthoughttheApocalypsecouldbeavoidedwiththeestablishmentof theNewWorldOrder,asdidBillClintonandBarackObama.ObamabelievedtheworldcouldbuildaglobalcommunityinwhichpeacewouldprevailthroughorganizationssuchastheUnitedNations.Ontheotherhand,RonaldReaganbecameastrongbelieverinBibleprophecyafterhereadHalLindsey’sTheLateGreatPlanetEarth.ReaganwassoimpactedbythisbookandtheBiblethathebeganpreparingthemilitary for the Apocalypse. “Sometimes, I wonder if we are destined to witnessArmageddon,”Reaganwroteinhisdiaryin1981.5ManypeoplearoundhimthoughthetookthepropheciestooseriouslyandthathemightinadvertentlyusherinArmageddon.

Likewise,manypeoplehavequestionedwhetherTrumpmightbe too impulsiveand,unable to restrain himself, push the nuclear button. Frank von Hippel says, “Part of thepsychologyfordecadesaftertheendoftheColdWarwasthat[nuclearwar]iscrazy.[Worldleaders]wouldn’t be so crazy as to launchnuclearweapons. I think that presumption isdeclining becausePutin talks somuch about havingnuclearweapons, andnowwehavesomebodyintheWhiteHousewho…youreallycan’tdiscountanythinghemightdo.”6

Seth Baum, executive director of the Global Catastrophic Risk Institute, agrees thatTrump’s “impulsive, combative behavior” combinedwith difficult geopolitical challengessuggesttheprobabilityofnuclearwaris“unusuallyhigh”now.7Amongmillennials,JenniferLawrence,whostarredintheHungerGamesfilmseries,toldEntertainmentWeeklybeforetheelectionthatshefearedarealapocalypseifTrumpbecamepresident:“Myviewontheelectioniscut‐and‐dried:IfDonaldTrumpispresidentoftheUnitedStates,itwillbetheendoftheworld.”8

However, David Horowitz, a noted conservative commentator and New York Timesbestsellingauthor,disputesthecontentionbyvonHippel,Obama,Clinton,Chomsky,Baum,andothersthatTrumpissomercurialandimpulsivethatheposesanexistentialthreattohumanity.“IwouldbemoreconcernedaboutHillary[Clinton]whowasthechiefinspirerofObama’saggressioninLibya,”Horowitzsays.“[Obama]overthrewthegovernmentofLibyaandcreatedabaseforAlQaedaandISIS.TheymadeLibyaintoafailedstate.They’rereckless.TheDemocratsstartwars.”9

Clinton’s election strategy involved claims that Trump couldn’t be trusted with thenation’snuclearforces—apoliticaltacticreminiscentofasimilaroneDemocraticpresidentLyndonB.JohnsonusedagainstRepublicanArizonasenatorBarryGoldwaterinthe1964presidentialelection.“TheDemocratsareshamelessandtotallyunscrupulouswhenitcomestoflingingaccusationsattheiropponents,”Horowitzsays.“WhywouldTrumpspendhislifebuildingandconstructing[abusinessempire]?Warsareincrediblydestructive.Anuclearwarisevenmoreso.Theideathathecan’tcontrolhimselfisabsurd…whywouldhewanttodestroyallthat?”10

Inthisreportwe’llpresentapsychologicalandspiritualprofileofTrumpfromacrosssectionofexpertstodetermineiftheconcernsaboutwhatthemediaandprogressiveshavecoined the “Trumpocalypse” are legitimate. But one thing is certain regardless of whooccupiestheWhiteHouse:Theworldhasneverbeenamoredangerousplace.

TerroristattacksaresweepingEuropeandthreatentheUnitedStates.TheriseofISISanditsdesiretoobtainnuclearandotherweaponsofmassdestructionisanever‐presentdanger.“Thereareovertwentydifferenttrainingcamps—thatis,whatisknowntotheFBI—acrossAmerica,” says Michael Youssef, host of the international Leading the Way televisionprogram,megachurchpastor,andauthorofTheBarbariansAreHere.“Bythesametoken,therearemilitantsundergroundwhoarebasicallyplottingthenextattack,andthey’vegotpeopletrained.Theyarenotleavinganythingtochance.”12

Meanwhile, the world economy is teetering, and the disparity between the financialelite—the“1percent”—andeveryoneelseisthreateningtotearaparttheone‐worldorderconceivedbytheglobalistelites.AnOxfamstudyfoundthateightmen, fromBillGatestoMichaelBloomberg,haveamassedpersonalwealthequivalenttothatof3.6billionpeoplewhomakeupthepooresthalfofhumanity.“Suchdramaticinequalityistrappingmillionsinpoverty,fracturingoursocieties,andpoisoningourpolitics,”observedPaulO’Brien,OxfamAmerica’svicepresidentforpolicyandcampaigns.Thereport—notingtherichest1percentnowpossessthesamewealthastheother99percent—foundthegapbetweentherichandpoorisfargreaterthanpreviouslyestimated.Itdetailedhowbigbusinessandthesuper‐richarefuelingtheinequalitycrisisbydodgingtaxes,drivingdownwages,andusingtheirpowerto influence politics. Public anger over inequality has triggered political shock wavesthroughouttheworld,asseenwiththeelectionofTrumpandtheBrexitvoteintheUnitedKingdom. “Americanswant the political establishment towake up to theway elites andspecial interestshaveriggedthesystemtoenrich themselvesat theexpenseofeveryoneelse,”O’Brienstated.13

Addedtothefearscausedbywideningwealthinequalitiesarethedestructiveeffectsoffood shortages, famine, droughts, thepossibilityof a cataclysmic asteroid strike, and thepersistentthreatofdisastrousclimatechange.AttheStarmussciencefestivalinTrondheim,Norway,astrophysicistStephenHawkingsaidit’sonlyamatteroftimebeforetheworldisdecimatedbyalargeasteroidstrikeorwipedoutbyoverpopulationandclimatechange.“Iamconvincedthathumansneedtoleaveearth,”Hawkingtoldfestivalattendees.“Wehavegivenourplanetthedisastrousgiftofclimatechange,risingtemperatures,thereducingofpolaricecaps,deforestationanddecimationofanimalspecies…[Anasteroidstrike]isnotsciencefiction.Itisguaranteedbythelawsofphysicsandprobability.”14

Meanwhile, growing civil unrest, including thousands of people threatening toassassinate Trump on Twitter, comedian Kathy Griffin’s video holding up Trump’s fakebloodyhead,andactorJohnnyDepp’sremarkaboutthe“lasttimeanactorassassinatedapresident,”hasraisedthepossibilityofpoliticalandracewarsintheUnitedStates.Americahasneverbeenmoredividedalongracial,ethnic,andreligiouslines.AGalluppollfoundarecord77percentofAmericansperceivethenationasdividedonitsmostimportantvalues.Moreover,theworldisexperiencingrisingunemployment,asituationthatwillonlyworsenasartificialintelligenceandrobotseventuallyreplacehumanjobsinmanyfields.In2015,globalunemploymentstoodat197million—27millionhigherthanthepre–GreatRecessionlevelin2007.15

Further, a 2017 survey by the American Bible Society found that Americans areincreasinglyconcernedaboutthenation’smorality,orlackthereof.TheannualStateofthe

Bible survey found that 81 percent of Americans saymorals are declining—a 5 percentincreasefrom2016.Whilepolitical,ethical,andmoralcontroversiesaboundandmanyseethe nation’s moral fabric decaying, “Those who are opening up the Word of God arediscoveringittobeaguidetohelpmakesenseoflifeandasourceofeternalhope,”saidRoyPeterson,presidentandCEOoftheAmericanBibleSociety.16

Finally,potentialwarsandnuclearconflictsaresimmeringaroundtheworldinUkraine,Syria,Iraq,Iran,NorthKorea,thePacificRim,andIsrael.A2015BrookingsInstitutionpollfoundthat79percentofevangelicalChristiansbelieveviolenceintheMiddleEastisasignthattheendtimesare“nearer.”Thepollfoundthat81percentofevangelicalsbelieveChristwillreturnbutareunsurewhenitwillhappen.Atotalof73percentsayworldeventswillturnagainstIsraelastheworldgetsclosertotheRapture(thebeliefthatChristianswillbesupernaturallyremovedfromEarthtojoinChristineternity).17

InanexclusiveinterviewbeforehisdeathinJuly2016atageninety,TimLaHaye,NewYorkTimesbestsellingcoauthoroftheLeftBehindseries,said,“Actually,wehavemanymoresignsofthecomingendofthisworldthananygenerationbeforeus.IsraelbeingdrawnbackintotheHolyLand,accordingtoJesus’prophecyintheOlivetDiscourse…ThrillingreportsfromtheWycliffeBibletranslators,thethousandsofotherevangelisticmissionministries,plusthetensofthousandsofevangelistic‐mindedchurchesthatsupportthem,giveusjustcauseforbelievingwecouldbelivinginthelastdaysjustbeforetheRapture.”18

RonRhodes,presidentofReasoningfromtheScripturesMinistriesandtheauthorofTheEndTimes inChronologicalOrder,notesthat27percentoftheBible isprophetic.HesaysBibleprophecyhasbecomeincreasinglypopularaspeoplehavewatchedanalignmentofbiblical predictions andworld events in recent decades—everything from the rebirth ofIsraelin1948toreligiousapostasytotheriseofglobalism.HeexplainsthatmanyChristiansarenowinterestedinprophecyduetowhathecalls“theconvergencefactor.”Tohaveone,two,orthreepropheciescomingtopasstodaywouldindicatetheSecondComingisdrawingnear. “Butwhen youhavemultiple prophecies converging at the same time, that is verysignificant.”Rhodesnotes that one of the key factors indicating convergence “is that theMuslimnationsarealigningagainstIsrael.TheBiblepredictsthattheMuslimnationswillattackIsraelinconjunctionwithRussia.”Rhodessaysthatsomanypropheciesconverginginourdayindicates“thatwearelivingintheendtimes.”19

TheEnigmaofGod’sFlawedLeadersPresidentTrumpwalksontotheworldstageatatimeofunprecedentedglobalchaos.TheBibleteachesthatGod“deposeskingsandraisesupothers”(Dan.2:21NIV).ThismeansthateverypoliticalleaderandheadofstatehasbeenplacedinhisorherpositionbyGodeitherforjudgmentorforthegoodofthepeople.ThisdoesnotmeanthatGoddesiresorwantstoputmenlikeAdolfHitlerintopositionsofpower.However,Godhasgivenmankindfreewill,andwhenanationoverwhelminglychoosestoelectamanlikeHitler,heallowsthepeopletohavewhattheywant.

Likeeveryotherpresident,TrumpwasplacedinofficebyGod.Hehascometopowerinoneofthemostbiblicallyprophetictimesinhumanhistory.TheBiblerevealsthatwhenGodusesamanorawomanforhispurposes,rarelyisthatpersonchosenbecauseheorsheisperfect.

This concept was reflected by Rabbi Jonathan Bernis, television host, author, andpresidentandCEOofJewishVoiceMinistriesInternational.AlthoughTrumpdidnotfithispictureofapresidentandhehadmanyissueswithhim,hesaid,“Butmaybeittakesthiskindofpersontobringthechangeneededtoturnthiscountryaround.IhaveagreatexpectationthatGodisdoingsomethingsupernaturalherethroughDonaldTrump,anditwouldneverhavebeensomethingthatIwouldhaveexpected,butIthinkmyconsternationhasshiftedtohope.Israelhasalwaysbeenakeyissue,andDonaldTrumpisamuchbetteroptionforIsraelthanHillaryClintonwouldhavebeen.DonaldTrumpunderstandsclearlythethreatthatIranposes…IranisthegreatestthreatthatIsraelfacesintheworld,andIthinkIsraelhasatruepartnernowwiththeTrumpadministrationinstandingagainstIran.”20

Throughoutbiblicalhistory,Godraisedupflawedandimperfectleaders,andoftenthosewhodidnotevenclaimtobefollowersofhisways.TakethecaseofCyrustheGreat.Cyruswasthemagnanimoussixth‐centuryBCkingofPersiawhoestablishedthelargestempiretheworldhadyetknown.HeliberatedtheJewsheldcaptiveintheBabylonianEmpireandhelped them build the Second Temple. From Abraham to the apostle Paul, God workedthroughbiblicalfiguresdespitetheirflawsandweaknesses.Forexample,Noah,theherooftheFlood,gotdrunkandnaked.Moses,Israel’sgreatliberatorandlawgiver,secretlykilledamanandretreatedintoself‐imposedexile.KingDavidwasamurderer,liar,andadulterer,buthewastheonlymanintheBiblewhomGodcalled“amanafterhisownheart”(1Sam.13:14KJV).KingSolomonwasreveredforhisgreatwisdomandwealth,thebookofProverbs,andbuildingSolomon’sTemple,yethehad“sevenhundredwivesofroyalbirthandthreehundredconcubines”who“ledhimastray”(1Kings11:3NIV).TheapostlePeter,whomJesusdescribedasthe“rock”uponwhichhewouldbuildhischurch,yieldedtofearwhenJesuswasarrestedanddeniedthreetimesthatheevenknewhismaster(Luke22:54–62).

Similarly,manyAmericanpresidentshavebeenbrokenleaderstoo.PresidentKennedyconsortedwithnumerousmistresses,includingHollywoodactressMarilynMonroe.Heoftentookillicitdrugsbecauseoftheseverepainheenduredfromcolitis,prostatitis,osteoporosis,and Addison’s disease. Yet to this day Kennedy is considered one of ourmost honoredpresidents.21

ThomasJeffersonfatheredchildrenbyoneofhisslaves.GroverClevelandfatheredanillegitimatechild.AbrahamLincolnsufferedfromseveredepression,or“melancholy.”HarryS.Truman,whomadethedecisiontodropatomicbombsonJapantoendWorldWarII,hada terrible temper and at times exploded at his critics—especially critics of his family.FranklinD.Roosevelthadamistress.Ofcourse,thesexualescapadesofBillClintonarewell‐known.22

MysteriesandEnigmasofTrump’sPresidencyAsweexplorethesecretsofTrump’spresidency,wewillexaminethemanycomplexitiesgreatleadersoftenhave.Wemaywellbeatthepointwhenmajorpropheticeventsbegintounfold,andTrumpwillplayakeyroleaspresidentinmakingdecisionsforournationandworld.DoesTrumphaveadeep‐seatedMessiahcomplex,orisitpossiblethatwhateverhisimperfections and flaws, he is being used by God in farmoremysteriousways thanwerealize?ArethereancientandcontemporarypropheciesthatspeakoftheroleofTrumpandAmericainthelastdays?Dosomeofthesepropheciesforetellcataclysmiceventsinthenot‐

too‐distantfuture?OrdotheypointtowardamorehopefulimmediatefutureforAmericaandtheworld?Perhaps,asmanyfaithleadersbelieve,thechoiceisours.

As the North Korean nuclear showdown raised fears of nuclear devastation in Asia,America,andotherpartsoftheworld,FranklinGrahamobservedthattheworldisslippingfurtherandfurtherawayfromGod:“Jesussaid,‘Becauseoftheincreaseofwickedness,theloveofmostwillgrowcold’—andwe’rewitnessingthatallaroundus.EvenpeopleItalktowhoaren’tChristiansrecognizeitandsaythechangestheyseeintheworldarenotgoodandareveryconcerning.”

During thePresidential InauguralPrayerBreakfast,Rabbi JonathanCahn—theseniorrabbi at the nation’s largest messianic congregation, the Beth Israel Worship Center inWayne,NewJersey—toldtheaudiencethatinworldhistoryonlytwocivilizationscameintoexistence on the “solitary foundation stone of God’s calling and purposes.” The firstwasIsrael, and the second was America. “America was to be a city on a hill, a holycommonwealth,”Cahntoldthecrowd.“ItsfirstgovernmentswereestablishedinthenameofJesusandforthegloryofGod…Andas[AmericancolonialgovernorJohn]Winthrophadprophesied,Godhadcommandedablessing.Americawouldbecomethemostblessed,themostpowerful,andthemostprosperousnationtheworldhadeverseen,apraiseandgloryintheearth.”23

CahnwentontoexplainthatjustasIsraeldidinbiblicaltimes,AmericatooturnedawayfromGod, ruled himout of its culture and government, and banned him from its publicsquares.Infillingthisvoid,Americahas“broughtinidolsofcarnalityandgain,andgodsofmaterialismandlicentiousness.Wehavereplacedtheeternalstandardsofrighteousnessforanewmoralityofimmorality…Whatweonceknewtobesin,wenowcallgood,andwhatweonceknewtoberight,wenowcallintolerantanddangerous…IfJohnWinthropcouldreturnnow,hewouldfindhiscityonthehilldarkenedandprogressingtojudgment.FornonationcanwagewaragainsttheGodofitsblessingsandexpectthoseblessingstoremain.”

Nonetheless, even as America in 2016 stood on the precipice of an election thatthreatenedtoestablish“foragestheedictsofapostasyandthewaysofgodlessness,” thecourseofhistorytookamysteriousturn.Themedia,Democrats,Clinton,Obama,alongwithRepublicans and even Trump himself, couldn’t believe what happened. A “politicalearthquake”sweptTrumpintooffice—haltingeightyearsofaMarxist,left‐wingpresidencythat divided the nation, eroded national sovereignty, weakened the military, andunderminedtheconstitutionalfoundationthathelpedmakeAmericaagreatandprosperouscountry.But,asCahntoldthecrowd,“DonaldTrumphadnotlivedthelifeofabeliever,andtherewasmuchconcernamongGod’speople.CanGodusethosewhohavenotknownorwalkedwithGodtoaccomplishthepurposesofGod?Canhechoosethemandanointthemtoleadnations?”

IntheBible,GodcalledtheprophetElishatoanoint thewarrior JehutobekingoverIsrael,eventhoughJehudidn’tknowGodandwasa“manoffierypassion.”ButGodchosehimandusedhimasavesseltocausetheshakingofanationandtheendofthedynastyofAhabandJezebel,thepriestsofBaal,andtheirevilinfluence.“AndnowwemustprayforDonaldTrump,thathewillfullyyieldhislifetobeusedasavesselforthepurposesofGod,”Cahnsaid.“Godhasnowgivenareprieve,awindowofgrace—toreturn.Butwhatshallwedowiththatwindow?…TheonlywayAmericawillbegreatagain…isforAmericatoreturntotheGodwhomadeAmericagreatinthefirstplace.”24

ShortlyafterCahndeliveredthisspeech,PresidentTrumpfacedthefirstmajorcrisisofhispresidencywhenNorthKorea conducteda seriesof successful nuclear andmissile tests.NorthKoreanleaderKimJong‐unthreateneda“surpriseattack”onAmericaand“mercilessultra‐precisionstrikesfromground,air,sea,andunderwater.”HethreatenedtoreducetheUnitedStatesto“ashes”ifTrumpfireda“singlebullet”atNorthKorea.Afterward,theUnitedStatesbegandeployingattackdronestoSouthKorea,alongwiththecontroversialTerminalHighAltitudeAreaDefense(THAAD)anti‐missilesystem.Meanwhile,TrumpurgedChinatodomoretoreininNorthKorea.HetweetedthattheUnitedStateswould“solvetheproblem”withorwithoutChina’shelp.Shortlyafterward,TrumporderedmissilestrikesagainstSyriainresponsetoachemicalweaponsattackontheSyrianpeople.AmidfearsofwarbreakingoutinSyria,NorthKorea,orelsewhere,Googlesearchesfortheterm“WorldWarIII”hitthehighesteverlevel.

InSeptember2017, JamesStavridis, a retiredNavyadmiral anddeanof theFletcherSchoolofLawandDiplomacyatTuftsUniversity,estimatedthechancesofaconventionalwarwithNorthKoreaat fifty‐fiftyandthechancesofnuclearwarat10percent. “Weareclosertoanuclearexchangethanwehavebeenatanytimeintheworld’shistorywiththesingleexceptionoftheCubanmissilecrisis,”Stavridissaid.

InaProphecyintheNewsarticle,S.DouglasWoodwardwrotethattherealitiesofgoingtowarwithNorthKoreaarecomplex.“KimJongUnhastwobig‘bodyguards’inRussiaandChina,”Woodwardwrote. “Going towarwithPyongyangmakeswarwith thebigboysaplausibleoutcome.Oneanalyst,JoelSkousen(WorldAffairsbrief)assertsthatNorthKoreahasalwaysbeenthe‘triggermechanism’plannedbytheenemiesoftheUnitedStatestostartWorldWarIII.Thatis,whenRussiaandChinabecomefullycapableandtheU.S.powerissufficientlydiminished,awarwithNorthKoreawillbethecatalysttolaunchaglobalwar.Fromthevantagepointof theseAsianpowers,WWIIIpromisestodefeatdemocracyandWestern‐stylecapitalismonceandforall.However,Skousenbelieves‘thattheyarenotreadyyet.’ Essential new weapons are still two or more years away from production anddeployment.Skousen’scounsel:‘Trumpmustactnow!’”25

AstensionsontheKoreanpeninsulanearedabreakingpoint,storiesappearedinmajorpublications pondering the prospect of a “global conflict—World War III.” Former CIAmilitaryanalystDr.PeterVincentPry,chiefofstaffoftheCongressionalEMPCommission,wrotethattheUnitedStatesanditsallieshavelongregardedthenuclearweaponsprogramsof Iran, North Korea, and Pakistan as technologically backward. “If their assessment iswrong,” he said, “and nuclear missile programs of rogue states are significantly moreadvanced technologically thanWashington andmedia elites suppose—we could stumbleintoanuclearPearlHarbor.”AfterreturningfromatriptoSouthKorea,U.S.representativeBarbaraLee(D‐CA)said,“WewenttotheDMZ,andIsawhowclosetonuclearwarwereallyare.”26

Meanwhile, some military analysts suspect that Russia, which has been accused ofhelpingNorthKorea’snuclearweaponsprogram,haslongplannedtousetheroguestateasa tripwire to ignite awarwith theWest. Since the end of the ColdWar, the public hasassumedthattheUnitedStatesistheworld’slonesuperpowerandthatitsmilitarycould

easily defeat any potential aggressors. Unfortunately, the balance of military power hasshiftedsignificantlyinrecentyearsunbeknownsttomuchofthepublic.27

Asaresult,RabbiJonathanBernisbelievesAmericaisfacinganunprecedentedarrayofthreatsfromforeignnationsandterroristorganizations.“Although[Trump]isfocusedonprotectingthecountry,wearegoingtoseeterroristactivity,”Bernissays.“Nuclearterroristactivity—anuclearbombinNewYorkorWashington,DC—wouldbedevastating.Itwouldthrowtheworldintoturmoil,sothat’sapossibility.IthinkwehavetowatchRussiacloselytoo.AnykindofcrisiswithRussiawouldspiral.IthinkTurkeycontinuestocreatedangerforIsrael,andwhenthereisdangerforIsrael,thereisdangerfortheworld.So…somethingisgoingtogive.”28

Greg Laurie, pastor at the fifteen‐thousand‐member Harvest Christian Fellowship inRiverside,California,believesthefactthattheUnitedStatesandNorthKoreaareabsentfromthe book of Revelation may imply the two nations are decimated at some point in theprophetictimeline.Laurieexplained:“Wedonotfindthereigningsuperpoweronthefaceoftheearthanywhereinthelastdays’scenario.Othernationsemerge.SowhereisAmerica?Ipraywearenotoutofthepicturebecausewehavebeeninsomekindofnuclearconflict.”29

John Hogue, a bestselling author and world‐renowned Nostradamus scholar, isconvincedthatthepropheciesofNostradamusalignwiththoseoftheBavarianseerMatthiasStormbergerandAmericanmysticEdgarCayce,whoforesaw,detailed,anddatedtheadventofWorldWarsIandII.Hoguebelievestheseseersandmysticspredictedinequaldetaila“ThirdWorldWar that catcheshumanityoffguardbecauseat the time leadersand theirnewsnetworksarepromotinggeopoliticalmythsbasedondenialofrealities.”

“[Nostradamus]givestwocountdownsintwoseparatepropheciesaboutthisWorldWarIIIscenario,”Hoguesays.“Theshortcountdownisthreeyearsandsevenmonths,andthelongcountdownisthirteenyears.”HoguebelievesthecountdownstartedwiththenewColdWarthatbeganinApril2014attheonsetoftheUkrainiancivilwar.“Ukrainewasthelaststraw,sotheRussianssaid,‘We’lldosomethingdrastic,’andthentheytookCrimeaback.ThesanctionsandcountersanctionsbegantheUkrainiancivilwar,andthat’swhenIthought,‘Ohmy God. This is it. This is the beginning of the new Cold War that ends in a nuclearconfrontationinthreeyearsandsevenmonths,orinthirteenyears,whichwouldmeanifitstarted around [April 2014] that means November of [2017] is the end of the shortcountdown,andthentheyear2027wouldbetheendofthelongcountdown.”30

WhenDonaldTrumpwalkedonstagetorunfortheofficeofpresidentoftheUnitedStates,hesteppedintoavacuumandfilledthepoliticalvoidwithanelectrifyingpresenceandskillshonedasarealityTVsuperstaronNBC’sTheApprentice.

Trump’sshoot‐from‐the‐hipstyle,hisbeliefthatAmericacanbegreatagain,hissuccessasabillionairerealestateandresortdeveloper,withhispropertiesprominentlydisplayingthe word “TRUMP” in gold, his giant stature, eccentric hairstyle, and red power tiecontrastingwiththesubduedtiesoftheothercandidates,waslikenocandidateAmericanshadyetseen.Hissupermodelwifeanddaughtersandhandsome,articulatesonslitstagesandTVscreensacrossthecountry.Trump’sson‐in‐law,JaredKushner,spokeofclosingtheultimate deal, a peace treaty that protects Jerusalem. He conducted record‐breakingcampaigntours,flyingtocountlessAmericancitiesinhisownprivatejet,whichappearedlargerandmorepowerful thanAirForceOne.HisstrongsupportofChristianvaluesandevangelicalChristians,andhisfunny,in‐your‐face,powerfulspeecheswherehecallsoutthemediabynamefordisseminating“fakenews”andshamesthemfornotshowingthesizeofhisenormouscrowdsgavecatharticexpressiontothefeelingsofAmerica’smiddleclass.ItwasanewkindofcampaignthatrockedAmerica,themainstreammedia,theRepublicanandDemocraticparties,andtheworld.

During the election, a large demographic of Americans—moderate Democrats,independents, and Republicans—were generally ignored by the Washington politicalstrategists and pollsters, creating amassive void. But Trump’smagnetic personality andmessagefilledthatspaceashemovedlikerollingthunderacrossAmericawithacompletelynewmessagenotcreatedbytiredpoliticalstrategistsandadvertisingagencies.Trump’skeyplayerskeptsaying,“LetTrumpbeTrump,”whichmeanttramplingpoliticalcorrectnessandbreakingeveryruleinthebook.3

Whileothercandidatesstruggledtofindtheiruniquebrand,Trumplongagocreatedhisbrand—simply “TRUMP.” Never in the history of American politics had any presidential

candidatesoinfuriatedthemainstreammedia,whoseratingsandadvertisingrevenueswentthroughtheroofwhenheappearedontheirnetworks.Hollywood,theDemocraticNationalCommittee, and the elite classes lookeddown theirnoses atTrumpandhis nationalisticbeliefs.Totopitalloff,TrumptookonPopeFrancis,sayingitwas“disgraceful”forareligiousleader to suggesthewas “not aChristian” forhisplan tobuild awall along theMexicanborder. “IamproudtobeaChristian,andaspresident IwillnotallowChristianity tobeconsistently attacked and weakened, unlike what is happening now, with our currentpresident,”Trumpsaidduringthecampaign.4

Trump’sstyle,personality,aggressiveness,andgenuinebeliefthatwiththehelpoftheAmericanpeoplehe could “MakeAmericaGreatAgain” caught fire andquickly launchedwhat is now called “the TrumpRevolution.” And among evangelical Christians it helpedignitewhatFranklinGrahamcallsthe“Christianrevolution.”5

In2016Grahamconductedafifty‐stateDecisionAmericaTourthatattractedhundredsofthousandsofpeopletothestepsandfrontlawnsofstatecapitolsacrossthenationtoprayforAmerica.6Attherallies,Grahamcalledonbelieverstopray,liverighteouslives,sharethegoodnews,getinvolvedinthepoliticalprocess,andrunforofficeatalllevelsofgovernment.“NooneshouldthinkthatelectingDonaldTrumpwillfixourcountry.Americaisstillasin‐saturatedanddividednation,andTrumphimselfisaleaderwithhumanflaws,”Grahamsaid,shortlyaftercompleting thetour.HewentontocompareAmerica’spoliticalchaostodaywiththatof1860,when,likeTrump:

ThemanwhoemergedtobecomethenextpresidenthadverylimitedWashingtonexperience,wasconsidereduncouthbyasignificantpartoftheelectorate,andwontheelectionwithoutamajorityofthepopularvote.AbrahamLincolnbecameoneofourmosteffectivepresidents,andseveralyearsintohispresidencyawell‐knownpastor in New York pinpointed the reason: “The prayers of God’s people madePresident Lincolnwhat hewas to the nation.” Donald Trump is, of course, a fardifferentman thanLincoln, and the conflicts and issues inour country todayareentirelydifferentthanin1860.ButweknowthatGodcanuseanyleader.WeasGod’speoplecanhaveahugeimpactifwetakeourresponsibilityseriouslyandarediligent“alwaystoprayandnotloseheart”(Luke18:1ESV).7

BostonTeaPartyRedux?Themovement thatbroughtTrump topower involvessignificanthistorical, cultural, andspiritualdynamics.First,millionsofAmericanscametorealize that theycouldno longeraffordtheAmericandream.Theywereterrifiedoflosingtheirhomes,healthcare,jobs,andwayoflife.Second,theyforesawlittlehopeofpositivechangeforthem,theirchildren,andgrandchildren.All they sawcomingoutofWashingtonwereglobalistpolicies, job‐killingenvironmentalregulations,socialengineeringprograms,failingeducationalprogramslikeCommon Core that were not preparing their children for better‐paying future jobs, andendlessinaneregulationsthatmadeitpracticallyimpossibletostarttheirownbusinesses.What they saw in Washington was a bunch of tap‐dancing Democratic and Republican

politicians from IvyLeague schoolsplayinggolf, jumpingon jets for fancyvacations, andgoingoutforexpensivelunches.

Former Vice President Joe Biden said the Democrats lost the election because theyignoredstrugglingmiddle‐classworkers.“ThisisthefirstcampaignthatIcanrecallwheremy party did not talk about what it always stood for, and that is how to maintain aburgeoningmiddleclass,”Bidensaid.“Youdidn’thearasinglesolitarysentenceinthelastcampaignaboutthatguyworkingontheassemblylinemaking60,000bucksayearandawifemaking$32,000asahostessinarestaurantand…they’vegottwokidsandtheycan’tmake it and they’re scared. They’re frightened, because they’re not stupid.” Whileglobalizationhasbeena“phenomenalsuccess”onamacroeconomiclevel,Bidensaidit’salso“leftalotofpeoplebehind.”8

As it was during the American Revolution’s Boston Tea Party when high taxes andregulationsfromGreatBritainhadbecomeoppressive,in2016millionsofAmericanswerereadytorevolt,notwithgunsandbombs,butpeacefullywiththeirvotes.Theywerelookingforaleader,andTrumpfilledtherolewithaphilosophythatpromisedtodeliveronmakingdramaticchangesinourgovernment.

Thepoliticalpunditsand strategists completelymissedhowTrumpconnected to theheartoftheevangelicalChristianmovementinAmerica.Theythoughtthisalliancewouldbeimpossible because of Trump’s billionaire playboy image and past.When a recording ofTrumpmakinghighlyvulgar commentsaboutwomenwasreleased,hisenemies thoughtthey had severed his tieswith evangelicals.While certainly offended,many evangelicalsexhibitedabiblicalmaturitythatthemediadidn’texpect.Althoughtheydidn’tapproveofwhathesaid,theyfocusedonthebiggerpicture.Trumpchampionedevangelicalconcernsand promised to change laws and policies that previous administrations had crafted tomuzzle and marginalize evangelicals. Trump’s willingness to partner with evangelicalshelpedignitethe“Christianrevolution.”9

ThisrevolutioncameontheheelsofthepopulistTeaPartymovementthatbeganin2009inthewakeofObama’selectionandtookitsnamefromthehistoricBostonTeaParty.Intheensuingyears,working‐andmiddle‐classpeoplebecame“disgustedwiththestatusquo”astheylosttheirjobsandhomes.“SotherereallywasarevoltagainsttheEstablishment,”S.DouglasWoodwardsays.“ThisissomethingDonaldTrumppickeduponandit’ssomethingthe Democratic Party, or the Republican Establishment, didn’t pick up on.” Woodwardexplainedthatinthe2016election,peoplerevoltednotonlyagainstrepressiveeconomicpolicies,butalsoagainstglobalism,“endlesswarsinIraqandAfghanistan,”andfakenewstoadvancethemainstreammedia’sagenda.“IthinkDonaldTrumprepresentedakindofanti‐Establishmentcandidate,andtomeTrumprepresentedavictoryofreallyathirdparty.Hereallywasn’taRepublicanandhewasn’taDemocrat…Thisiswhatiscalledpopulism.It’sarevoltofthepeopleagainsttheEstablishment.”Woodwardaddedthatthevotersfeltthatthegovernmentwasnolonger“ofthepeople,bythepeople,orforthepeople,”whichmeant“it’stimethatwechangeourgovernment.”10

RealityTVStarorGod‐CalledPresident?

Never inthehistoryof theUnitedStatesandperhapsinthehistoryoftheworldhasanynationexperiencedanythingquitelike“theTrumpRevolution.”

“Revolutionwillbeintheairin2017,”wroteDanielFranklin,editoroftheEconomist’s“TheWorld in2017” issue.“Americanshavealreadyvotedforgame‐changingdisruption.ThedramaticelectionofDonaldTrumpaspresidentmeansthattheinsurrectionwillbeledfromtheWhiteHouse,withbothchambersofCongressalsoinRepublicanhands…Britain,meanwhile,willformallylaunchitsproceedingsfordivorcefromtheEuropeanUnion,whichwillbebitterlyfoughtoverathomeandabroad.”11

ThisglobaluprisinggainedrealtractionaboutthetimeTrumpstartedhiscampaignforthepresidency.He’sanaturalandhighlygiftedcommunicatorwhodevelopedapowerfulemotionalbondwithhisfollowers.TrumppulledthisoffbecausehewasbeinghimselfandbeingrealinawayonlyaguyfromQueenswhomadeitbiginManhattancoulddo.WhenTrumpspoke,thephysicalandelectronicdistancebetweenthetelevisionviewerandhimselfdisappeared.Hewasthereinyourlivingroomtalkingtoyoupersonally.

Trumphonedhiscommunicationskillsasoneoftheworld’sbiggestrealityTVstarsonTheApprenticewhenhisuniquestyleofon‐camerapresentationbegantocomealive.Aftertheshowstartedairingin2004,itquicklybecamethenumberoneprogramontelevision,makingratingshistory.TheApprenticeairedforfourteenseasons.In2012,ForbesrankedTrumpnumberfourteenintheworldontheirtoponehundredcelebritylist.TrumpisoneofonlytwopeopletwicenamedtoABC’sBarbaraWalter’sMostFascinatingPeoplespecial.Hehasbeeninthe“spotlightnearlyallofhisadultlife,”wrotetheauthorsofTrumpRevealed:AnAmericanJourneyofAmbition,Ego,MoneyandPower.“Hewasstillinhisthirtieswhenhebecameasingle‐namecelebrity,likeMadonnaorBeyoncé,likearockstarorapresident,hisname,inALLCAPS,goldplated,onbuildingsandairplanesandshirtsandwinebottles(eventhough he says he’s never had a drink in his life),” the authorswrote. “More than threedecadesbeforehedecidedhewantedtobepresident,heshoweduponGallup’slistofthetenmenAmericansmostadmired,runningbehindonlythepopeandsomepresidents.”12

Shortlyafterhiselection,TimemagazinefeaturedTrumponitscoveras“PersonoftheYear.”“TherevolutionhestirredfeelsfullyAmerican,withitsechoesofpopulistspast,ofAndrewJacksonandHueyLongand,atitsmostsinister,JoeMcCarthyandCharlesCoughlin,”TimeeditorNancyGibbswrote.“Hisappeal—parthope,partsnarl—dissolvedparty linesanddispatchedthetworeigningdynastiesofU.S.politics.Yethisvictorymirrorstheascentofnationalistsacross theworld, fromBritain to thePhilippines,andtaps forces farmorepowerfulthanoneman’smessage.”13

On The Apprentice, Trump perfected his skills to revolutionize political speeches inwhich,withouttheuseofateleprompter,his“straightfromtheheart”stylewouldpackoutlargestadiums,giantauditoriums,andmassiveairplanehangarswithhugecrowdsinspiredbyhisradicalmessage.

Trump didn’t comewith the typical sterilized political speech that is the product ofsurveys,demographicresearch,politicalstrategists,andpublicrelationsteams.Instead,hesaidwhathesaidbecauseitwaspassionatelyfeltandhebelievedinit.Asaresult,itdeeplyresonated with working‐and middle‐class people who were desperately hurting, havingwatchedtheirincomesstagnate,good‐payingjobsoutsourced,andhundredsofthousands

ofmanufacturingandotherhigh‐paying jobs leave theUnitedStates.Thiswas thedirectresultofglobalismandnumeroustradetreatiesenactedbytheRepublicanandDemocraticelite.

UntilTrumpcameonthescene,allthesetopicswerelargelyignoredbythemainstreammediaandpoliticians.Thecorporatemediaandbothpoliticalpartiesweresoremovedfromthe bitter realities experienced by voters that when Trump began to speak about thesehardships,itwasasifmillionsofAmericanswhohadbeensuffocatingfinallycaughttheirbreath.

MostofthemainstreammediaandpoliticalelitechosetoremaincluelessastotheplightofahugesegmentoftheAmericanpublicwhosechildrenmaynevergettheopportunitiesandjobsavailableinbetterdays.ThemomentTrumpsteppedontotheglobalstage,arushofoxygenbegantofilltheirlungs,andatthatverysecondtherewasbond,akindofbloodoathbetweenTrumpand theAmericanpeople. Itwas thisbondand thedeepsense thatTrumpwasnot justanotherpoliticianthatcreatedaloyaltytoaleaderthatmanypeopleknewtheycouldtrust—anditexplodedintolifeas“theTrumpRevolution.”

Themovementhadbegun,andthecrowdswereunprecedentedandenormous.Duringthecampaign,muchofthemainstreammediadeliberatelyusedcameraanglestoconcealthesize and passion of the crowds by only giving Trump close‐up shots. However, manyAmericansstoppedtrustingmuchofthemainstreammediayearsago,sowhenTrumpcalledout the specific names of the networks who refused to show the size of his crowds, itenergizedhissupporterslikerocketfuel.

TheAmericanpeoplehadneverseenaconservativecandidatestandfearlessinfrontofthemedia attacks and then go on the offensive. Trump broke every rule in the book bycompletelyreinventingpoliticalrallies,speeches,anddebates.Dayafterdayheappearedatgiantralliesinmultiplecities,flyinginhisownprivatejetemblazonedwiththegiantletters“TRUMP.”Onarrival,theherculeanTrumpbolteddownthestairsofthejetwearinghisredbaseball hat, which bore the words “Make America Great Again.” Although most of themainstreammedianetworksdetestedwhathestoodfor,theycoveredhimanywaybecausehespikedtheirratings.

InresponsetomassivenegativeattackadsbyhisRepublicanprimaryopponents,Trumpdid the unthinkable, using hiswit, communication skills, and natural comedic talents tounmaskthembygivingthempetnameslike“LowEnergyJeb”forformerFloridagovernorJebBush,whosepowerfulfamilyhasavastnetworkofthehighest‐levelcontactsinpolitics,finance,andindustrywithnearlyunlimitedfinancialresources.Trump,whoself‐financedmuch of his campaign, could never competewith that level of power andmoney, so heimprovised.

Theunexpectedimpactofthishumorwashowitexposedthetruepersonalities,actions,andbeliefsofAmerica’sso‐calledconservativepoliticaleliteandtheirglobalistconnections.Trump’stheatricsbroughtinamassiveAmericanandglobalaudienceofviewersthroughoutthe campaign. Not only did he draw in politically interested viewers; he brought in aworldwide audience that found him more interesting and entertaining than networkprogramming.

Underneathallthefireworksandshowmanship,Trumpwasdeftlycommunicatinghisuniquecorebeliefs—tosecureourborders,assert“Americanism,notglobalism,”createnewhigh‐paying jobs,andbringAmericancompaniesandmanufacturingplantsback into the

UnitedStates.Thosebeliefsalsoincludedprotectingandstrengtheningouruniqueformofgovernment with its Constitution and Bill of Rights, the Protestant work ethic, andChristianity.14

“Wewillalwayssupportourevangelicalcommunity,anddefendyourright,andtherightof all Americans, to follow and to live by the teachings of their faith,” Trump told thosegatheredattheFaithandFreedomCoalition’s“RoadtoMajority”Conference.Hewentontosay:

Asyouknow,we’reundersiege.Youunderstandthat.Butwewillcomeoutbiggerandbetterandstrongerthanever…Isigned,asIpromisedIwould,anewexecutiveactiontoprotectreligiouslibertyinAmerica…ThisexecutiveorderdirectstheIRSnottounfairlytargetchurchesandreligiousorganizationsforpoliticalspeech…AslongasI’mpresident,nooneisgoingtostopyoufrompracticingyourfaithorfrompreaching what is in your heart… We want [our pastors’] voices in our publicdiscourse.AndwewantourchildrentoknowtheblessingsofGod.Schoolsshouldnotbeaplacethatdrivesoutfaithandreligion,butthatshouldwelcomefaithandreligionwithwide,open,beautifularms.Faithinspiresustobebetter,tobestronger,tobemorecaringandgiving,andmoredeterminedtoactinselflessandcourageousdefenseofwhatisgoodandwhatisright…Wewillendthediscriminationagainstpeople of faith. Our government will once again celebrate and protect religiousfreedom.”15ItisTrump’scommitmenttostrengthenAmerica’sJudeo‐Christianfoundationsthatled

many faith leaders to supporthispresidency. “The real reasonwas I feltGod toldme tosupporthim,”saysSidRoth,aMessianicJewandhostofIt’sSupernatural!“ItwasconfirmedwhenIhadameetingwithhimwithaboutsixotherpastors.Itwasasmallmeetinginhisoffice.IobservedwhatIbelievehe’sgoingtobe—afatherofournation.WhenIgotthere,IsawadifferentmanthanIsawontelevision…Isawhisheart.Isawlovecomingfromhim.Isawhisconcernforpeople…IwanttoseeDonaldTrumpfulfillhisdestiny,andthatistocauseAmericatobeunifiedandtohavefreedomofreligion.”16

In1955,aftergraduating fromSundayschoolathis family’sPresbyterianchurch, thefuturepresident’smotherpresentedhimwithwhatbecamehis familyBible.Sixdecadeslater,TrumptooktheoathofofficebyplacinghishandonthatBible,alongwith theonePresidentAbrahamLincolnusedathisinauguration.

Trumpgrewup ina time inQueenswhen, in theeyesofmostAmericans, theUnitedStateswas still the greatest nation on earth.MostQueens residentswere proudof theircountry,andmanywereveteranswhoserved inWorldWars Iand II.At that time,mostpeoplebelievedinGod,wenttoachurchorsynagogue,andattempted,howeverimperfectly,tolivemorallives.

Whenhewasthirteen,Trump’sparentsenrolledhimintheNewYorkMilitaryAcademy,wherehewasnicknamed “theTrumpet.” “Iwasa veryassertive, aggressivekid,”Trumpwrote.“Ilikedtostirthingsup,andIlikedtotestpeople.”Bythetimehegraduatedin1964,Trump had become a star athlete and a student leader. He then enrolled at FordhamUniversity and later transferred to the Wharton School of Finance at the University ofPennsylvania,graduatingwithadegreeineconomicsin1968.18

HesoonwenttoworkattheTrumpOrganization—helpingtoincreaseitsholdingsofrental housing and honing his “deal‐making chops.” By themid‐1970s, the youngmogulcouldbefoundregularly intheNewYorkTimes. “He is tall, leanandblond,withdazzlingwhiteteeth,andhelookseversomuchlikeRobertRedford,”JudyKlemesrudwroteinanarticle.“HeridesaroundtowninachauffeuredsilverCadillacwithhisinitials,DJT,ontheplates.Hedatesslinkyfashionmodels,belongstothemostelegantclubsand,atonlythirtyyearsofage,estimatesthatheisworth‘morethan$200million.’”19

Duringtheseyears,TrumpboughtandrenovatedandbuiltseveralhotelcomplexesandapartmenttowersinManhattan.In1977,hemarriedmodelIvanaZelnickovaWinklmayr.Norman Vincent Peale—amentor to Trump—married the couple at New York’s MarbleCollegiateChurch.PealepredictedTrumpwouldbecome“thegreatestbuilderofourtime.”Twoyears later,Trump leasedasiteonFifthAvenuefora$200millionapartment‐retailcomplexdubbedTrumpTower.Thefifty‐eight‐storybuilding—featuringasix‐storyatriumlinedwithpinkmarbleandaneighty‐footwaterfall—attractedcelebrityrentersandbroughthim national attention. In 1985, he bought Mar‐a‐Lago, a historic 128‐room oceanfrontmansioninPalmBeach,Florida,knownas“theJewelofPalmBeach.”From1983to1990,hebuilt and purchased properties in New York City and opened casinos in Atlantic City,includingTrumpPlazaandTrumpTajMahal,whichpublicistscalledthe“EighthWonderoftheModernWorld.”20

Twoyears later, followingahighlypublicizeddivorce from IvanaTrump,hemarriedmodelMarlaMaples.Thefollowingyear,hebecameco‐owneroftheEmpireStateBuilding.Then, in1996,TrumppartneredwithNBC tobuy theMissUniverseOrganization,whichhandlestheMissAmerica,MissUSA,andMissTeenUSAbeautypageants.TrumpandMaplesdivorcedin1997.21

In1999,TrumpchangedhispartyaffiliationfromRepublicantoReformPartytorunforpresidentin2000.HewithdrewfromtheraceandlaterrejoinedtheRepublicanParty.Intheearly part of this century, he developed several major hotel and residential complexes,

includingTrumpWorldTower inNewYorkCity, Trump InternationalHotel&Tower inChicago,andTrumpInternationalHotelLasVegas.HisportfoliofurtherincludeseighteensignaturegolfcoursesinAmericaandabroad.

In2004,TrumpjoinedforceswithMarkBurnettProductionsandNBCtoproduceandstarintherealityTVshowTheApprentice.In2007,NBC’spresidentBenSilvermansaidithadbecome“themostsuccessfulrealityserieseveronNBC.”Trump’scelebrity“peakedwiththepremiereofTheApprentice,arealityshowthatputTrumpinchargeofaboardroomfullofhopefulemployeeswillingtodoanythingforajobwiththemogul,”wrotetheauthorsofaNewsweek special that described Trump as “the most famous man ever to be electedpresident.”22

Thefollowingyear,inahighlypublicizedandlavishwedding,Trumpmarriedhiscurrentwife,SlovenianmodelMelaniaKnauss.In2009,TrumpresignedfromtheboardofTrumpEntertainment Resorts, which operated several Atlantic City casinos, shortly before thecompanyfiledforbankruptcyunderChapter11.In2015,withtheblessingsofhisfamily,heannouncedthathewouldrunforpresidentonaplatformemphasizingthecreationofjobs,replacementofObamacare,greaterbordersecurity,andenhancedforeignrelations.“Icanbemorepresidentialthananypresidentthatthiscountryhaseverhad,exceptforAbrahamLincoln,because…youcan’touttopAbrahamLincoln,”Trumptoldhisfamily.23

Trumpoutlined his vision in his bookCrippledAmerica:How toMakeAmericaGreatAgain. “America needs to start winning again,” Trumpwrote. “Nobody likes a loser andnobodylikestobebullied.Yet,herewestandtoday,thegreatestsuperpoweronEarth,andeveryoneiseatingourlunch.That’snotwinning…Alotofpeoplewereencouragingmetospeak out, and I realized thatwithmywell‐known success story and record of buildingresidentialandofficebuildingsanddevelopingpublicspaces—all thewhileaccumulatingpersonal wealth—I could inspire people to help create themostmassive turnaround inAmericanhistory.”24

GodandDonaldTrumpThetopicofPresidentTrump’sfaithhasbeenamysteriousone,bothduringhiscampaignforpresidentandafterhiselection.

Trumphas long identified as a Presbyterian, and since his election, he’s increasinglymadereferencestoGodinhisspeechesandtakenstepstocultivateagoodrelationshipwithChristianleadersandChristianmedia.Inoneofhisfirstinterviewsaspresident,TrumptoldChristianBroadcastingNetwork’sDavidBrodythathe’s“alwaysfelttheneedtopray.”Herealizedthataspresident,hisdecisionsnolongerinvolvewhethertoerectanewbuilding;theyinvolve“questionsofmassivelifeanddeath…So,Godcomesintoitevenmoreso.”25

ThoughTrumpmaybeafledglingChristian,signsthatheisnowtakinghisfaithseriouslyare highly encouraging. He has surrounded himself with strong Christian leaders andadvisers.Priortotheelection,Dr.JamesDobson,founderofFocusontheFamily,wroteanarticlenotingthatPaulaWhite,seniorpastorofNewDestinyChristianCenterinApopka,Florida,hadreportedlyledTrumptoChrist.“OnlytheLordknowstheconditionofaperson’sheart,” Dobsonwrote. “But there aremany Christian leaderswho are serving on a faithadvisorycommitteeforTrumpinthefuture.Iamamongthem.Thereareabouttwenty‐fiveofusthatincludeJerryFalwell,Jr.,RobertJeffress,JackGraham,BenCarson,JamesRobison,

Apparently,Trump’s faithadvisorycouncildid indeedmakeagoodstart. JimGarlow,pastor of Skyline Church in SanDiego and amember of theWhiteHouse faith advisorycouncil,saidofTrump,“Idosensethereisclearlyagrowinginthefaith.[InMay2017]theWhiteHousefaithadvisorycouncilmetintheWhiteHouseforadinnerwiththepresident.Iwasn’tsureifhe’djustbethereforfiveminutesandleave.Noneofusknew,buthestayedwithus fortwohours…andmybiggest takeawayfromtheeveningwashowremarkablycomfortable he was with us.” Garlow added that there were “some very encouragingevidencesofspiritualgrowthtakingplaceinhislife.Ilistenedverycarefullyto[Trump]andhespokeasamanwhoisunderstandingthenatureofGod,whograspsthesignificanceofspiritualtruthinournation.IcameawayquiteencouragedwiththeprogressI’veseentothispoint.”27

WhileonlyGodknowsforcertainthestateofTrump’sfaith,hehascommittedandtakenstepstoenactpolicies,laws,andprogramsthatpermitandpromotemajorprinciplesoftheBible.Perhapshismostimportantactionhasbeentoapprovepoliciesthatmakeitlegalonceagainforanypersontopracticehisorherfaithwithoutfearofincriminationorharassmentbythegovernment.AccordingtoDeuteronomy28,theneteffectofthisuponindividuals,communities, and nations is the blessings of God economically, sociologically, and incountlessotherways.

WhileTrumpneverclaimedtobeanevangelicalChristianduringhiscampaign,asmanyRepublicancandidatesoftendowithlittleornoevidenceoftheirconversion,TrumpbegantospeakoutinpoliticallyincorrectwaysaboutthespiritualdeclineofAmerica,andaffirmedthehistoricalrealitythatAmericawasformedbyourBible‐believingChristianforefatherswho built this country on biblical values, the Protestantwork ethic, and a great deal ofprayer.

AlthoughthemainstreammediawereworkingaroundtheclocktodestroyTrumpasacandidate,tensofmillionsofevangelicalChristiansresonatedwithhismessageofsincerityandfearlessnessandknewthathewasamanwhowouldkeephiscampaignpromisesandfightforChristianandAmericanvalues.TheyclungtothehopethatGodhasaspecialplanforAmerica.MostevangelicalChristiansbelieveinBibleprophecy,andtheyunderstandthatwearenowinthelastdays.Bythemillions,theyhadadeepintuitivesensethatAmericaneededastrongpresidentwhowouldnotbeafraidtostandupforAmericaanddotherightthingasthelastdaysunfold.

Whatthemainstreammedia,politicalelitefrombothparties,andglobalistswillneverunderstandisthatwhenevangelicalChristianssawTrumpontelevision,theirheartstoldthemthatTrumpisthemanGodhaschosenforthishour.Theywerenotjustrespondingtotheencouragementof respectedChristian leaders likeFranklinGrahamwhobelieveGodcalledTrumptobepresident.ThebiggestfactorinmotivatingtensofmillionsofevangelicalChristianstovoteforTrumpcamefromthisdeepintuitivesensethatTrumpwasthemanGodhadraisedupforthisparticularhour.ThisisthereasonwhyTrumpisnowpresidentoftheUnitedStates.

IsTrumpanAuthoritarianPresident?

WhilemanyarehopefulthatGodisusingTrumptohelpAmericafulfillitspropheticdestiny,the all‐out assault on him by the mainstream media, the Deep State, progressives, andDemocratsisintensifyingwithclaimsthatTrumphasauthoritariantendencies.

InhisarticleintheNewYorker,“TheFrankfurtSchoolKnewTrumpWasComing,”AlexRosswrote that the school developed the concept of “the Authoritarian Personality”—apsychologicalandsociologicalprofileofthe“potentiallyfascisticindividual”—andposedthepossibilitythatasituationwouldariseinthefutureinwhich“largenumbersofpeoplewouldbesusceptibletohispsychologicalmanipulation.”28

RosswrotethatFrankfurtSchoolmemberandGermanphilosopherTheodorW.Adorno,coauthorofthe1950bookTheAuthoritarianPersonality,“believedthatthegreatestdangerto American democracy lay in themass‐culture apparatus of film, radio, and television.Indeed,inhisview,thisapparatusoperatesindictatorialfashionevenwhennodictatorshipisinplace:itenforcesconformity,quietsdissent,mutesthought…WiththeelectionofDonaldTrump, the latent threatofAmericanauthoritarianismisonthevergeofbeingrealized…Now a businessman turned reality‐show star has been elected president. Like it or not,Trumpisasmuchapop‐culturephenomenonasheisapoliticalone.”

InapsychologicalprofileofTrumpintheAtlantic—“TheMindofDonaldTrump”—DanP.McAdams,aprofessorofpsychologyatNorthwesternUniversity,wrotethatduringandafterWorldWarIIpsychologistsconceivedofthe“authoritarianpersonalityasapatternofattitudesandvaluesrevolvingaroundadherencetosociety’straditionalnorms,submissiontoauthoritieswhopersonifyorreinforcethosenorms,andantipathy—tothepointofhatredand aggression—toward thosewho either challenge in‐group norms or lie outside theirorbit.” Among white Americans, McAdams wrote, high scores on measures ofauthoritarianism are associated with prejudice against various “out‐groups,” includinghomosexuals, immigrants, African Americans, and Muslims. “Authoritarianism is alsoassociatedwithsuspiciousnessofthehumanitiesandthearts,andwithcognitiverigidity,militaristicsentiments,andChristianfundamentalism.Whenindividualswithauthoritarianproclivitiesfearthattheirwayoflifeisbeingthreatened,theymayturntostrongleaderswhopromisetokeepthemsafe—leaderslikeDonaldTrump.”29

These articles come amid growing concerns, predominantly among progressives,Democrats, and the mainstream media, that Trump is an authoritarian—a leader who“valuesorderandcontroloverpersonalfreedomandseekstoconcentratepower.”30

However,likemanyclaimsprogressiveshavemadeaboutTrump,thisoneisweaktoointermsofsupportingevidence.

Sowherecanwelooktofindevidenceofthisauthoritariantendencytowardcontrolandconcentratedpower?I(Paul)speakatlargemultiracialchurchesacrossthenationconsistingofamixofHispanics,AfricanAmericans,Asians,whites,andothergroups.AndwhatIseearethousandsofpeoplebondedtogetherasoneinthebodyofChristandlovingoneanotherintheagapeloveofJesus.I’veneverseenthemainstreammediacoverthesemeetings.Also,asIspeakatchurchesandBibleprophecyconferencesaroundAmericaandtheworld,Imeetlargenumbersofevangelicalswhoareartists,actors,directors,novelists,sculptors,dancers,painters,andsingers,andIdon’tseeanyanimositybyChristianstowardthoseinthearts.However, I do see large numbers of Christians attempting to enter the entertainment

industryhere inHollywood, andonce the industry discovers they are conservatives andChristians, they are shunned in a manner worse than during the era of the Hollywoodblacklistwhenentertainmentprofessionalsweredeniedemploymentbecauseofsuspectedcommunistties.It’swell‐knownamongChristiansinHollywoodthatifyouwanttoworkintheentertainmentindustryyou’dbetterhideyourfaithunlessyou’realreadyasuperstar.

In movies, television shows, and other forms of entertainment, Christians are oftenridiculed,demonized,attacked,andmocked.Mostofthetime,theyaredepictedasoutwardlypious,butsecretlypsychotic—asociopath,serialkiller,orrapist.Thishappenssooftenit’sbecomeacliché.

HollywoodandthemediahaveindoctrinatedpeopletobelievethatsincereevangelicalChristiansareauthoritariansorpotentialterrorists.WhyelsewouldevangelicalChristianswhoarepeacefulandlawabidingshowuponsomanygovernmentwatchlists?

Clearly,theprogressives’accusationofauthoritarianismagainstconservativeChristiansandTrumpisaclassiccaseofthepotcallingthekettleblack.Christiansexhibitstrongaffinitywith minorities, the humanities, and people in the arts, while the mainstream media,Hollywood,andDemocratsexhibitanextremelyrepressiveauthoritarianattitude towardChristians.Theseprogressiveshavenotoleranceforconservativethoughtorpractice,andtheyuseeveryvenueavailabletoexcoriateChristiansandthepresidenttheyhelpedtoelect.

WillTrumpDefeattheNeo‐MarxistRevolution?

Countlessmainstreammedia,televisionnetworks,newspapers,magazines,andonlinenewssitesarecollectivelychantingthemantrathatTrumphasdangerousNazi‐andAdolfHitler–likepsychologicaltendencies.

In her CNN article “Trump Is Following theAuthoritarianPlaybook,” RuthBen‐Ghiatwrote,“IhavespentdecadesstudyingauthoritarianandfascistregimesandsawinTrumpadeeplyfamiliarfigure:thestrongmanwhocultivatesabondwithfollowersbasedonloyaltytohimasapersonratherthantoapartyorsetofprinciples.Suchindividualsinevitablyseektoadaptthepoliticalofficetheyinhabittoservetheirneeds.Theyareclearfromthestartaboutthisintention,refusingtosubmittosharedcustomsandnorms—suchasreleasingtaxreturns—thatwouldmeantheyweresubmittingtothewillofthepoliticalclass.Anyonewhobelieves that Trumpwillmorph into anything resembling a traditional politicianwill besorelydisappointed.Authoritariansneverpivot.”31

However,whatBen‐Ghiatisnottellingyouisthatthetheoryabout“theAuthoritarianPersonality” originates with the Frankfurt School, and she omits the most importanthistoricalfactaboutthistheory—theagendabehindit.Aswenotedinthepreviouschapter,thepsychologicaltheoriesandresearchthatcameoutoftheFrankfurtSchoolweredesignedto ignite aMarxist cultural revolution to take down America by destroying Christianity,traditionalmarriageandthenuclearfamily,biblicalmoralvalues,andpatriotism.

The Frankfurt School launched theirMarxist cultural revolution through venues likepoliticalcorrectness,education,media,arts,literature,sex,religion,andpsychology.TheseMarxistprofessorspartneredwithAustrianneurologistSigmundFreud,whodevelopedthetheoryofpsychoanalysis.Together,theycreatedthestill‐populartheorythattherepressionofsexualurgesofanykind,especiallythroughChristianorbiblicalteachingsandastrong

father‐centered family structure, creates severe psychological problems that give rise tophenomenasuchas“theAuthoritarianPersonality.”

OneoftheprimarytenetsofMarxismandcommunismistodestroytheconceptoftheindividualandreplaceitwithgroupthinkwherepeoplefindtheiridentitiesbybeingpartofthe team, group, or collective. Individuality is considered a product of capitalism andChristianity.IntheidealMarxistsociety,theindividualdisappears,thecollectiveemerges,andthestatereplacesGod.

A strong individual leaderwhohasenoughself‐confidence tobe fearlessanddoesn’tneed the approval of the collective is a direct threat to Marxism. This is because theAuthoritarianLeaderpossessesthepower,alongwiththepeoplewhofollowhim,tostoporoverthrowaMarxistrevolution.TheprimarymotiveforthecreationoftheAuthoritarianLeadertheoryistouseitasapowerfulweaponintheworldofpublicopiniontofrightenthemasses into thinking that a strong leader like Trumpwill ultimately become a Nazi‐likefascist dictator. This argument has been used constantly by the American left and is anattempttodemonizestrongleadersinthepoliticalarenaoranycenterofpower.

However imperfect Trump is, the reason for the intensity of the attacks we’ve seenagainst him—the rioting, recounts, death threats, and accusations of collusion with theRussians—is that he’s now standing in the way of the globalist, New Age, and Marxistrevolution.

ThePlottoAssassinatethePresidentDuringthesummerof2017,I(Paul)sawapictureonthefrontpageoftheDrudgeReportfeaturingevangelicalChristianleadersprayingforPresidentTrumpintheOvalOffice.

ThephotoshowedtwohandsonTrump’sshoulder—oneaman’shandandtheotherawoman’s—andthetwohandsworematchingweddingrings.IrecognizedtheweddingringsasthoseofRodneyandAdonicaHoward‐Browne,whomIhadmetayearpriorwhenIwasaguestonhistelevisionshowandspokeathischurch—theRiveratTampaBay.

Immediatelyafterreading thearticle, IcalledHoward‐Brownetoask forhisspiritualperspectiveonwhetherhefeltTrumpwasreceptivetotheChristianleadersandtheprayer.He said thatwhen they arrived inWashington for themeeting, theywere first told thatTrumpwouldn’tbeabletomeetwiththem,duetohisbusyschedule.ButwhenTrumpwasalerted that theChristian leaderswereat theWhiteHousehe invited them into theOvalOffice.

Howard‐BrownereportedthatTrumpgreetedthepastorswithoutstretchedhandsandabigsmileonhisfaceandsaid,“Hereiswheretherealpoweris!”IaskedHoward‐Brownewhat he sensed spiritually in the roomwhen he prayed for the president, andwhetherTrump received the prayer. This is a phrase used by evangelicalministers. A spirituallysensitiveministercansenseifthepersonbeingprayedforisbeingresistantorrebellious.Herespondedtomyquestionsaying,“IliterallyshookunderthepowerofGodwhenIwasprayingforTrump.”Iunderstoodthattomeanthatnotonlywasthepresidentreceptivetotheir prayers, but there were matters of extreme gravity and urgency occurring in thespiritualworld.

IrecognizethatincertainChristiancircles,Howard‐Browneissomewhatcontroversial.Overthedecades,I’vehadtheopportunitytodevelopcloserelationshipswithmanyofthe

nation’smostwell‐knownChristianleaderssuchasDr.D.JamesKennedy,Dr.JackHayford,PastorChuckSmith,PatRobertson,Dr.TimandBeverlyLaHaye,Dr.BillBright,Dr.JamesDobson,andChuckMissler.Inthattime,I’verarelyencounteredamanorwomanwhomGodisusingwhosomepeopledon’tthinkiscontroversial.IknowHoward‐Brownetobeamanof integrity. He’s also extremely knowledgeable and educated onmatters of geopolitics,economics,centralbanksandtheFederalReserve,andothersubjects thatrequireararelevelofsophisticationtocomprehend.Inaddition,Iobservedthathehasstrongcharacterinthathehasbeenmarriedtohiswife,Adonica,forthirty‐sevenyears,andhisministrybusesinlargenumbersofAfricanAmericansfromtheinnercitieseachweektoattendhischurchandbefedandministeredto.Manyofthesepeople,duetoextremepoverty,areinvolvedingangs,drugs,prostitution,andotherthings,butHoward‐Browneandhiswifereachouttothem.

ItellyouallthistovalidatetheveracityofwhatI’mabouttoreveal.AsHoward‐BrowneandIcontinuedourphoneconversation,hebegantosharewithmesomethingveryprivateandaskedmenottorevealituntilhemadethestorypublic.HetoldmethatwhileattheWhiteHouse,heencounteredaveryhigh‐rankingRepublicanleaderwhotoldhimsecretlythat there is “aplotonCapitolHill to removeTrumpsuddenly fromoffice”and that thisleaderspecificallymeantviaassassinationandnotimpeachmentorindictment.

At thetime,Howard‐Brownehadrecently issuedagenericmessageaskingpeopleonTwittertoprayforthepresident.HetoldmethattheU.S.SecretServicewaswaitinginhisouter office to conduct an investigative interview about the assassination plot on thepresident’slife.Howard‐Brownewascarefulaboutwhathesaidtome,andhesaidhewasgoingtoreleasecertaininformationtothemediaandviasocialmedia.Itoldhimwewouldbe praying for him and President Trump. About an hour after our call, he releasedinformationaboutaCapitolHillassassinationplotonthepresident’s lifeandtheneedtoprayforthepresident.

GreatestCrisisintheHistoryofMankind

Thisplottoassassinatetheleaderofthefreeworldcomesastheworldisinthegreatestcrisisinthehistoryofmankind.HumanityisfacingtheprospectofWorldWarIII,Super‐EMPattacks by rogue states, food shortages and famine, supervolcanoes, giant earthquakes,terrorism,childsextrafficking,theEuropeanimmigrationcrisis,alongwithglobalismandtrade treaties that are negatively impacting theworking andmiddle class in the UnitedStates,theEU,andotherpartsoftheworld.

TheanswertowhyAmericaisinchaosisnotacomplexone.Itisbecauseitgraduallybegan to reject the ideas, beliefs, and philosophies that made it great. Ideas haveconsequences.Andbadideashavebadconsequences.

Beginningintheearly1900s,AmericaslowlybegantoturnitsbackontheoriginalJudeo‐ChristianprinciplesofourFoundingFathersthathadmadeAmericathegreatestnationonearth.WhilenotallourFoundingFatherswereBible‐believingChristians,ourConstitution,BillofRights,andDeclarationofIndependencefloweddirectlyoutofabiblicalworldviewthatour“Creator”hasgivenus“certainunalienableRights,thatamongtheseareLife,LibertyandthepursuitofHappiness.”33

ThefoundationaltruthfromthisstatementisthatitisGodwhohasgivenusourrights—notmanoranyman‐madeformofhumangovernment.ThismakestheAmericansystemofgovernmentdifferentfromthatofeveryothernationonearth,wherefreedomsandlibertiesaregrantedbymenandman‐madeinstitutionsandcanbetakenawayatthewhimsofman.

WhatthenisthekeytoAmerica’sgreatness?ItisthefactthatthePilgrimsandPuritanswhocametoAmericainthe1600sinsearchofreligiousfreedomenteredacovenantwithGodbasedontheonehemadewithancientIsraelrecordedinDeuteronomy28:1–2:“Nowitshallcometopass,ifyoudiligentlyobeythevoiceoftheLordyourGod,toobservecarefullyallHiscommandmentswhichIcommandyoutoday,thattheLordyourGodwillsetyouhighaboveallnationsoftheearth.Andalltheseblessingsshallcomeuponyouandovertakeyou,becauseyouobeythevoiceoftheLordyourGod”(NKJV).

From a theological standpoint, America isn’t Israel, and this covenant was madespecificallywithIsrael.However,thePilgrimsandPuritansweredeepscholarsoftheOldTestamentandbyfaithbasedtheircovenantwithGodonDeuteronomy28.ItappearsfromhistorythatGoddidhonorthiscovenantwithAmerica.However, justlikeIsrael,Americadidn’t keep the covenant perfectly. The secondhalf ofDeuteronomy28outlines a list ofspecificcursesforviolatingthecovenant.

America isguiltyofnumeroussins, includingourviolationofnumerous treatieswithNativeAmericans,thetheftoftheirlandandslaughteroftheirpeople,theenslavementofAfrican Americans, and the murder of sixty million babies through the sin of abortion.Nevertheless, therehavebeenvariousdegreesofrepentance,and itappearsGodmaybegiving America one final opportunity to be used as a light to theworld and as a globalplatform for the preaching of the gospel. It is within this spiritual context that manyevangelicalChristiansviewTrump,howeverimperfect,asbeingraisedupbyGodtodrivebackpowerfulforcesthatareseekingtodestroyChristianity,thepreachingofthegoodnews,andtheteachingsofJesusChrist.

ThePowersBehindWorldRevolutions

TheAmericanRevolutionin1776withitsbiblicallyinfluencedDeclarationofIndependenceoriginatedwith the strong biblical worldview of the Pilgrims and Puritans.Without theinfluenceoftheBibleandthefirstGreatAwakeningintheearly1700s,therewouldhavebeennoAmericanRevolutionorUnitedStatesofAmerica.TheAmericanRevolutionwasadirectexpressionoftheChristianrevolutionthatprecededit.

Shortly after the American Revolution, a humanistic revolution swept the streets ofFrance in1789when revolutionariesoverthrew thegovernment, leading to theReignof

Unlike the American Revolution, the French Revolution was based on a philosophycentered on human logic, reason, and knowledge. The American Revolution, unlike all the humanist‐inspired revolutions, producedfreedom, economic prosperity, a prosperousmiddle class, and theAmerican dream. TheChristianRevolutionItappears,basedoffastudyofhisspeeches,interviews,andthebookshe’swritten,thatatsomepointTrumpgainedabasicunderstandingoftheNewWorldOrderanditsconflictwiththeConstitution,BillofRights,andtheAmericandream.

Whether Trump fully realized what he was walking into when he began to openlychallengeandconfrontglobalismandtheNewWorldOrder,theresultwasthatallhellbrokeloose against him, his family, and his policies. An endless assault was launched by themainstream media, Hollywood celebrities, cultural leaders, university professors, andactivist groups.Thiswasnot the result of a spontaneousuprising. Itwasand is ahighlystrategicattackthathasendlessfinancingbehindit.

In light of this concerted effort to quash a duly elected leader, the questionmust beasked:Isittheglobalistelite—“theshadowgovernment”—thatreallycontrolstheworld,orisit“WethePeople”?Today,justfiveglobalistcorporations—downfromfiftyin1983—ownmostofthemedia,andmostRepublicanandDemocraticpoliticiansbowtotheirbidding.Theall‐outandunprecedentedfull‐scalewaragainstTrumphasnootherexplanation.37

This brings us back to the Trump Revolution and what Franklin Graham called the“Christian Revolution.” Since the time of presidential candidate Arizona senator BarryGoldwaterandPresidentRonaldReagan,therehasbeenendlesstalkaboutaconservativerevolution,butithasnevercome.Asecularconservativerevolutionhasneverhappenedandwillneverhappenbecausemereconservatismdoesnothavetheintellectual,philosophical,andspiritualpowertograbholdofmen’sheartsandminds.However,Marxismdoeshave

this power because Marxism, though destructive and deceptive, is a forceful political,philosophical,andspiritualmovement.

While a simply conservative revolution can never succeed, a revolution inspired byChristianitycertainlycan,becauseitdrawsitsenergiesfromtheexistenceofthebiblicalGod,therealityoftheresurrectionofJesusChristandhissecondcoming,thetruthoftheWordofGod,andthepoweroftheHolySpirit.

It’sthesefactors,andthesealone,thatignitedtheAmericanRevolution.Atrue“ChristianRevolution”canneverhappenunlessthechurch,individualChristians,andChristianleadersreallybelievewhat theyareteachingand thenactupon it.Onlyaholy firecan ignite theheartsofmenandwomen.Mereintellectualacknowledgmentofthetruthofthegospelwillneverreleasetheexplosiveenergiesofheaven.Thehumanheart,mind,andwillmustbeabsolutelygrippedwiththetruthfulnessofGod’sexistenceandhispurposefortheirlivesandthedestinyofmankind.WhenandonlywhenthishappenswilltheChristianRevolutionoccurandradicallychangeourworld.

SeveninTenPeopleSupportWorldGovernment

Today, it seems theworld isprimed tomeet this charmingenchanter—theworld’s long‐awaitedfalsemessiah.Astonishingly,atatimewhendozensofprophecyexpertsinterviewedforTrumpocalypseagreetheworldstageissetforthearrivaloftheAntichrist,anewpollfoundoverwhelmingsupportforthecreationofaworldgovernmentauthority.

Thesurvey,commissionedbytheGlobalChallengesFoundation,included8,101peopleinAustralia,Brazil,China,Germany,India,SouthAfrica,theUnitedKingdom,andtheUnitedStates.Itfoundthat71percentthinka“newsupranationalorganizationshouldbecreatedtomakeenforceableglobaldecisionstoaddressglobalrisks.”Thepollalsofoundthat62percentofpeoplenowviewthemselvesas“globalcitizens.”“AsworldleadersgatherfortheG7Summit[inthesummerof2017],theyshouldbeawarethatcitizensacrosstheplanetareyearningforthemtocollaborateandworkhardertofindsolutionsforthesecriticalthreatstohumanity,”MatsAndersson,thefoundation’svice‐chairman,explained.28

Themovement to create a global government has gainedwidespread and surprisingpublic support, but the concept is often sold to people in sugarcoated terms such as“globalization,” “globalism,” “global governance,” being a good “global citizen,” and “oneworld”—partofthenameofthenewOneWorldTradeCenter,theManhattanskyscraperthatreplacedtheWorldTradeCenterdestroyedintheSeptember11,2001,terroristattacks.

Globalistsandfederalistgroupsaroundtheworld,includingtheWorldConstitutionandParliament Association, which drafted the Earth Constitution, are part of a growingmovement to create a global government through bodies like the United Nations, tradetreaties,transnationallaws,the“globalcitizens”campaign,andthebiggestenticementinthecandy jar—a government‐provided “universal basic income” for global citizens. Thisrenewed interest in a global state comes amid vast technological progress, economicglobalization,andheighteningfearsofaclimatechange“tippingpoint”andnuclearwar.Forthefirsttimeinhistory,theInternet,globalization,airtravel,markoftheBeasttechnologies,andthesurveillancestatehavemadeaworldgovernmentarealisticpossibility.29

nuclear warfare, catastrophic climate change, ecological collapse, a doomsday asteroid,supervolcanoeruption,andartificialintelligencegoneamok.30

In a section of the “Existential Risk” report by Oxford University’s Global PrioritiesProjectabout“globaltotalitarianism,”theauthorsnotedthatduringthetwentiethcentury,citizensofseveralnationslivedforatimeunder“extremelybrutalandoppressiveregimes.”“Betweenthem,thesestateskilledmorethanonehundredmillionpeople,andsoughttotalcontrolovertheircitizens,”theauthorswrote.“Previoustotalitarianstateshavenotbeenparticularly durable chiefly due to the problem of ensuring orderly transition betweenleaders,andtoexternalcompetitionfromothermoreliberalandsuccessfulstates.However,thereisanon‐negligiblechancethattheworldwillcometobedominatedbyoneorahandfuloftotalitarianstates.”Theauthorsexplainthatifthisweretohappen,withoutcompetitionthestatewouldbecomedeeplyentrenched,surveillancewouldbeeasy,andthequalityofgovernmentwould decrease. “In addition,” the authors conclude, “a long future under aparticularly brutal global totalitarian state could arguably be worse than completeextinction.”31

JohnFonte,aHudsonInstitutefellowandtheauthorofSovereigntyorSubmission:WillAmericansRuleThemselvesorBeRuledbyOthers,saysglobalistsareworkingmethodicallytocreateinternationallaws,rules,andinstitutionsthatare“supranational,”or“abovetheConstitution of the United States,” as part of a plan to create the legal framework for aworldwide federal system or global state. “This is being funded—you know, follow themoney—by leading American foundations like the Ford Foundation and the RockefellerFoundation,”Fontesays.“Theyarepromotingglobalgovernance.SoistheEuropeanUnion.Soaremanyglobalcorporations.Lookonthewebsitesandreadthemissionstatementsofthe Fortune 500. They claim that they are global companies. They are notmultinationalcompaniesthatarebasedintheUnitedStates.”32

“In explaining global governance,” Fontewrote, “[formerObama official Anne‐Marie]Slaughter argues that nation‐states should cede sovereign authority to supranationalinstitutions, such as the International Criminal Court. Slaughter maintains that suchtransnational networks ‘can perform many of the functions of a world government—legislation, administration, and adjudication—without the form,’ thereby creating aneffectiveglobalruleoflaw.”33

Theconceptofworldgovernment isgainingpopularitybecausepeoplebelieveworldpeaceandjusticecanbeachievedonlythroughaglobalpoliticalauthority,whichsetsupacceptance of the lavish promises of a charismatic leader who will turn out to be theprophesiedinstrumentofSatanwhobringsontheendtimes.

GlobalCitizens:“BlueprintforaUnitedWorld”

Aspartofacampaigntopersuadepeopleworldwidetothinkofthemselvesasglobalcitizens,the organization namedGlobal Citizen hosts regular “Global Citizen Festivals” and EarthDaysinmajorcitiesworldwide.Beginningin2012,thesemassiveeventshaveattractedtensofthousandsofpeopleanddozensofworldleaders,celebrities,andactivists.GlobalCitizendefines itself as a “social action platform for a global generation thatwants to solve theworld’sbiggest challenges,” includingending “extremepovertyby2030.”Thecelebrities,bands,andworldleadershaveincludedBeyoncé,JayZ,EdSheeran,Rihanna,Usher,Demi

Inmanyways,thesecelebritiesandworldleadersarefollowinginthefootstepsofthelate Beatle John Lennon and former president Obama. In his signature song “Imagine,”Lennonurgedhisfanstoimagineaworldwithoutnationsandbordersandcalledforthe“worldtobeasone.”Lennonbelievedthatpatriotismandnationalismwerethecausesofwar.Heviewedhimselfasacitizenoftheworldandinfluencedmillionsofpeopletothinklikehim.35

In2008,whilespeakingbeforeamassivecrowdinBerlin,Obamareferredtohimselfas“aproudcitizenoftheUnitedStates,andafellowcitizenoftheworld…Buttheburdensofglobalcitizenshipcontinuetobindustogether.”Previouspresidentsneverwouldhaveusedthosewords,butthroughasubtleindoctrinationprocessinvolvingcelebritiesandpowerfulmemesintroducedintothegloballexicon,timeshavechanged.36

This campaign of change culminated in September 2015 when the “Global CitizenFestival”washeldshortlybeforeworldleadersmetinNewYorkCitytovoteontheUNplan“TransformingOurWorld:The2030AgendaforSustainableDevelopment.”Theplanisthefollow‐uptotheUNplanknownasthe“MillenniumDevelopmentGoals”andsharesmuchoftherhetoricandagendawiththehighlycontroversialAgenda21plan.TheconferencewasfollowedafewmonthslaterbytheParisclimate‐changesummitwhen196nationsagreedtoaddress climate change.At theUNmeetingon sustainabledevelopment,Obama,PopeFrancis,andtheUNGeneralAssemblyapprovedthesweepingdocumentthatexpertssayputs theworld on the fast track to a global government. The preamble calls for a “newuniversalagenda”forallhumanity,andtheauthorswrotethatthenextfifteenyearswillbe“some of the most transformative in human history.” Critics describe the plan as an“undisguisedroadmaptoglobalsocialismandcorporatism/fascism.”37

In his article “This Happened in September,” Idaho congressional candidateMichaelSnyder noted theUNhas seventeen goals it plans to achieve over thenext fifteen years.“Virtuallyeverynationontheplanethaswillinglysignedontothisnewagenda,andyouareexpectedtoparticipatewhetheryoulikeitornot,”wroteSnyder.“Theelitewantaone‐worldgovernment,aone‐worldeconomicsystemandaone‐worldreligion.Buttheyarenotgoingtoachievethesethingsbyconquest.Rather,theywanteveryonetosignupforthesenewsystemswillingly.The‘globalgoals’areatemplateforaunitedworld.Tomany,the‘utopia’thattheelitearepromisingsoundsquitepromising.Butforthosethatknowwhattimeitis,thiscallfora‘unitedworld’isvery,verychilling.”38

MasqueradeforaOne‐WorldOrderIn effect, the UN plan is masquerading as a global movement to end poverty through“sustainable development” and “social justice.” They expect to accomplish this throughsocialist wealth redistribution by transferring the wealth of hardworking middle‐andworking‐classpeopleinAmericaandothernationstopoorcountriesworldwide.

GoalnumbertenoftheUN’s“2030Agenda”callsontheUNandnationalgovernmentsto“reduce inequalitywithin and among countries.” The agreement states thiswill “only bepossible if wealth is shared and income inequality is addressed.” The UN is calling forinternational socialism to reduce inequality among the nations. Thismeans that even ifnations likeAmericaworkharderandsmarter, theyarenotallowedtokeeptheirhigherincomes.UsingclassicMarxistprinciples,allwealthmustberedistributed“equally.”Whowillensurewealthisdistributedequally?TheanswerwilllikelybethegiantUNbureaucracywithalongtrackrecordoffailure.Whatisusuallyleftoutoftheseone‐worldsocialistplansis the fact that the “1 percent”—the superwealthy—will not be forced to give up theirwealth.39

“Insimplerterms,Westerntaxpayersshouldpreparetobefleecedsothattheirwealthcanbe redistributed internationally as their owneconomies are cutdown to sizebyBigGovernment,”AlexNewmanwroteinhis“UNAgenda2030:ARecipeforGlobalSocialism”article.“Ofcourse,ashasbeenthecaseforgenerations,mostofthewealthextractedfromtheproductive sectorwill be redistributed to theUNandThirdWorld regimes—not thevictims of those regimes, impoverished largely through domestic socialist/totalitarianpolicies imposedby the same corrupt regimes tobeproppedupwithmoreWestern aidunderAgenda2030.”40

Considerthemathematicalinsanityofthisproposal.Today,middle‐andworking‐classpeopleoftenneedtoworkmorethanonejobjusttomaintainthesamelevelofeconomicwell‐being that one job produced several decades ago. Since 1967, the percentage ofAmericansinthemiddleclass(householdsearning$35,000to$100,000ayear)hasdroppedfrom53percentto43percent.Atthesametime,thepercentageofAmericansintheupperclass(householdsearningover$100,000annually)increasedfrom7percentto22percent.Meanwhile,anOxfamreport,“AnEconomyforthe1%,”foundhowthewealthofthepooresthalfoftheworld’spopulation(3.6billionpeople)fellbyatrilliondollars(38percent)since2010whilethewealthoftherichestsixty‐twopeopleincreasedbyoverhalfatrilliondollars.“Powerandprivilegearebeingusedtorigthesystemtoincreasethegapbetweentherichestandtherestofustolevelswehavenotseenbefore,”RaymondC.Offenheiser,presidentofOxfamAmerica,said.41

Theanti‐globalizationmovementreceivedsignificantmediacoverageduringprotestsattheWorldTradeOrganizationmeetinginSeattle,Washington,in1999,attheInternationalMonetaryFundandWorldBankgatheringsin2000,andattheG8(GroupofEight)meetinginGenoa,Italy,in2001.Butitwasn’tuntilaftertheglobalrecessioninthelate2000swhenmillionsofpeoplehadlosttheir jobsandhomesthatthemovementbegantocapturethepublic’simaginationwiththeOccupyWallStreetproteststhatbeganin2011.

Theprotestsreceivedglobalmediacoverageand inspiredawidermovementagainsteconomicinequality,greed,andcorruption.Theprotestersslogan“Wearethe99percent”hadtodowiththe inequitablewealthdistributionbetweentherichest1percentandtheother99percentofthepopulation.Theprotestssoonspreadnationwidetobanks,corporateheadquarters,andcollegecampuses.Similaroneseruptedworldwideaswordspreadvirallyon socialmedia, including theArab Spring, and protests in theUnitedKingdom, Greece,Spain,Chile,andIndia.

JamaicaEstatesisanupper‐middle‐classneighborhood,andtheTrumpfamilyinteractedwiththemiddleclassandworkingclassofQueens.Withthehelpofsomeseriousseedmoneyfromhis father, Trump became successful the old‐fashionedway—byworking hard andsmart.Whenheenteredtheelectionprocessasacandidate,theoverwhelmingconclusionamongthemedia,Democrats,andRepublicanswasthathemightprovidesomeamusement,buthewasnotaseriouscontender.

ThebigmoneyearlyonwasonpeoplelikeJebBush,MarcoRubio,andmaybeTedCruz.Trumpwasn’ta“politician”likethesecandidates.Buthewasapowerfulcommunicatorwhoknewhowtobondwithpeopleinminutes,andabusinessentrepreneurwhosurvivedandthrivedbyunderstandingmarketing,customerservice,profits,cuttingcostswithoutcutting

quality, good management, leveraging, competition, deal making, sophisticated financialstrategies,andwhathecalledTheArtoftheDeal—thetitleofhisbestsellingbook.

When Trump entered the election process he saw that America had become weakbecauseofcorruptionandthatournationwasbeingwalkedon.Hesetoutwithasimplevision—“MakeAmericaGreatAgain”—becauseheunderstoodwhatAmerica’sgreatnessisallabout.Heunderstoodthattherealpurposeofglobalismandtradetreatieswastoallowthe globalist elite to economically pillage our nation and merge us into a one‐worldgovernment. Americamusthaveapresidentwhotrulydesirestousehispowertoallowthesethingstohappen,andtheonlypresidentinourliveswhoispoisedtodothatisTrump.Inrecentdecades, no other Republican or Democratic president has been willing to confront theglobalistelites’planstocreateaglobalsuperstate.

TheMarkand“BloodoftheSaints”

Overthelasttwomillennia,morethanseventymillionChristianshavebeenkilledfortheirfaithinChrist,andthattrendisincreasingtodayascertainreligionsbelieveitistheirdutytobeheadandmurderChristians.Ofthoseseventymillionmartyrs,theCenterfortheStudyofGlobalChristianityestimateshalfwerekilledinthetwentiethcenturyunderfascistandcommunistregimes.Today,aboutonehundredthousandChristiansarekilledeachyear.25

Astheprophetic timeclockadvances,we’regoingtoseethekillingandbeheadingofcountless millions of Christians. During the Tribulation, Revelation 13 tells us that theAntichristwillrequireeveryonetoacceptthemarkoftheBeast.Withoutit,peoplewon’tbeabletoearnalivingorbuythenecessitiesoflife.Toreceivethemicrochipimplant,electronictattoo,orwhatever technologyendsupas themarkof theBeast, apersonmustpubliclyrenounce Jesus Christ as Lord and worship the Antichrist. Those who refuse will bebeheaded.

Revelation17tellsusthatthisglobalgovernmentknownas“Mystery,Babylon”willbe“drunkwiththebloodofthesaints.”TheapostleJohnwrotethatGodwouldseverelyjudge“Mystery,Babylon”andallthosewhojoinhersystemtoakindofcosmicprison—whattheBibledescribesasthe“lakeoffire”(Rev.20:15KJV),aplaceofeverlastingtorment.

WearenowquicklyapproachingthetimewhentheLuciferianeliteareplanningtobringonlineaglobalgovernment,cashlesssociety,anduniversalreligion.Todothis,theyhavesaid repeatedly that they need to create a borderlessworld and get rid of independent,sovereignnation‐states. “Thesovereigntyofstatesmustbesubordinatedto internationallaw and international institutions,”wrote George Soros, a Hungarian American businessmagnatewhoisoneoftherichestpeopleintheworldandasupporterofprogressivesocialcauses.“Weneedsomeglobalsystemofpoliticaldecision‐making.Inshort,weneedaglobalsocietytosupportourglobaleconomy.”26

Thisglobalsystem,whetherit’sheadedupbytheUN,NATO,orsomeotherentity,willuse all its military resources and futuristic technologies to try to stop Jesus Christ’sprophesiedreturntoEarth.ButJesuswilldefeattheAntichrist,FalseProphet,Satan,andalltheirforcesduringtheBattleofArmageddon.ChristwillthenreignfromJerusalem,thenewcapitalofplanetEarth(Rev.19:11–16,21:1–4).

TheBibleisclearthattherewillbenopermanentpeaceintheworlduntilthe“PrinceofPeace”returnsto“setupHisGloriousKingdomofPeaceanditwill last foronethousandyears.” The late Tim LaHaye explained that Christ will “enforce peace, justice, and truefreedomwhileSatanissealedandbound‘inthebottomlesspit’(Rev.20:2–3)wherehecan‘deceivethenationsnomoreuntilthethousandyearsareended.’”27
