3. DNV GL has to be informed in advance of any subcontracted activities 4. The manufacturer shall inform DNV GL of the intended schedule of production for pressure equipment
covered by this certificate 5. Periodical audits and unexpected visits will be held, in order to verify that the manufacturer and his
subcontractor duly fulfil the obligations arising out of the approved quality system 6. The Manufacturer must give information of any intended adjustments of the Quality System to DNV GL, who
will assess the changes and decide if the certificate remains valid 7. Manufacturer shall keep an up-to-date log of all manufactured pressure equipment with CE-marking
according Directive 2014/68/EU, which will be traceable to the equipment 8. The manufacturer complies with the Council Directive 2014/68/EU on Pressure Equipment and is allowed to
affix the CE Mark followed by the DNV GL identification number 2388.

5. Periodical audits and unexpected visits will be held, in order to verify that the manufacturer and his subcontractor duly fulfil the obligations arising out of the approved quality system
6. The Manufacturer must give information of any intended adjustments of the Quality System to DNV GL, who will assess the changes and decide if the certificate remains valid
