Factors to consider:Weather Conditions – We need to ensure we can check the weather conditions before we start to film the shots that are outside (east road) so that we do not get caught up in any sort of storm or bad weather.

Permission to film in drama studio – We need to ask for permission from the head of drama if we are able to use one of their studios when it is free. This is so we do not get mixed up with anyone else who wants to use it.

Ensure everyone knows our filming dates - We need to make sure we have told the teachers and parents, especially Holly’s parents when we are filming our trailer. This is so they are aware of us using their home and space, so they can not intrude if they are unaware.

Arrange dates everyone is free – We need to all make sure we set dates to film when all of us are free, due to work or sixth form. This is so no one misses any days and therefore we can get the trailer filmed quicker.

Equipment – When using the equipment from school, we need to ensure we all know how to use it and take care of it properly so we do not get anything mixed up. Also, so we can take care of it properly so nothing gets broken.
