Prof. Shilpa H. Bhingardive has an outstanding academic career. She is a Post Graduate in Management

from Savitribai Phule Pune University; she has qualified NET and pursuing her Ph D from Savitribai

Phule Pune University. Her experience covers almost 5 years of teaching. Currently she is working as

Assistant Professor in Sinhgad Institute of Management and Computer Application. She is having

knowledge expertise in the field of Labour Welfare, Industrial Relation, Legal Aspects of Business,

Human Resource Management and Emotional Intelligence and Managerial Effectiveness. She attended

and organized many Seminars/Programmes related to Management at National Level, also embraces

Professional Membership of NIPM.

Since the management course trains students in the practice and theory of management she uses

practical examples and exercises along with theoretical training in the classroom. Activities such as

presentation, case study analysis, quizzes and management games are used as tools during the sessions.

She wants to demonstrate to students, a framework for understanding the objectives and responses of

these in various sectors and the consequences of their decisions.

She is actively involved with the activities in the institute such as class co-coordinator and cultural co-

coordinator for Sinhgad Karandak –Neon and faculty co-coordinator for the research conference in the

Institute.

She has multiple research articles primarily in the areas of Human Resource Management in National

and International Journal and has also written book on ‘Health and Safety’.
