Who

Professional Armed Forces Rodeo Association – PAFRA - is a world-wide Military rodeo association comprised of

Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, DOD and honorably discharged Veterans and their dependents. The

association exists to bring together people who share the two loves of our “military and rodeo.” The mission of PAFRA is to provide a Veterans based, Values oriented Rodeo Association that empowers its members to serve their communities through

Servant Leadership and Rodeo.

PAFRA was formed in 2000 and has been steadily growing ever since into the premier global military rodeo association, featuring the first All American World Championship Rodeo. Some of our members have

served in Vietnam, Iraq, Korea or Afghanistan, and deployed multiple times worldwide and contributed to their efforts, often prohibiting them from their pursuit of their passions…now they just want to rodeo! We are excited to be returning to Topeka, Kansas, for our 2018 World Championship Rodeo!

PAFRA is very excited to welcome back Cowboy Mounted Shooting to our event line-up that includes

Bareback and Saddle Bronc Riding, Breakaway, Chute Dogging, Calf Roping, Steer Wrestling, Heading and Heeling Team Roping, Barrel Racing, and Bull Riding. Our World Championship Rodeo is an All American traditional Western Cowboy Action, thrill and excitement, and is sure to be a crowd pleaser

and a BIG HIT!
