• Offer of Loan Unit if repair looks to be taking longer than 7 days
PrimeSupport gives users access to our multilingual expert helpdesk advisors who will diagnose user issues and, in many cases, provide an immediate solution to the problem.
Should the helpdesk be unable to resolve the issue by telephone, then they will arrange for the faulty unit to be collected and taken to our central repair facility.
When repaired Helpdesk will arrange for the equipment to be shipped back to the customer.
If a repair is expected to take longer than 7 working days from receipt of the unit, then the customer will be offered a loan unit of a similar specification.

Example of Professional Functions
PictureProfile™ PictureProfile allows you to fine-tune the colour tone of the images flexibly. You can enhance the colour of sunrise or dusk, for example. Also you can produce “cinematic” image by changing the parameters.
Manual control Manual and independent iris, shutter speed, gain and white balance controlling allows you to decide the exposure and colour as you want.
Zebra & Histogram Important functions to avoid over/under exposure failure. You can manually control the iris value referring to the Zebra and histogram.
