Altman, EVP Contact Information Phone: (614) 327-4342 E-Mail: [email protected] Career Highlights: For over 23 years at Battelle, Mr. Altman operated in many positions, rising through the ranks from an Associate Department Manager, to Program Manager and finally as Vice President of the Program Management Office,

a corporate office chartered to develop standardized processes and training to improve the organization project management functions. Mr. Altman also represented Battelle on the NDIA Program Management Systems Committee and has served on its Executive Board and represented Battelle on the NDIA Industrial Committee for Program Management. He was also the Project Management Management System Owner for the Battelle Standards Based Management System; this includes the development of a validated Earned Value Management System. While leading project management at Battelle, Mr. Altman was also responsible for the Proposal Operations Center. This organization lead the major strategic proposals (>$20M) that Battelle pursued. As an Engagement Manager, Mr. Sparrow has assisted over 200 clients with the evaluation, design, and implementation of project management systems. Mr. Sparrow's consulting experiences have been varied and extensive. In addition to consulting experiences in the private sector, he has consulted to the Navy, assisting them with systems planning, design, implementation, and training. He has led and participated on numerous management system assessment teams. Mr. Sparrow has been the seminar leader for hundreds of public and in-house seminars addressing project management systems. He has been a guest lecturer for organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA). career as a Government civilian professional in weapon system acquisition. He currently serves as Program Manager for Engineering and Support Service contracts in support of the Missile Defense Agency. Earned Value Management: 25 years Teaching Experience: 20 years Career Highlights: Mr. Troisi has over 20+ years progressive experience in having provided program management support and services for private (Commercial) and public (Government) clients that include premier corporations and agencies across the Telecommunications, Government (DoD, Intelligence), Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, Insurance, and Pharmaceutical industries. His accomplishments have been primarily in a lead or direct project management operational role for various Development, Modernization, or Enhancement (DME), or Command, Control, Communications, Computing and Intelligence (C4I) type software and engineering projects. Activities for these projects have included the implementation of project scheduling and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS); as well as acquisition support in Earned Value Management (EVM) program performance measurement analysis, cost analysis, proposal pricing support, and OMB Exhibit 300 data compilation. Wolf, EVP, PMP Contact Information: E-Mail: [email protected] Lisa Wolf is the Earned Value Management (EVM) Focal Point for Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading global consulting firm that is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. In this role for the past seven years, Lisa has been responsible for

ensuring the proper firm-wide deployment of the ANSI/EIA-compliant Earned Value Management System through training, proposal support, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs), and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs). Lisa’s wide range of diverse EVM experience as a practitioner has been in RDT&E, Production, Deployment, Software Development, and support services projects of varying contract sizes and types with myriad clients. Career Highlights: Robert Loop currently is a DOE EVM Specialist. In this role he supports policy,

surveillance, and recommendations regarding DOE EVM. Previously Robert Loop supported the Navy Center for Earned Value Management (CEVM). He was a key player in the development, adjudication, and review of the DOD Integrated Program Management Report Data Item Description (IPMR DID). He has 30 years of experience working with EVM in practical ways, and authored many presentations on a variety of EVM topics. Abba is a management consultant specializing in EVM in the public sector. As the EVMS Surveillance Monitor, he was responsible for ensuring continued contractor compliance with their approved EVMS. In her 10 years as a program scheduler in the aerospace/defense industry Lisa Hastings has successfully written and implemented processes to standardize, streamline and ensure scheduling best practices are applied at numerous defense companies such as Thales-Raytheon Systems, Parker Hannifin, Raytheon Missile Systems, L3 and General Atomics. In 2008 Lisa Hastings served as a consultant to Raytheon Missile Systems providing scheduling support during the company’s validation review in which they were found to have achieved 100 percent compliance on all 32 EV guidelines.
