Standardized systemWe manufacture BOLA Tri-Clamp Fittings as per the standard DIN 32 676 for compatibility with all components of the same standard.

Easy assemblyThe flangelike connectors are pressed on each other and secu-red with a fitting locking clip.

Transition to glass tubes and fluoroplastic tubingUsing BOLA Tri-Clamp Fittings and Laboratory Screw Joints, hard-walled tubing made of glass or fluoroplastics can easily be connected to the GL-threaded sockets of the components. Thus you can directly take samples from or insert products to the connected Tri-Clamp line.

Universal chemical resistanceBeing made of PTFE, BOLA Tri-Clamp fittings provide a high thermal and chemical resistance. At the same time, all surfaces are non-adhesive and easy to clean.

Low dead volumeThe sealing on the flat flange combined with the consistent inner diameter of all connected components reduce the dead volume.

BOLA Tubing – good to know.

Compatible with BOLA Screw Joint SystemsThe outer diameter of all BOLA Tubing sizes are compatible with the BOLA Screw Joint Systems for hard-walled tubes and tubing.

Huge RangeBOLA Tubing made of PTFE, PFA and FEP are available ex stocks in a wide range of different dimensions.

Bending RadiusAll fluoroplastic tubes are hard-walled and rigid. They can be bent within the bending radius as defined for each diameter. With increasing diameter and thickness also the bending radius becomes larger.

Customized LengthWe supply the ordered quantity as continuous roll in full meters, provided it is smaller than our maximum production length of 100 m per roll. A customization of several rolls with the same roll length can be offered on request.

Choosing a tubingFor most applications in labs, PTFE-tubing is the best choice with regards to chemical resistance and price. If you need a transparent tubing, we recommend to choose tubing in FEP or PFA.

Wide Range of UseBOLA tubing offer a high chemical and thermal resistance for many applications in analysis, laboratories and industry. Depending on outer diameter, wall thickness and working temperature the maximum possible working pressure has to be observed.

BOLA Flexible Distributors – good to know.

Easy AssemblyElastic tubing made of e. g. Tygon® or silicone can be slipped on the hose connectors. The curved connectors prevent bends in the tubing.

Emptying without ResiduesWith tubing put on the connectors on the bottom of the distributor cap, you can empty flasks without any residues.

No Disarrangement of TubingThe body of the distributor can be turned independently from the screw cap. This special design allows to remove and assemble the cap on another bottle without disarranging the connected tubing.
