Professional Mobility - job vacancy

Part Time Position

Capable person wanted to manage the Mobility Shop at Crystal Peaks. Previous experience in the mobility industry an advantage but not essential as full training provided.

Duties involve supervision of the hire of mobility scooters and wheelchairs; the demonstration and sales of mobility products and household aids.

Customer service is paramount to this business.

Remuneration will be results based including a basic wage.

Mentoring Circle Cavendish Court JCP

18 – 24 year olds – any benefit

JCP Mentoring Circle initiative is intended to support young people who are aged 16-24 giving them an opportunity to build on their employability skills through facilitating an interaction with employers.

The main aim of Mentoring Circles is to increase the confidence, motivation and job search skills of the jobseekers to help them move closer to employment by raising their aspirations and fostering a can do approach. During the Mentoring Circles employers will share their experiences with mentees who will receive advice on their CVs, job applications, a chance to practice interviews and employability skills. Mentoring Circle is a three structured meetings with an employer/s lasting about 2 hours each week over 3 weeks, Session 1 Wednesday 04/12/19 (10.30 – 12.30), Session 2 Wednesday 11/12/19 (10.30 – 12.30) and Session 3 Wednesday 18/12/19 (10.30-12.30)
