    good presentation is essential. Sign off the letter in an informal mannere.g. thanks,

    cheers or even no sign off is deplorable!

    Use illegible fonts and colors on the letter this is not

    professional! Go on for more than one page. Two pages is the absolute

    limit, any more than this and it is likely the employer willnot even read your application as it is too time consuming!
