The trailed sprayer „Profi-Class Tandem“ is fixed on a sturdy steel construction frame and has a closed coverage type cowl. The tandem axle are load-dependent pneumatic spring mounted and the second axle are over runnig.

Further basic equipment are: fender, pneumatic presure line cleanout, nozzle line circulation, 60 l induction hopper, hillside clearing over douple cylinder, digital filling level indication „TANK-Control“, hydraulic valve block switched by terminal, remote control switch for the sterrer, pressure filter flushing.

Gel-coated fiber glass tankThe DAMMANN tank is easy to clean thanks to its special gel-coated surface, the special form of a case and the strong cleaning nozzles inside. The DAMMANN tank has a deep discharge and 10% safety margin. The well-spaced baffles provide additional safety when braking and prevent unwanted shifting weight of the fluid. The built in fresh water tank has a volume sufficient for complete cleaning of the unit, and is installed in the center of gravity.

ISOBUS terminalThe „Profi-Class“ trailed sprayer is as standard already equipped with a Job-computer. The Operation via a universal ISOBUS terminal and the multi function joystick is clear and easily

Interaction of pump, injector and induction hopperThe robust self-piston diaphram pump sucks, with the help of the injector, a suction capacity up to 800 l/min. This allows filling the 5000 liter tank within 5 minutes. The injector allows with his vacuum suction princip the intake of solids and fluids from the induction hopper into the DAMMANN tank. The injector sucks with 310 l/min from the induction hopper. The induction hopper has a capacity of almost 60 liters and is supplied during filling with fresh water. The induction hopper is equipped with the flushing ring, jet nozzle for solid or powder and also with a can cleaning nozzle for canisters.

All valves and connections are centrally located near the induction hopper and allows an easy use of the „Profi-Class“ trailed sprayer.

Standard equipment on the highest level

NoctonThe special Dammann Nocton ensures constant spraying pressure. The Nocton provides by pneumatic back pressure, that the spray boom has always the same pressure. This pressure is available regardless of whether one or all nozzles are open.

G-boomThe specially shaped G boom is designed so that the nozzle is protected by its shape. Given by the standard boom control, work without problems, is even in hilly terrain always possible. The outer boom parts are build, to reduce weight, of aluminum and are equipped with a double break back.

Lifting mastThe lifting mast allows a stepless height adjustment without shifting the balance point. Due to the attachment tight behind the tank and close behind the axle we have no changes in the balance point. All cables and hoses are protected in a link chain management in the lifting mast. The stable pendulum suspension allows a quiet boom guide in uneven terrain. It damps vertical and horizontal shocks on the linkage and providing a optimum steering of the distance to the crop.

Nozzle holder and nozzle tubeBy default, the „Profi-Class“ trailed sprayer is fitted with an electro-pneumatic tandem nozzle holder and a 1/2“ stainless pipe. The trailed sprayer „Profi-Class“ is fitted as standard with a pressure line flushing circulation, so it is always the spray liquid directly on the nozzle holder. With opening of boom sections the spray fluid is immediately at the nozzle, this prevents uneven start of the appllication in the field. The number of sections is customized for each customer according to his needs. 7 to 12 boom sections are possible and contained, depending on boom width, in the base.

The Dual Air system - D-A-SThe intelligent solution for the environmentally conscious economists.

It is always the aim of the HERBERT DAMMANN GmbH to promote accurate, economical and environmentally friendly crop protection. The 40-year practice experience in the construction of plant protection equipment is also reflected in our developed Dual Air system. It is characterized by the unique double air downstream before and behind the nozzles, so the spray jet is shielded and stabilized.

2 tank system (option)The gel-coated fibre glass tank can be splitted in two or more parts. This feature allows to create more then one spraysystem on one sprayer. The 2 tank system allows to make more then one application at once, this safe the maschine track. Each spraysystem is a stand alone system. With the MFS-App the spray systems can be handled by one ISOBUS-terminal. At the 2 tank system the systems use the same freshwater tank and the same induction hopper, all other components are double, like nozzle pipe, pump, ... .

Boom angling (option)A perfect upgrade for the boom control. Specialy for hilly grounds the boom angling is a advantage to hold the correct distance to the plant.

The pneumatic spring mounted tandem axle are load-dependent with assisted operation (option)The pneumatic spring mounted tandem axle adapts to the weight of the Profi-Class Tandem, the front axle is relieved when the empty tank to ensure better traction, this protects the tractor and facilitates handling with empty tank.

The rotating stirring and cleaning work - RRW (option)The intelligent solution in the barrel for stirring and cleaning is the RRW. The RRW is a tube centrally installed in the underpart of the DAMMANN-tank. This shaft is provided with special nozzles which are used for stirring, but also to clean the DAMMANN-tank.

When the stirring shaft pivots from left to right, the pivot amount is adjusted to the level of the DAMMANN-tank, and so the fluid does not foam.

When cleaning the DAMMANN-tank, the shaft rotates full 360 degrees and then cleans the DAMMANN-tank completely, as proven by tests of the JKI.

LED work light (option)The LED work lights are available in the options two and four LED headlights. With two LED headlights, the LED headlights are mounted on the central frame. At the option four LED-headlights, are LED lights are mounted on the second part of the boom.

Cleaning the exterior (option)For exterior cleaning DAMMANN offers three options:

» Wash brush, with hose reels

» Vario pipe up to 15 bar, with hose reels.

» Hydraulical driven high pressure cleaner 140 bar, with hose reels.

HD-NIGHT LUX (option)The spray cone lighting HD-NIGHT LUX is operated with modern LED lights, which are virtually maintenance free. The LED lights are completely waterproof and plant protection-resistant.

For plant protection applications in nighttime hours the user is given the control over the full working width. Each nozzle spray cone is illuminated in the boom. If a nozzle is blogged, this is immediately realiezable as the spray cone is not lit.

Advantageously are the LED lights, mounted on the end of the boom. Through these newly developed lighting with LED lamps oncoming obstacles in 20m distance are visible.
