● AAAS has been supplying to industrial a wide range of Engineering, Construction(Civil, Mechanical) and Maintenance Services. Our main target is to meet constantly growing demand of the construction and maintenance sector including Oil and gas field, storage facilities and refineries, Pipeline work, Plant piping, power generation, telecommunication sector, fertilizer industry, cement industry, sugar plants, textile industries, oil and edible industry motorways, dams, bridges, chemicals and petrochemical industries.

SURFACE OPERATION● Corrosion is the basic problem every industry has to contend with. By

providing innovative solutions, AAAPS is committed to providing industrial

commercial customers with the highest standard of surface preparation (Abrasive Blasting & other system). The performance of any protective coating is influenced by Surface Preparation before Application, it is essential to remove rust, dust and all mill scale as well as other contaminants, if expensive coating are to be of full value. Painting,

● Coating and Wrapping Application:Plaint Coating will depend upon number of factors including the size, type of

area, environment of the area, the type of system specified, the surface preparation specified.

WE OFFER VARIOUS PAINTING METHODS SUCH AS :● Airless Spray Conventional Spray● Brush Application Roller Application● The paint application of above methods need necessary skill and craft.

● Insulation and Cladding, Ducting and Chiller Works

● One of our major service is insulation, while fuel is the principal advantages of insulation in industrial plants, some other advantages which is many cases, are considered as important as fuel saving. Protection of plant from thermal socks. Improvement in distribution of heat and more accurate temperature control.

● Reducing heart radiation from the heated equipments and sound emission from the noisy machines, thereby increasing their working capacity. Fire protection of plant and piping. Absorption of vibration. Painting, Coating and Wrapping Applications / Inspection and Corrosion Survey, Insulation and Cladding Ducting and Chiller works, Scaffolding Erection, Dismantling and Inspection, Rigging / Slinging, Lifting & Inspection.

● The Policy of AAAS is of continuous education and orientation of workers on quality standards and working norms, our Admin. Managers and Supervisory staff to oversea, monitor and inspect the performance and the output of the workers, both in terms of quality and quantity.

SAFETY POLICY● OBJECTIVE● The purpose of the booklet is to promote the Safety of Employees ad by

setting out the General Requirements whilst working at any site specific requirements to avoid danger from specific hazards incident. These hazards are not considered to be exhaustive but are those frequently met and which are common causes of accidents.

● SAFETY● GENERAL SAFETY● SECURITY, VEHICLES AND PARKING● We give the awareness to our staff about Safety Plan Rules in this inane. Off site

parking and station security is the first stage of safety. Only essential vehicles will be allowed on site.

● All site visitors must report to the gatehouse where they will be issued with a security pass, which be worn at all times. All vehicles on site are limited to maximum speed to 15 kilometers per hours.

● SAFETY TALKS● Before start the job Safety Talks must be conducted to his team, and also

discusses about working are place in clean and safe.

● SAFE SYSTEM OF WORK● All work must be carried out in accordance with a safe system of work on all

plant and apparatus must follow the Safety Rules. All work must be discussed with a Safety Authorized Person before work can begin, the Safety Authorized Person will then decide what measures need to be taken to ensure your safety from the system, he also decides if a safety documents is required.

● Usually a safety document will be required; Senior then arranges for the plant to be taken from service, isolated and prepares a Safety Document. The Safety Document must then be issued to a Competent Person by an Senior. The senior is responsible for ensuring that you understand the Safety Documents. Safety Isolations are secured by locks and caution tags. These are for your safety under no circumstances should they be interfered with.

● TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT● All tools used shall be in good condition and fit for purpose. Electrical tools,

equipment, lighting, extension lads etc. shall be free of defect, with fully insulated power supply leads and shall be fitted with a suitable plug.

● Lifting equipment shall be in good condition and marked with the safety working limit, lifting operations may only be carried out with the permission of the Engineer. All equipment with rotating elements must be suitably guarded.

● HAZARDS AND EMERGENCIES● All emergency situations are dealt with by the control room.

● FIRE● A fire is potentially a most dangerous situation any small outbreak must be

dealt with immediately. Fire extinguisher are to be found around site at clearly marked locations. Do not attempt to use the extinguisher unless it is safe to do so. Ensure that the correct type is used. Do not attempt to extinguish a Gas Fire unless you had training.

EXCAVATION

● Excavation on site requires a Safety Document and written instruction from a “Selected Person” by client Safety Rules to ensure safety is achieved.

● FIRST AID:● First Aid box must avail at site every time and trained person like dispenser. A

qualified first aid person is a call 24 hours a day or in any emergency shift to hospital.

● ALL ACCIDENT MUST BE REPORTED● Accident shall be reported site to Incharge. Such reports shall include details of

any injuries to person along with their names.

GOOD HOSUEKEEPING● Most accidents within the workplace are due to slips, trips and falls, many of

these are caused by basic faults which can be easily remedied, such as material left lying around, inadequate lighting or slippery floors. In this way Good Housekeeping and tidy working also contribute to safety. You must remove all waste you create in the course of your work, and dispose of it in the correct area or container.

● Hazardous waste must be dealt with in accordance with the correct procedures.
