Production Of 2000 To 2500 Turnovers Per Year And Having 20 Employees. The Features

Cookies:-
To Make A Cookies There Are Following Row Material Are Used

This All Row Material Is Mixed Up And Fed Into A
Machine To Get Better Mixers. Then Once Again It Is Fed Into
Heating & Rotating Machine After That This Mixers Is Passed
Through Shaping And Cutting Machine To Get Cookies In
Attractive And In Various Shape. Then After The Prepaid Cookies
Passed Through Drying Machine And Packing It.
Puff:- To Make A Puff There Are Two Thing Is Required First Is Make
Two Round Shaped Bread Of Maida And Second One Is Masala Mixer’s Of
Potato’s And Other Vegetables. After That, The Mixers Of Potato’s Is To Be
Putted In Between Rounded Shaped Breads, Then After Cut In Too Our Part.
That Pieces To Backed In Hating Machining Proper Temperature. It Is Backed
Then After It Ready Then Packed In To Paper Packing.

To Make Role Cream, It Has Basic Two Thing Are Required,
First Is Blank Role And Another Is Cream.
Blank Role Is Made In To Maida, And Cream Is Made Up Of
Sugar, Carnal Of Coconut, Little Water And Eggs. These All
Thing Is Mixed Up In Mixers Machines.
Then After, Empty Roles Is To Be Filled With Cream And
Then It Drying And Packing.
TIME KEEPING SYSTEM
The Time-Keeping System Is One Of The Important Functions Of An Organization. This
Is To For Regulating Incoming And Outgoing Of Employees. In This Unit One Separate
Department Of Time Keeping Is Kept For His Own Workers And Not For Contract Based
Workers. The Office Of Time Keeping Is Placed Near The Front Door. The Time Officer Also
Maintains The Register For Wage And Salary.
The Unit Has Accepted The Signature System Of Time-Keeping. The Signature System
Exists For The Staff Members And Card System For Its Workers Who Are Unskilled.

Professional Journals, Technical Magazines And Brochures.
3. Third Party Method:-
These Include The Use Of Commercial Or Private Employment Agencies, State Agencies
Placement Offices Of Schools And Professional Associations, Recruiting Firms, Management
Insulting Firms, Indoctrination Seminars For College Professors, And Friends And Relatives.

Different From The Workers For The Staff Members, This Company Use Indirect Method For
Recruitment Which Means Advertise In News Paper For Its Requirements Regarding Office

SELECTION:-
In Shree Amarlal Food Production Industry. For The Selection Of The Right Candidate, The
Main Stress Is Given To The Experience Of The Applicant. If Any Staff Member Fits The
Required Category He Is Selected And Then He Joins As An Apprentice For Three Months And
If Successful He Is Finally Joins The Company. And The Company Hires Any Worker Only If
He Has Experience In The Same Department Or If He Has Technical Knowledge Of It.
INDUCTION:-
In Shree Amarlal Food Production When Employee Is Recruited He Is Given Few Days
To View The Unit And Prepare The Note Of The Work Once The Employee Is Selected, He Is
Given General Information About Company’s Rules And Regulations, Time-Keeping System,
Products And Also Introduced With Organization Staff And Given All The Details About His
Job. Then Selection Procedure Is Completely Over.
