• Qualified from USA and represents as a Board member since the inception of the company. 

• Played an instrumental role in the establishment of Sazgar Engineering Works Limited. 

• Founder director of the company and over 41 years experience in commercial and management 

of business. 

• Diversified experience of running and managing the affairs of the company. 

• Personally  involved  in  the  development  of  wheel  rims  die’s,  production  machineries  and 

development & design of Minicab three wheel rickshaw. 

• Have a thorough and in‐depth knowledge of market in Pakistan and the surrounding region. 

• Successfully market  the  products  all  over  Pakistan  and  export  in  countries  like  Afghanistan, 

Japan, Srilanka etc. 

• Worked as Chief Executive Officer of M/s. Ciba Enterprises (Pvt) limited over a period of 22 years 

up to 2008. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of sheet metal fabrication for Millat 

tractor Limited & Al‐Ghazi Tractor Limited.

Technical. 

• Graduate mechanical engineer and owns 41 years working experience  from abroad and  from 

well‐known Pakistani automobile companies. 

• One of the founder directors of the Company. 

• Looking after the technical aspects of the Company since inception of the Company. 

• Heading the technical matters for the setting up of new four wheeler project of the Company. 

•  Experience  of  overall  plant  operations,  quality  control,  research  and  development  of 

automobiles.

and have strong commitment to excel the business. 

• Looking after the Sales and Marketing Department of the Company.  

• Heading the marketing and sales team, working for the development of four wheeler business 

and successful launching of new products. 

• Have an experience of more than 11 years to represent as a board member. 

• Excellent  experience  of  developing  distribution  network  and  procurement  of  quality  raw 

material. 

• Major achievements  include developing cross provinces distribution networking  for marketing 

and achieved highest ever sales volume of the Company during the tenure from 2011‐2014.

Partner  of  Pakistan  Outdoors,  The  organization  is  involved  in  outdoor  and  other 

recreational activities within Pakistan. 

Partner of CMK Construction, The firm is engaged in construction related activities both 

in private and public sector. 

Managing Partner of AL Hameed Industries and Agriculture Farms, The Firm is engaged 

in cold storage, ice factory, oil extraction unit and agriculture farming.

• Also working as a director of M/s. Power Vision System (Pvt.) Limited since September 2009.  

• Heading  product  and  business  development  department  of M/s.  Power  Vision  System  (Pvt.) 

Limited.  The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of generator of all types & sizes. 

• Major achievements  include  setting up of generator manufacturing plant as per  international 

standards.

UMAIR EJAZ 

I hold a degree  in MSc Financial Management & Corporate Accountability  from Middlesex University, London and graduated in 2008. 

My degree required multiple course works and assignments  in which  I was required  to study, analyze and give conclusions on financial statements and non‐financial disclosures of Public Limited Companies. Some  of  the  companies  I  did my  assignments  on were  Lehman  Brothers,  Northern  Rock  Bank,  and defense contractors such as BAE Systems and EADS. I successfully submitted a thesis on the relationship between  Corporate  Governance  and  its  impact  on  Financial  Statements  of  Pakistani  Financial Institutions. 

Upon  completing my  education 2008,  I  joined my  family owned business M/S  Ijaz Brothers  and was assigned  the  responsibility of Director  Finance and  Sales.  In 2014  I was  reassigned  to another  family owned enterprise M/S ACC Polymers, as Head of Finance and Corporate Accountability.  In addition to Finance I was also responsible for devising and implementing CSR policies as required by ISO 9001:14001 Certifications. 

In 2017 I set up my own company by the name of M/S Anjum Chemical Company. The company is in the business of  indenting  industrial  raw materials  to  various  clients across Housing, Medical, Automotive and  Appliance  industries.  Part  of my  job  also  entails  assisting  customers  in making  decisions,  after considering  international  economic  events  such  as  currency  fluctuations,  changing  trade policies  and evolving geopolitical risks.
