The ST-SARIEL under loom batcher is able to wind fabric rolls with a diameter up to 450 mm on any brand or model of textile looms.

The winder is placed under the frame and it’s equipped with motorization with independent control, this allows it to work independently and safety.

It works in continuous rotation and it manages the tension control by elastic compensator (DANCER) with springs.

L’avvolgitore TECH-SARIEL per tessuti tecnici è in grado di avvolgere tessuti con diametro fino a 900 mm e peso max 1000Kg.

E’ consigliato per tessuti delicati.

Il sistema di avvolgimento è assiale ed è controllato tramite celle di carico, ballerino e motori brushless; l’obiettivo è di poter raggiungere la durezza del rotolo e la linearità della trama prefissati.

Presenta un motoriduttore che garantisce una bassa usura dei materiali ed un controllo combinato tra i due motori che garantisce una migliore compattezza idonea al tipo di tessuto avvolto.

Dual Motor

The TWIN-SARIEL dual motor winders, is able to wind fabric rolls with a diameter up to 1500 mm and weight 1500 Kg max.

It is a system that replaces the torque limiter and the electro-magnetic clutch.

It has a gearmotor that guarantees a low wear of the materials and a combined control

between the two motors which guarantees a better compactness suitable for the type of wound fabric.

Hercules

L’avvolgitore HERCULES SARIEL è in grado di avvolgere rotoli di tessuto con diametro fino a 1500 mm e peso max 600Kg. (pesi superiori a richiesta)

Questa macchina è un avvolgitore tangenziale con struttura meccanica rinforzata per poter avvolgere tessuti con grandezze superiori a 4,5 metri.

The SARIEL HERCULES winder is able to wind fabric rolls with a diameter up to 1500 mm and weight 600Kg max. (outweight under request)

This machine is a tangential winder with reinforced mechanical structure to wrap fabrics with sizes greater than 4,5 meters.

MAGAZZINO AD ANELLO ROTANTE: è indicato dove il numero dei pezzi da stoccare è di quantità considerevole. E’ impiegato in locali ampi, dove permette lo sfruttamento razionale del locale in tutte le sue dimensioni. Viene costruito a 2,4 o 6 file.

MAGAZZINO AD ANELLO VERTICALE: è impiegato in locali di notevole altezza in cui permette il massimo sfruttamento di tale caratteristica. Viene usato come alimentatore di reparti disposti su più piani o inserito tra linee di produzione.

MAGAZZINO AD ANELLO MISTO: risolve tutti i problemi intermedi, consentendo il collegamento di più piani o l’utilizzo di seminterrati.

AUTOMATIC STORES available in different versions

depending on the different

needs and applications:

HORIZONTAL RING STORE:

it is recommended where the number of items to be stored is huge. It is installed in large rooms, where it allows the rational use of the space in all its dimensions. It can be constructed with 2,4 or 6 rows.

VERTICAL RING STORE:

it is recommended in rooms of considerable height in which it allows the maximum use of this characteristic. It is used as a feeding unit arranged on more plans or inserted between production lines.

MIXED RING STORE:

It solves all the intermediate problems, allowing the junction between different floors or the storage in a basement.

La tecnologia installata sulle macchine di ultima generazione permette anche la possibilità di un controllo remoto per la gestione dell’impianto.

SARIEL oggi si presenta sul mercato con lo sviluppo ed applicazione di nuove e sofisticate tecnologie per l’automazione robotizzata e controllo 3D installabili nei reparti di filatura, tintoria e tessitura.

Sono in fase di sviluppo anche sistemi per il controllo qualitativo a telaio.

SARIEL srl has a long experience in the field of complex automations. In collaboration with various partners we have designed and implemented automated warehouses and automation systems in weaving system AGV or LGV.

The technology installed on the machines of the latest generation also allows the possibility of a remote control for operating the system.

SARIEL today is on the market with the development and application of new and sophisticated technologies for robotic automation and control 3D installed in departments of spinning, dyeing and weaving.

Also systems for quality control directly on the weaving loom are being developed.

Production Monitoring

On its machines, SARIEL can implement a data collection system connected with the central company system.

Questo sistema può essere realizzato in diversi modi:

- Installazione di pannello touch screen a bordo macchina fisso;

- Installazione di dispositivo mobile collegato alla macchina via cavo o wireless

- Installazione di stazione centralizzata che raccoglie i dati da più macchine

Su questi dispositivi è possibile visualizzare i dati del tessuto, i difetti riscontrati sul tessuto durante la lavorazione e lo stato di funzionamento della macchina.

This system can be implemented in different ways:

- Installing a touch panel on each machine

- An operator is provided with a mobile device that can be connected to the machine via cable or wi-fi

- A central system that displays the status of the machine

On these devices it’s possible to view the fabric data, the defects found on the fabric during processing and the state of operation of the machine.
