Monitors and approves program expendituresensuring that budget allocations are not overspent.
Prepares periodic reports, financial statements andrecords on program activities, progress, status orother special reports for management or outsideagencies.
Recruits program participants, members andvolunteers utilizing most appropriate promotionalor marketing methods, such as individual letters,brochures or presentations at meetings.
Interacts and maintains liaison with students,faculty, staff and outside/community agencies infacilitating program objectives.

Junior Engineers- are students that have aninterest in helping out Baba Guss & Baba Skipmaintain the technical's and grounds of the building
Duties include but are not limited to:
Sweeping the lunchroom floors
Picking up trash on the stairways
Picking up trash in front of school
Watering the grass
Help move tables and chair in building forvarious events & activities
Help move classroom furniture when needed
Help stock and log materials delivered toEngineering staff

Parent Volunteers
Through the incentive program I helpedto grow a team of consistent anddedicated parent volunteers whoattended the monthly incentive fieldtrips. These parents have also began to
volunteer in the office with Mama Brendaas well as in the classroom. In fact, someof these parents want to play a moreactive role in school so I always tell themto join Parent Council.
Goal is to increase Parent Participation
Liaison between parents &Extracurricular activities to get them todonate & volunteer i.e) Sport Drinks,Chaperones, Fundraisers, Printed Shirts

Incentive Program
BASA Buck Incentive Program was designed topromote positive student behavior and builda supportive environment for staff andstudents. Students earn a fictional weeklycheck that starts with the value of $100.Students loose various dollars based oncertain infractions such as not being inuniform, not following directions, chewing
gum or candy, talking during instruction,tardiness, etc. Each week a check is sent homefor the parent to sign. At the end of the monthchecks from the past 4 weeks are tallied andstudents who received 80% average arerewarded with the monthly incentive.
