UPDATED 4 MARCH 2018 Due to the weather problems we have recently encountered the programme has been adjusted to make the best use of the time which on

occasion means taking the Matters out of order. Please check the AGENDAS and the Programme VERY carefully to see when your Matter is being heard and to ensure you have not been

missed off the programme. It is also essential to advise me if you ARE NOT attending as this impacts on the Hearings.

If the name on the programme is incorrect please EMAIL me immediately as nameplates have to be made for the Hearings. I don’t need the

name of any other parties you bring with you as the Inspector will take their names at the start of the session.

THE HEARINGS FROM 12-16 MARCH WILL BE HEARD AT THE HUDAWI CENTRE, Great Northern Street Huddersfield

Most of the sessions programmed for WEEK TWO which were postponed will be rescheduled in March – details will follow w/c 5 March.
