Welcome - The Institute for Behavioral Healthcare Improvement (IBHI) is pleased to present our second annual conference Progress Made Possible: Better Outcomes at the Intersection of Behavioral Health and Criminal Justice.
We are very grateful to Judge Steven Leifman for his continuing leadership and for his role in helping to host this event. It is our intent to showcase the remarkable progress that can be made in jail and emergency room diversion services by bringing communities together. Improved relationships between stakeholders and integration of programs delivers better outcomes for individuals with behavioral health challenges and the communities they live in.
