The international airport Charles de Gaulle opened on 8 March 1974, is located 23 km North-East of Paris. It is the main airport of France, named after Charles de Gaulle(1890-1970), the General and the President of France.

The airport consists of two parts : "CHARLES-DE-GAULLE-1" and

"CHARLES DE GAULLE-2".

The first is the "Charles de Gaulle-1" is a great terminal, from which diverge the rays of transitions leading to the buildings-satelital, where the gate of the host aircraft.

The second part of the airport "Charles de Gaulle" receives mostly flights of the

national carrier AIR FRANCE. This part of the airport is divided into five terminals

located against each other.

There is a third terminal T9, exclusively Charter flights. Three terminals of the airport are connected by buses that carry more than 200,000 passengers daily.
