Project LEAD (Leadership Exploration and Development) is our proprietary program that has been especially designed and created to take you on an evolutionary journey from understanding self to engaging with teams, hence impacting the organization and customers.

Session 1

Leadership Point of View � This session is based on pioneering work done by

Robert Hartmann and Jim Collins� It focuses on how high performance managers can

discover their inherent leadership point of view and become more effective at work

Session 2

Leadership Style Preferences � MBTI Assessment is administered to participants� This session helps participants appreciate their own

preferred management styles based on MBTI framework

Session 1

Team Leadership and Motivation � Based on the Maslow, McGregor, and Herzberg, this

session provides tools to understand the power of motivation in team management

� It discusses how leaders can leverage these tools in their own teams

Session 2

Building Winning Teams � This sessions discusses the secrets of building winning

teams� It leverages the Rajasthan Royals IPL-1 as a case study to

show how a group of relatively unknown cricketers went on to win the IPL

In today's incredibly complex and rapidly changing business world, leaders must be able to step up and take charge quickly and effectively. Communications & Negotiations – Day 3 Team & Customer – Day 4

Session 1

Assertive Communication� Appreciate the value of assertive communication and how

it helps you influence your reputation and manage your professional image

� Know what assertive communication is and make critical distinctions between it and aggressive communication.

Session 2

Conflict Management & Negotiation � The session focuses on effective strategies to minimize the

dysfunctions of conflict� It talks about the constructive functions of negotiation to

reach mutually beneficial outcomes

Session 1

Coaching and Mentoring� Discusses Industry best practice on coaching and

mentoring teams � Participants become sensitive to the stages of

development of people and learn to ask powerful questions to diagnose and facilitate development and growth in others

Session 2

Trusted Advisor � This session allows leaders to become adept at building

lasting and profitable relationships with high value clients� It discusses the concept of “Trusted Advisor” – the person

clients turn to for advice

Urfi Prasad serves as a specialized Consultant in Behavioural Sciences.

With over 40 years experience in Banking and HR, Urfi Prasad is a guest consultant at the

Administrative Staff College of India, Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute for Banking & Finance, Center for Organisation Development and the National Institute for Small and Medium Enterprise (Hyderabad).

Urfi is qualified as a Special Educator from Reading Center at Rochester, Minnesota, USA. She has been awarded as Best Trainer for two consecutive years (State Bank Staff College), State Bank of India, Hyderabad.

M C Jacob has earlier served as Chief General Manager & Chief Operating Officer, State Bank of Travancore (SBT).

With more than 38 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services in India and

abroad. He was the first Indian to receive both the Rotary GSE and Rotary Foundation Vocational Training Scholarships in 1983 and 1985.

He has also authored a book on “Leaderships Winning Software – Banking on Motivation and Morale” which has sold more than 8000 copies.

Joseph Jawahar (Joe) has earlier served as Head L&D - Bank of America, Standard Chartered Bank International.

He has 20 years of progressively senior levels of experience conceptualizing and delivering

learning strategy in organizations. Joe is a certified Situational Leadership SLII trainer, Seven Habits trainer and a certified MBTI practitioner with more than 1800 days of training expertise.

His core abilities are - an insightful approach, an ability to connect with any kind of audience and an ability to use intuitive examples that drive the learning.

Dr. Santanu Paul serves as Managing Director and CEO, TalentSprint.

Earlier he was the Head, Global Delivery at Virtusa where he led the rapid growth of its

India organization to 5000 employees. He began his career at IBM in New York and was later the Chief Technology Officer of Openpages.

Santanu is an invited member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the leading network of young CEOs in the world. He is also adjunct professor at IIT Hyderabad. He has served on TIE Hyderabad Board and is a Distinguished Fellow of IDRBT and Honorary Fellow of the Skoch Foundation.

Santanu is an alumnus of IIT Madras and the University of Michigan, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Rackham predoctoral fellowship and the IBM Canada fellowship.
