Florence, SC (ESABs HUB)
Hanover, PA
Ashtabula, OH
Traverse City, MI
Monterrey, MX
Each facility has also increased employees, servers, resources and
manufacturing technology.
ESABs network has grown exponentially!

Lack of a solid short-term and long-term IT strategy.
Lack of hardware/software life-cycle replacement process.
Company has grown, but minimal changes have been made.
Businesses users and sites are suffering from:

This is a 3 month project (only for Florence)
The project will have 2 phases.
