It is commonly understood that a project manager can mitigate project risks and save on costs. In order to demonstrate our value, CBRE tracks the value we deliver to clients on each assignment we’re engaged in. Our Value to Fee (VtF) metric identifies CBRE’s quantifiable cost savings efforts throughout the lifecycle of your project. It measures the value we bring to our relationship in proportion to the fees we charge. At the end of a project, we are able to demonstrate our cost savings to clients, as a multiple of the fee paid for our services. To our clients, that can result in significant savings.
