This is a project management position. You will be helping Kaiser Permanente deliver new insuranceproducts and capabilities to the marketplace.

We are seeking a highly seasoned, selfmotivated and resultsdriven !T Professional who can make ithappen no matter what challenges are encountered along the way. The ideal candidate will be a thought partner to internal business partners, information technologyprofessionals and vendors. This is a technology position, but re%uires a strong businessfocusedbackground.

Responsibilities:

• &eports to the 'irector KP!T Products (ub Portfolio

• )oordinating the delivery of multiple projects

• 'eveloping cost benefit analyses for the program

• )ommunicating to senior e$ecutives

•  "llocating resources across the multiple projects

• 'efining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the

program.

• (tatus gathering and reporting from the various development teams

• (chedule management * development and e$ecution progress

• &isk evaluation and !ssues resolution

• +stimate gathering and tracking actual work against estimates burn rate-

• (etting up meetings to review status, deliverables, and obtain (/ compliant sign off 

• )oordinate with other project managers and (olutions 'esign 0 )onsulting staff to

identify crossproject dependencies

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

1 P2P )ertified1 " 3"43( in any field or e%uivalent years of work e$perience.1 567 years of progressive !T or related business functional e$perience, with demonstratedsuccess in software development4configuration, design and implementation of software applications preferably in health plans or managed care organi8ations.1 +$cellent 2( Project skills1 +$cellent oral and written communications skills.
