Objective
1To get permission from government authorities
for restarting the exhibitions, especially kind of the event that organizers can take
control of all the participants.
2To build the confidence
from authorities in charge of disease control and
public health that exhibition is not a source of spreading the infection
under the new normal measures collaborated
by all stakeholders.
3To serve as the
guideline for business enterprises in the
exhibition industry to follow, hence reduce the risk of spreading
corona virus.
4To prevent the spread
of cornona virus to visitors, attendees and
all parties involved.

Service providers should consistently follow the safety and other hygiene measures to upgrade the work standard for the Thai exhibition industry

Using Body Thermometer to check temperature before entering the building
All participants must wear surgical mask/ cloth maskor face shield before entering and during the event.

on people whose temperatureis lower than 37.3 degrees
and allowentry into the building.

• Staff and exhibitors: must not exceed 625 people
in total (no more than 2 exhibitors per 9 sq.m. booth and multiply according to booth space.)
• Visitors: no more than 1,250 visitors at a time.

Additional Points to Disease Control Department’sDraft Measures – Exhibition Part
• Set hall entrance and exit separately
• Have system to control visitors not to exceed the set number
• Have system to monitor and organize for visitors’ admission into the exhibition
• Have system to check visitor density inside the exhibition and have concrete method to disperse the crowd (to have 1-meter distance)
• Give information about travel routes and modes to minimize congestion of public transport
• Separate bins for infectious waste, with enough lids
• No aisle carpet in the exhibition hall
• Have HVAC system (conference room 6cbm/hr/sqm)
• Inform international travel measures in the case of participants travel from international countries before or after the conference.
• No sales promotion activities or other activities such as celebrity, actor or short performance that will attract gathering of crowd at a point at a time.
• Sample food or product to customers to put separately into a bag or a separate single package.
• Arrange for acrylic partition shield if need to have discussion in close distance.

Additional Points to Disease Control Department’s Draft Measures – Conference Part
• When seats are full, no adding seats nor standing in the conference room
• Have a distance of 5-meter and above in between stage and audience seats
• Stage set up to have not more than 4 people and seats arranged for a distance of at least 1.5 meters
• No service for pencil, pen, paper and drinking water container in the conference room
• Stage format to have a large LED screen for a sharp, clear and thorough view to audiences
• Prepare for technology to support online conference
