How Nationwide Community Medicine works:

Activity List of Head Office:

After save, Center name, Code and password will be shown in new page.

4. Send Medicine

Head will send medicine to a specific center.

Activity List of a Center:

Each center has their own code and password which has been given by head office. After successful login, a new page with some basic link (Patients Registration, Doctor Entry, Treatment Given, Stock Report) will be displayed in browser.

Each center will find its medical stock update by using this report.

4. Treatment Given:

Patient’s details will come from Election commission voter web service. After Save, there must be print PDF format of it for printing purpose. When Show all history is clicked, Show all History page will be shown.

5. Show all history of a patient:

This story is actually accessible from center and head office. When Show All in print/PDF format is clicked, all treatments of this patient will be shown as PDF format ordered by date.

6. Disease-wise report :

All columns must have sorting facility. And must have PDF format for printing purpose
