THE EUROSTART OFFERA competence framework of European dimension for startup management and a desired startup manager’s profile
EuroSTART training package with online training, social based e-learning platform, mentorship, coaching, guidelines, video tutorials, e-books and other multimedial contents, interactive exercises, as well as social networking to share experience and practices
Train the trainer tool: a manual for intermediaries including a mix of useful resources that are complementary to the courses, eg. references to methodologies taught, bibliography, VET best practices, links to other project and business support programmes, etc., as well as teaching notes
Workshops for the startup manager competence profile with experts discussing their perceptions, opinions, beliefs and attitudes towards the start-up managers associated competences in order to keep pace with the specific training needs of startup managers.

WHAT IS THE EUROSTART PROJECT?EuroSTART – Strategic partnership project on sustainable entrepreneurship competence for managing Start Ups – aims to develop and deliver training and practical entrepreneurship education through an open and innovative training course for the management of start-ups. Our trainings are based on key competences like creativity, financial and economic literacy, knowledge about intellectual property rights, leadership and initiative, cooperation and team working, as well as the ability to plan and manage projects in order to achieve objectives.
