On the meeting was 16 participants as representatives of SMEs.it is good solution for development of Sme's that Providers of funds were extend list of beneficiaries to the entrepreneurs, local public enterprises and local governments. Loans, regardless of the conditions under which they were approved, representing a significant support to the SME business, but problems still remain as they are: efficient collection of receivables, the stability of regulations, constant monitoring of market, competition, introduction of new products and technologies.

Conclusion

On the meeting was 15 participants as representatives of SMEs.

Discussion was very interesting. All participants were involved in discussion and exchanged numerous experiences regarding the problems in employing system.

It was concluded that it is necessary to establish a mutual, continuous work to systematize problems that exist at the Serbian labor market.

It is necessary to establish a list of the needs of employers for certain occupations and high quality workforce, assist to the educational institutions in determination of market driven competence profiles for innovative apprenticeship training in accordance with the requirements of employers. For all that is needed constant communication and information exchange between employers - NES - Educational Institutions - Chamber of Commerce - local government. Joint and coordinated actions of all actors will lead to the establishing of social dialogue, which creates vocational trainings for staff needed on the labor market, and thereby to reduce the number of unemployed.

Conclusion

On the meeting was 15 participants as representatives of SMEs.The topic was very interesting and the presentation itself is turned into high quality interactive work with the participation of all members of the group. During discussion the following points were discussed: The role and importance of motivation; What affects motivation; How motivation can affect to the others; Motivation and team motivation; Motivation factorsIt was found that salary is not the most important motivational factor. Good executives (Professional), interpersonal relationships, acceptance and respect by colleagues, working conditions and interesting work, enabling studies with work and the possibility of progress, are some of the factors that are frequently and successfully used in practice to improve motivation.

On the meeting was 15 participants as representatives of SMEs.

Presentation was very interesting and very helpful to start interactive work during the meeting with participation of all members of the group. Often participants recognized some examples from their practice. During the discussion, the participants asked questions how they should act in some cases.

Proper application of the provisions of the Labor Law in the contract of employment can sufficiently provide the employer, without prejudice to the rights of employees. Union of Employers, as an association that participates in the Social-Economic Council as a partner to the Government may provide significant assistance to employers in the management of social dialogue.
