Project Management learning and implementation has been witnessing a rapidly

growing trend over the last many years. Industries across the board have been

taking up project management processes & systems.

All Industries where major revenue comes from projects execution have been

growing at a fast pace & invariably facing resultant challenges.

Over the last decade or so the realization has come that project performance in

many of these industries has not been up to the mark. This has spurred adoption

of project management practices to try & stem the tendency for projects to

under-perform.

Here the modus operandi will be learning through interactive explanation

cum discussions on the concepts. Throughout there will be no lectures but

an "inquisitive enquiry" format to encourage out of the box thinking for

better understanding & absorption.

When participants are in groups there will be a competitive engagement

between them on the situational case studies (part of the module) to

encourage better learning

To further improve learning & understanding our methodology will use the

"hand holding approach" wherein, there will be FREE follow up sessions

available to participants where they can revisit the webinar session, check

with the facilitator the problems they may be facing during application and

take corrective action so they get it right. This we believe will reinforce the

learning and make it permanent.
