• Project reports• Risk management• Project control• Project quality management• Project construction phase and project close-out• Introduction to time management• Line of balance programming and introduction to time

networks• Time management: bar (Gantt) and linear (sloping bar)

charts• Time management exercises on CCS project

management software• Identification of Work (IDoW) (Scope of Service) of the

construction project manager• Reasons why projects fail

Please note: You will be required to bring your own laptop to the contact sessions. (Laptops can also be rented at an additional cost.)

Learning outcomes

After successfully completing the course, you will be able to apply three of the PMBOK® knowledge areas, namely Quality Management, Risk Management and Time Management, in project implementation and planning.

Who should enrol?

This course is ideal for you if you are seeking to upskill your project management proficiency in order to perform your duties more effectively within your respective work environment – whether as property developer or manager, property and real estate practitioner (in government or privately), financier, contractor or construction manager.

R11 500.00 per delegate (VAT incl.)Course fees include all course material, lunch and refreshments during contact days.

Admission requirements

Prospective delegates should at least have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification and/or relevant work experience in the built environment.
