Project Summary Tool for Pay Items

Creation and maintenance of pay item lists for projects was a manual process. It was time consuming, complex and prone to errors, which would carry through to final calculations.
The Project Summary spreadsheet was developed to save time and prevent errors. Pay items are added and checked against the IDOT database with a click. Schedules of quantities can be linked. Summary of quantities, estimate of cost and estimate of time sheets are easily created. Mistakes are minimized by automated calculations and error checks. Additional options aid designers in the production of their plans.
Project Summary comes with on-screen instructions to assist users in navigating the tool.
