• Naming of sanitation loan prompt clients to opt out this loan and ensure proper usage

• Since the loan product doesn’t prompt any direct ROI from client’s end, it would be better to pilot in more branches with the same feature

• Current awareness on hygiene related issue seems to be a factor in being more concern about ensuring proper sanitation services

• Households having savings could be less riskier borrowers than those of not having any savings
