Werte Mitbürgerinnen und -bürger,Bartringen ist wie seine Bevölkerung eine junge, dynamische und innovative Gemeinde, versinnbildlicht zudem die tiefen gesellschaftlichen Änderungen, welche Luxemburg zurzeit durchläuft.Deshalb wurden bedeutende Investitionen gemacht, sowie zukunftsträchtige und weitsichtige Projekte umge-setzt. Die kommunalen Infrastrukturen, sei es auf dem Gebiet der Erziehung, dem Verkehr oder auf sportlicher und kultureller Ebene, gekoppelt an eine verantwortungsvolle Umweltpolitik bieten eine hohe Lebensqualität.Das neugestaltete, innovative Ortszentrum, welches in der Zwischenzeit von vielen anderen Gemeinden als Idee übernommen wurde, ist hierfür eines der markantesten Beispiele.Anbei wollen wir Ihnen einige verwirklichte Projekte der vergangenen Jahre vorstellen.Bartringen – eine moderne Gemeinde mit Vorbildcharakter!

Dear citizens,Bertrange is, as its population, a young, innovative and dynamic town. It symbolizes the profound social changes Luxemburg is undergoing at this very moment.This is why important investments have been made and far-sighted and inventive projects have been realized. Ed-ucational, traffic as well as sports and cultural infrastructures have been modernized and coupled to a responsible environmental political philosophy that offers a high quality of life. The city center, which has been reorganized into a shared space area- an idea which has been adopted by many towns since- is the best example.

This publication highlights the most important projects that have been realized during the last few years.Bertrange - a model town where life is good.

Chers concitoyennes et concitoyens,Bertrange est à l’image de sa population une commune jeune, dynamique et innovante. Elle traduit les profondes mutations sociétales que connaît le Luxembourg à l’heure actuelle.Pour faire face à ces changements, tout en assurant l’attractivité de Bertrange, les responsables politiques ont réalisé bon nombre de projets, souvent innovateurs comme notamment la zone de rencontre au centre de notre village, idée reprise depuis par beaucoup d’autres communes.Les infrastructures communales, que ce soit au niveau de l’éducation, de la circulation ou encore du sport et de la culture ont ainsi été adaptées aux besoins et garantissent une qualité de vie certaine, grâce notamment aussi à de considérables initiatives au niveau de l’environnement. La présente publication vous donne un petit aperçu des travaux les plus importants au cours des dernières années.Bertrange - une commune où il fait bon vivre !

Il y a lieu de noter que 3 projets ont été déclarés prioritaires, à savoir le réaménagement du centre, l’extension de l’infrastructure scolaire et l’augmentation de la capacité d’accueil de la Maison Relais.

La liste des projets énumérés ci-après n’est par ailleurs pas ex-haustive, donne néanmoins un aperçu intéressant sur les nom-breuses réalisations d’une valeur de presque 85 millions d’euros depuis les dernières élections communales en 2011. 3 Projekte wurden vorrangig behandelt. Es dreht sich hierbei um die Neugestaltung des Dorfzentrums, die Vergrößerung der Schu-linfrastruktur und den Ausbau der Maison Relais.

Die Liste der aufgeführten Projekte ist nicht komplett und soll lediglich einen Einblick über die zahlreichen Arbeiten in einer Ge-samthöhe von rund 85 Millionen Euro seit 2011, Jahr der letzten Gemeinderatswahlen, geben.

Three projects have been prioritized, namely the restructuration of the city center, the extension of the school infrastructures and the augmentation of the Maison Relais’ capacity.

This list of the projects is not exhaustive and gives only an im-pression of the many works amounting to 85 million euro that have been undertaken by the city council since the 2011 elections.

Projet Life

Ce projet a pour objectif principal l’acquisition de terrains dans le périmètre de 10 zones NATURA 2000 (9 zones de la directive « Habitats » et 1 zone de la directive « Oiseaux »).Parmi les habitats visés par le projet, on retrouve des habitats fortement menacés au niveau national. Une partie du projet est également consacrée à l’acquisition de terrains dans le périmètre de la zone forestière en libre évolution du bois et au niveau des espèces prioritaires. Total (hors surplus pour échanges) : 501.262 € pour 852,4 Ar (hors échanges)

Hauptziel dieses Projektes ist der Ankauf von Gelände in einer der zehn Natura 2000 Zonen, wovon neun der Direktive „Lebensraum“, eine der Direktive „Vögel“ unterstehen.Die Lebensräume, die angekauft werden, sind alle auf nationaler Ebene bedroht. Ein Teil des Projektes dient zum Ankauf von schützenswerten Waldflächen. Im Ganzen, ausgenommen Zuzahlungen zu Tauschgeschäften, hat die Gemeinde Bartringen 501.262 € in 852,4 Ar schützenswerte Flächen investiert.

The main goal of „Life Projects” is the acquisition of lands in the ten Natura 2000 zones which fall under the “habitat” and “birds” directives. The habitats that were bought are worth protecting on national level. The project also includes the acquisition of woods that need protection.The city has spent 501.262 € on 852.4 Ar of land, not including surplus paid in barter.
