PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Jennifer Hill began her career in the commercial real estate industry over 20 years ago with Westfield Corp in California,joining SVN in 2017. Jennifer's focus is Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation from ground up developmentto re-development, acquisition and disposition of assets. Jennifer has worked for area developers and landlords in bothArizona and California. She has been instrumental in site selection for local, regional and national retail tenants.

Jennifer grew up in San Diego, California. She was introduced to the world of commercial real estate by working for theGeneral Contractor building Junior Seau's restaurant, "Seau's" at Mission Valley Center for the Owner, WestfieldCorporation. At the completion of Seau's, Westfield recruited her and brought her to L.A. where Jennifer had oversight of24 Westfield properties Tenant Coordination openings. After Westfield she co-founded a kiosk brokerage company whenkiosks were a new way for Landlord's to add additional GLA. Later heading regional expansion for a local MCI West CoastMaster Agent, Allstate Cellular, then moving to Arizona in 2001 to join RED Development's Leasing team.

Jennifer strives to uphold personal core values: High integrity, professionalism, speed, responsiveness and service to herclients. She treats start-ups and sophisticated clients equally, helping to strategically navigate through the deal processfrom critical needs assessment to executed contract. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and serves as a SeniorAdvisor - Retail Leasing and Investment Sales for the largest SVN office in Arizona.
