Tutti i prodotti della linea Fantasia sono in acciaioinossidabile 18/10 con fondo termodiffusore a trestrati. per l’utilizzo su ogni tipo di piano di cottura(in particolare per l’induzione).La pellicola ecoceramica ha un’eccellente resistenzaal calore ed una notevole durezza, che permettono diridurre notevolmente i tempi di cottura e lo sprecodi energia.I cibi conservano il loro sapore originario inalterato,anche quando hanno profumi intensi (comeil pesce)). gli odori non vengono assorbiti dallasuperficie del pentolame e dunque, non possonointaccare il cibo che viene cotto successivamente.La eco-collezione è ecocompatibile con rivestimentonanoceramico senza PFOA o PTFE. PFOA èun composto chimico utilizzato per il processoproduttivo del tradizionale pentolame non aderentee, pur non essendo mai presente nel prodotto finito,durante il processo produttivo può essere pericolosoper l’ambiente ed i lavoratori. Per produrre la nostracollezione non serve utilizzare PFOA. Si dice che,se per accidente venisse surriscaldata una pentolain tradizionale materiale antiaderente, compostiPTFE potrebbero essere rilasciati nell’aria. Il nostrorivestimento ecoceramico non contiene PTFE. Ilfilm protettivo in ecoceramica, deriva dalla pietranaturale e non dal petrolio, come il tradizionalerivestimento antiaderente.
