Scope of PoV
Engagement
We’ll demonstrate the value of predictive customer retention marketing intelligence within your
eCommerce organization in ten days or less. Our system integrates seamlessly into your existing
marketing operations, eliminating the grunt work, guess work, and training typical of other predictive
marketing programs.
We’ll run the past few years of your customer purchase data through several steps of analysis, including
automated and manual evaluation by expert data scientists, as well as quality assurance for various cross-
validation results. A team of VectorScient executives will then review the results and prepare an executive
summary, highlighting untapped revenue and promising growth opportunities.
Our Platform
All VectorScient predictions provided as part of the PoV program are sourced from our cloud-based
prediction platform. The platform fully automates the process, delivering predictions directly to your
various marketing applications and providing intuitive dashboards to help you track the progress of your
campaigns. Predictions are available for up to 30 days, after which we roll over to a production contract or
decommission the platform. This period includes full functional and technical support.

at the end of the session. For the next 30 days, we’ll also provide 24/7 technical
support while you complete the PoV program.
