Subtle-Energy Sense: Properly Selecting Subtle-Energy Devices

There are currently almost one thousand different subtle-energy technologies available for purchase. Devices of this kind range from foam-core pyramids (promoted as able to structurewater) to complex scalar-wave medical devices to expensive computer-monitored "healingenvironments." Unknown to most consumers is that most subtle-energy technologies not onlyoverstate their benefits, but also give the impression that other health-promoting activitiessuch as exercise and diet can be reduced.

After spending nearly a decade studying many of the subtle-energy devices on the market anddiscussing their design with their builders/inventors, it became certain that a number of thesecustomers are not getting full value for their money, Selecting a subtle-energy device should

be like choosing a primary-care physician. We avoid those health-care providers who have a bad reputation, do not stay on top of their specialty, have questionable motives and promotefalse or inflated claims regarding the quality of their work.

When observing the field of subtle-energy research, I have noted that researchers promotethree differing perspectives regarding subtle energies: (1) that these energies exist but do notaffect organic life in any way; (2) that subtle energies are a "fifth force," distinctly differentfrom the other four standard forces; or (3) that the variations and complexities of subtleenergies manifest the four forces and elements that compose all force and matter. Regardlesswhich perspective one values the most, many technologies are available in the marketplace

that promote the idea that subtle energies can be used to improve physical health. Thus,consumers need sufficient information to make smart choices when choosing between subtle-energy devices and to learn how to spot the red flags when examining these devices.

CONSTRUCTION CONSTRAINTS

Unfortunately, some of the creators of subtle-energy devices are more concerned with sellinga product than creating the finest product possible. Shortcuts and mass-produced materialsalong with design flaws almost always degrade a product's quality. For instance, mass-

produced molded plastic covers to house a subtle-energy device are, for reasons presentedlater, less desirable than custom-crafted dense wood housing. In many cases the excellence of one of these devices necessitates using only the best natural materials, which drives up the

improvement, but if properly designed, it can be. There are many sacred-geometrytechnologies available for sale and, unfortunately, a significant portion have design andconstruction flaws that impair their effectiveness.

The term miscellaneous technologies refers to a host of subtle-energy products that includeinert-gas devices, orgone boxes and blankets, chi lamps, tachyon products, chi-impregnatedobjects and so forth. These products range in price from several dollars to many thousands.What is interesting is that in some cases the subtle-energy output of an inexpensive device inthis category is preferable to that of a far more expensive one.

Combination subtle-energy technologies refers to a mixture of several subtle-energyapproaches. For example, when an inert-gas device (categorized as a miscellaneoustechnology) is placed inside a wooden dodecahedron (a sacred-geometry device), they work synergistically, resulting in an output greater than the sum of the output of the two devicesoperating separately. Another example of this synergistic effect is using computers to attune a

patient's etheric and other subtle bodies while the patient is within an icosahedron-shapedenclosure. Combining two or more subtle-energy approaches will often produce powerfulsynergistic effects.

COMPLEMENTING HEALTH

People who wish to purchase a subtle-energy device do so occasionally to achieve greater physical health. But for a broad health program, one cannot rely on only one area and neglectall others. Experienced, reputable holistic health-care practitioners will declare that diet,exercise, exposure to air, water, soil and EM pollution, emotional stresses and genetic

predispositions all have an impact on health. Therefore, subtle-energy technologies are anadjunct or complement to our attention toward these other areas.

In a hypothetical situation, let's assume that Bob's diet, emotions and to some extent theindoor pollution he is exposed to daily allow him to manifest certain viruses in his blood,which then create various physical problems. Bob goes out and purchases the first electronicsubtle-energy device he comes across that purportedly kills viruses in the blood over a six-

week period. Bob uses the device religiously, and indeed his health problems seem to vanish.Bob stops using the device and reports to the inventor that the device killed all his viruses andthat he is now cured. Four weeks later the symptoms are back worse than ever and he feelsmiserable. What really happened?

The above is an all-too-common scenario. In the above situation, five possible scenariosmight have occurred. Scenario one: The technology might have been completely ineffective,

but Bob convinced himself that the symptoms were gone due to the well-documented placeboeffect, where the mind temporarily causes the body's adverse symptoms to go into remissiondue to a powerful subconscious belief.

Scenario two: An actual physiological remission unrelated to the placebo effect might haveoccurred at the same time Bob started using the technology, but the two events wereunrelated.

Scenario three; The technology might have worked, but caused a temporary rather than

permanent change.

Scenario four: The technology might have killed the viruses but stressed Bob's etheric body inthe process, which then left the viruses able to return.

Scenario five: The technology worked effectively to kill the viruses without weakening hisetheric body, but Bob received new viruses from polluted tapwater that then replicated moreeasily due to emotional stress.

The point is that subtle-energy technologies should be used as only one of many methods to promote health. The best of the available devices might be able to trigger healing, but we needto realize that proper health requires attention to multiple areas.

To summarize, a subtle-energy device should be seen as a complement to our broader effortson all fronts to restore and maintain our health, not as a crutch or magic bullet.

BUYER BEWARE

Then there is the issue of adverse effects. Despite what many salespeople say, if subtleenergies can cause physiological and emotional change, then it cannot be safely assumed thatsuch change is always for the better, For example, many manufacturers of subtle-energydevices use plastics and other oil-based substances in the housing or glues. These substancessubtly affect the quality of the output in various ways. The petrochemical miasms (or other miasms) present in the user might be activated and lower the vibrational output of the subtleenergy. The design of the device might be excellent, but a simple plastic. housing or drop of glue can reduce the overall output far lower than intended.

When examining subtle-energy devices the consumer must realize that the plastics, glues(especially those containing acetic acid) and other nonnatural compounds not only lower thevibrational output, but can also adversely affect the etheric body and miasms of the user.

How can plastics or glue affect the quality of a subtle-energy device? It is a fact that eachelement and compound has a vibrational frequency. If glues and plastics are in close

proximity to a subtle-energy generator, their expression will color the overall output. For example, some people work with orgone technology wherein the layering of certain materials

(organic and inorganic) is believed to produce a beneficial subtle-energy effect. Orgone-device builders are usually aware of subtle-energy toxicity (low etheric vibration anddisorganized etheric orientation) and thus avoid using petrochemical derivatives in the

manufacture of their devices. Nonetheless, novice users of orgone devices might well place iton a surface that has some degree of subtle-energy toxicity, after which that surface becomes

part of the feedback of the device, drastically lowering the quality of the overall output.

Thus not only the device itself but its physical contact with other materials when in use must be considered.

ANALYZING SUBTLE-ENERGY OUTPUT

There are two ways to gauge the quality of etheric energy that a particular subtle-energydevice emits: through physical testing, using scientific apparatus, or through one's ownintuition. Each has its merits and drawbacks.

Dr. Glen Rein, director of Quantum Biology Research Lab, has discovered and refined threedifferent methods to test the quality and quantity of subtle energy catalyzed by a device. Thefirst is ultraviolet spectroscopy of water, which will absorb the subtle energies; differentenergies show different patterns of light absorption. Some energies show an increase andothers a decrease compared to controls, but these effects are dependent on the wavelength,

probably due to an effect on the electrons of the oxygen atoms.

The second subtle-energy test relates to conformational changes in human DNA. Differenttypes of energy/information cause DNA to either wind or unwind. This kinetic response canalso be used to distinguish the different types of energy; for example, some will cause animmediate effect that will last for two hours, and so on.

The third subtle-energy test refers to biological assays that measure the growth of humanlymphocytes or other cells. Some information in subtle energy will increase growth and other information will reduce or inhibit further growth.

Most of us do not have the luxury of being able to test all of the subtle-energy technologiesscientifically, so we examine the device during operation and rely on our intuition to tell us if it is of sufficient quality. Of course, the coherency of our intuition will affect theunderstanding we obtain.

RATING THE QUALITY OF SUBTLE-ENERGY OUTPUT

There are four broad areas to look at when evaluating the quality of energy put out by one of these devices: the light or spiritual consciousness it assists, and its degree and type of complexity, orientation and rarefaction.

When working with subtle energy, it is to be noted that the energy is a slower, polarizedlower-octave reflection of light, which itself is a lower octave of Source consciousness.Therefore, each subtle-energy field represents a specific bundle or packet of spiritualinformation for teaching within certain areas of growth.

The excellent book The Principles of Energy by Milani and Smith discusses complexity quitenicely. Essentially, complexity refers to the fact that few subtle-energy technologies emit pureenergy, but rather a mixture of energy and mass. Mass can be seen as one type of complexity,like the anu or anu combinations explained in Occult Chemistry by Leadbeater and Besant,wherein combinations of anu become subquarks as described in the book Extra-Sensory

Perception of Quarks by Stephen M. Phillips, Ph.D. Ideally, a subtle energy would have zerocomplexity (mass) and be pure energy.

Orientation refers to the degree of organization (coherency) the etheric energy manifests.Most subtle-energy devices manifest energies that are not arranged like those of an orderlycrystalline matrix. Instead, it is as if the subtle energies within different spaces are doing their own thing, so to speak. There is a lack of focus or connectivity throughout the entire field. If the output of a device is incoherent, you might feel wild swings in the overall quality of theetheric energy or that the energy is not balanced. Any chaotic or random orientation of energywould be extremely difficult to assimilate into the body.

Rarefaction is what some call vibration. It refers to the quality and balance of an ethericenergy. The more rarefied it is, then the less mass, greater balance and more healing potentialit has.

Taken together, the optimum subtle-energy device will allow significant spiritualconsciousness to manifest, have zero mass output, be approximately 95% or more coherent inits orientation and have exceptional rarefaction. When this occurs, etheric density (the normal

etheric incoherence and complexity in the space around us) drops to zero. This means that theorientation and rarefaction of local etheric energy becomes coherent and rarefied and thehigher spiritual energies are able to manifest without resistance. At zero etheric density the

primary expression of the subtle energy changes from etheric to low-grade astral light.Exceptionally few subtle-energy devices exist today that operate at this level of healing.Those that do are called spiritual technologies.

Builders of subtle-energy devices might not often reach this optimum for simple reasons,including the incorporation of low-vibration materials such as plastics and certain glues andthe presence of low-rarefaction etheric energy in parts of the device. And sometimes there is a

design flaw that blocks the free flow of energy. Although these flaws are often located in theenergy-emitting part of the device, it is sometimes due to overall design obstacles.

RED FLAGS

A red flag is a danger signal or general caution that should make you pause and become warywhen examining a subtle-energy device. A red flag does not always mean that the technology

should be avoided, but that the smart shopper ask further questions. Since it affects your health, it pays to be careful when dealing with the salesperson.

The most obvious and common red flag is the implication that the device will cure cancer,AIDS or some other specific physical healing. Since many physical afflictions are a result of

pollution, miasms and/or negative emotions, any device would have to eliminate those factorsto permanently eliminate the physical affliction.

Questions to ask include the following: (1) Have the benefits of this device been tested by anindependent third party and if so, by whom? (2) Who is the qualified health-care practitioner in charge of the long-term study that proved the medical benefits? (3) When was the devicedesigned and manufactured?

It was briefly mentioned that some subtle-energy devices might adversely change the shape of the etheric body or exacerbate one or more miasms in the subtle bodies. Any device that uses

plastics, glues or other man-made chemicals has this potential unless the rarefaction of theetheric energy output is inordinately high or something else is done to counteract thosecoloring energies.

There are some computerized devices where this is not a problem because those materials aresufficiently isolated from the user and/or the rarefaction level is sufficient to cancel out anyimbalances. When considering the purchase of a device that has a plastic housing or uses glue,ask the seller what specific characteristics are designed to eliminate the potentially disruptiveeffects of the petrochemicals present and whether the builder feels it important enough not touse those materials in future models. If you do not feel comfortable with the quality of theanswer you receive, then walk away.

An excellent subtle-energy device might be practically useless if there is insufficient trainingor instruction. For example, some technologies (like the multiple-wave oscillator) can causesevere dehydration. Others, like some orgone boxes and certain sacred geometries canactually emit unhealthy subtle energies when misused. Analyze the quality of written andverbal instructions, cautions, contraindications and the training that is available with purchase.If you feel that there is insufficient or poor instruction, then consider another technology.

Accurate intuitive testing of subtle-energy devices during a conference or expo can bedifficult. There are usually a number of subtle-energy technologies and so many peoplemilling about that the quality of accurate intuitive information is reduced. Finding an

exhibitor who feels comfortable letting you examine the device away from the other exhibitsand people will help you sense more accurately its subtle-energy characteristics. (Someindividuals find that washing their hands first in cold water improves the sensitivity of their

impressions.)

Another red flag is when the builder or salesperson refers to how well the technology workedwhen the "original" inventor used it. Naming Tesla, Rife, Reich, Lakhovski and so on is

common. Be aware that the device being marketed is undoubtably different from what theabove inventors created. The device before you might be technologically better, but thechances are that it is not as effective.

You can afford to be critical. Many of the subtle-energy devices you encounter will simplynot provide the benefits being promoted, and you can focus on the small number of suchtechnologies that are excellent by comparison. (See below for a list of individuals andcompanies distributing subtle-energy technologies that meet the basic tests of quality andintegrity.)

CONSUMER GUIDELINES FOR A SUBTLE-ENERGY DEVICE

Define your goal. You first need to define your specific goal when you shop for a subtle-energy device. Is it to improve an aspect of physical health or to increase spiritualconsciousness? If it is for physical health, to what extent would a subtle-energy device make adifference? Has research been conducted using that device to treat the problem you have? If itis for spiritual consciousness, will the technology assist the specific kind of growth you areseeking, or is the technology too general in its effects? Know your specific needs and do notcompromise them.

Research the market. After you define your specific needs, then research the market in subtle-energy products. Do not buy the first device you see. Know what's available and from whom.Contact companies that sell a variety of subtle-energy devices via catalogs such as Tools for Exploration, (800) 456-9887. Go to trade shows and question the speakers and exhibitors atthe Whole Life Expos. Call the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies andEnergy-Medicine (303) 278-2228; the International Association for New Science (970) 482-3731; the International Tesla Society (7l9) 475-0918; Global Sciences (303) 452-9300; theU.S. Psychotronics Association, 3459 Montrose Avenue, Chicago, IL 60618, or the Advanced

Water Sciences Symposium (214} 682-9162. Ask if they know of companies or individualsselling subtle-energy devices for non-medical purposes.

Narrow the best to two. By now you might have found a number of subtle-energy devices thatappear to meet your needs. Using the information that you have collected, narrow thetechnologies down to the top two best candidates. If possible, do some additional networkingand contact several people familiar with that device and technology and the reputation of itsdesigner and distributor.

Identify yourself as a possible purchaser of one of these devices and say that you wish to getfurther information. You want to know what background technology supports the device(s)

axe where you can get written material about it.

Ask whether the inventor/builder has been written about and how to obtain those materials.Ask if there is any written information about the materials used in the device; if not, ask for

details they know about.

Then ask for testimonials of people who have used these devices, with phone numbers so thatyou can ask pertinent questions that will help you decide if their experience is relevant to you.Get as much written data as possible, or at least learn how to obtain it.

QUESTIONS FOR THE BUILDER OR EXPERT USERS OF A DEVICE

Is all of the evidence of the technology's benefits anecdotal, or has there been a long-termresearch program that monitors users over time?

What are the contraindications when using the device? Does it cause dehydration or a healingcrisis?

Does it adversely affect a pacemaker or lessen the effects of medication?

Does it cause drowsiness ?

Can it be misused, and what constitutes misuse?

Are the instructions available for reading before purchase?

Some subtle-energy devices are sold at discounted prices at trade shows or during specials.

Ask the manufacturer or distributor if that is the case with the device you are interested in.Also, check pricing among the distributors, their markup can vary. Always ask if the modelyou are interested in is the latest version, or if it will soon be replaced with an improvedversion at the same price. Find out if the distributor gives credit for the used model as a trade-in when a new version comes out.

By now you should have a good sense of which device will best meet your needs, its cost andhow to purchase it. Use it carefully and, if possible, keep a journal of your use, describing dateand time of use, method of use and perceived effects. In this way, if there is a problem youcan communicate your journal information to the manufacturer, who is more likely to assist

you or perhaps even give you a refund when warranted.

QUALITY PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

Although the field of subtle-energy technology is rife with false advertising and misleading products, there are some excellent devices available. (Neither the writer nor publisher is in

any way affiliated with any of the following individuals, companies or product lines.) Thesedevices/technologies were chosen because of (1) the high quality and balance of the subtle-energy output, (2) the reputation of the people who designed and distribute the devices and (3)the presence of another multidimensional Hilbert space even more rarefied than that of theetheric subtle-energy matrix. Of course, 1 recommend these technologies for experimental

purposes only. I can neither suggest nor imply any use related to physical health, and Irecommend the guidance of a qualified reputable holistic health-care practitioner.

Recommendation No. 1: Unidirectional and omnidirectional inert-gas devices . One or moreof the five inert gases are compressed inside naval bronze containers and magneticallystimulated. The argon omnidirectional inert-gas device makes an excellent general-use device

because it substantially lowers the surrounding etheric density. The xenon omnidirectionalinert-gas device also seems to have some amazing effects upon consciousness. Unidirectionalinert-gas devices are generally used during sleeping for overnight attunement.

Quantum Biology Research Laboratory has tested an earlier inert-gas device and it testedsomewhat above average. Recommendation No. 2: The company Metaforms produces sacred-geometry tools as well asa harmonic circuit. The sacred-geometry tools are beautifully crafted consciousness-raising

mixtures of art and science, Favorites include the 3-D Star and the Rare-Gas Resonator.Although all Metaforms devices emit a more balanced subtle energy than most, the Rare-GasResonator is one of this technology's most rarefied manifestations of energy readily available.I was also impressed by Metaforms' harmonic circuit, a device that reduces stress andincoherence in the electrical wiring and EM fields throughout the house.

Recommendation No. 3: Biomagnetic Research, Inc . makes various subtle-energy products.The focus of many of them is to reduce the adverse effects associated with the EM fields of computers and other electrical appliances. Although less expensive thanmany subtle-energy devices, their output is more balanced and, in some cases, more effective

Recommendation No. 4: The Harmonic Wave Table created by Rita Ward of NatamaInstitute in Sedona, AZ. The Harmonic Wave Table was developed to assist in healingsessions by promoting relaxation and supplying the essences of many elements needed by thehuman body to achieve and maintain balance. The table works with the client's EM field,gently moving the energies of their physical and subtle bodies. As a physical body relaxes,energy is able to move at a deeper level within the physical body, allowing deep core issues to

Recommendation No. 5: The Bioenergetic Transducer-Aided Resonance (BETAR)invented by Peter Kelly of Dimensional Science utilizes phase-conjugate sound in a specialapplication of time-reversed EM propagation. Research to date suggests that the full BETAR system is currently one of the six best healing technologies available anywhere. The BETAR consists of a geodesic dome surrounding a bed. Transducers are placed along one's spine tocoincide with the energy systems of the body. Healing music is emitted through asophisticated sound system, deeply aligning and attuning all of the subtle bodies. Whathappens is that the BETAR runs a continuous, fast Fourier transform on the pulse of energydetected from the human structure via the transducers. The changes that your body produces

as a result of listening, hearing and feeling the music are looped back to the computer, whichthen adjusts the transducers. The information returning to the person is 180 degrees out of phase.

Neurosurgeon Norman Shealy, M.D., developer of the TENS machine, has done extensiveresearch on the neurochemical effects of the BETAR. from Sound Energy Research. The Sound Spectrum Analysis system takes a voiceprint froman individual, separates and analyzes the tonal fragments of the voice and converts the tonalfragments into visible graphs of the mineral content or state of balance of the physical,emotional, mental and spiritual bodies of the person. The technology then produces a series of tones or vibrations matching the minerals that are out of balance and resonates them back tothe person through a technology called the MiraCoil. The 109 elemental tones merediscovered by placing each element in a tumbler of saline solution and passing a laser beamthrough the solution, then analyzing the spectra. The wavelengths were then converted intomatching sound frequencies of a lower octave.

THE INERT GASES

ABSTRACT: By exposing compressed inert gases to magnetic and electric stimulation, biological effects have been observed. Some background and review of the subject is presented, and case histories described briefly.

It has been a dream of mine to share publicly the research I've been doing for the last elevenyears. This material will cover a wide range of different topics. I'm going to touch on a little

bit of the conventional science about inert gases and what we have known about them for many years. And then discuss how I came to work with these things and the interesting effectsthey produce. I'll get into some unconventional science about the aether, and the relationship

between inert gases, the aether and the aetheric body. I'll get into the engineering part: the physical construction of the devices and how I've been using them. Also, some interestingcase studies and information on how inert gases have been working with people over theyears. Then I'll close with brief responses to a few questions that have been asked.

Part of the experience of the devices is a personal one, a way in which you can actually feelthem yourself. Whenever possible, I like to provide people with the experience of holding and playing with the inert gas devices. It's a way to know them that's just as good, or better, thanhearing or reading about them.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:I am an engineer, not a medical doctor (MD), so I can't make claims for the devices. I can talk about the experiences that other people have had with them, and I'll be doing that here. But Iwould emphasize that I am not making any medical or therapeutic claims.

CONVENTIONAL SCIENCEThere are five inert gases. They are, in order of atomic size: Helium, Neon, Argon, Kryptonand Xenon. When Krypton is mentioned, many people are reminded of Superman. Jerry Segaland Joe Schuster, who began writing the Superman comics in 1937, simply took the name"Krypton" from the Periodic Table. In nature, inert gases are found primarily in the atmosphere. We are breathing them right now.The most prevalent of them is the inert gas Argon. Argon's high amount in the air runs toabout .76%, or 7600 parts per million. The most rare of the inert gases is Xenon. It is found atan incredibly low level - less than 1 part per ten million in the atmosphere.

Inert gases are extracted by cooling air to a very cold temperature. The air liquefies, and thenits temperature is slowly raised. Since each of the inert gases has its own unique boiling point,each one can be pulled off and purified. The gases are called inert because they do not

combine naturally in nature. That is, you won't find compounds in nature containing the inertgases. Under laboratory conditions of extremely high pressure and high temperature there aremany compounds that have been made, particularly with very active substances, such asXenon Fluoride and Xenon Chloride, which are fairly easy to make. But they don't occur naturally.

The costs of inert gases are directly related to how difficult it is to extract them from the air.Xenon is quite expensive. The small quantity that might be used (a few liters in one of mydevices) can get fairly expensive. When filling a large device, it can cost many hundreds of dollars just for the gas itself. Inevitably, in building the devices a little gas is wasted, too. It isinteresting to me to note that the other planets in our solar system that have atmospheres havemuch higher levels of inert gases than we have here on Earth - more on that later.

INTUITIONI got interested in all of this by reading of the research done by others, especially MauriceCooke's, in Canada, which became the book "Einstein Doesn't Work Here Anymore." Itcovers more about the theory behind inert gas technology - I strongly recommend it. It alsocovers some aspects one might call intuitive. As I began to investigate the inert gases, I foundthat I needed to get more intuitive information, so I went to visit a psychic. Her response wasthat she could not channel the technical information that I wanted - and that I could! Then sheasked me if I would like to learn how to do that. That was in 1983. Up to that point, I had built

some of the devices and I'd played around with them. And I had lots and lots of questions, butI had never "channeled" per se.

She showed me what to do. I was to get very relaxed, say a prayer of protection and go into adeep trance state to access this energy, which calls itself Hilarion. There are many historicalreferences to Hilarion, as perhaps an earlier incarnation of Plato -- perhaps, Saint John theApostle. And that's interesting! But my particular contact appears to be from an Atlanteanincarnation, when I was aware of things scientific and worked with Hilarion in ways of

learning about the science of the time.

That's what has come to me intuitively. There's no way, of course, to check that out. Exceptthat I do hold the idea that, "by your fruits you shall know them." For me, the way in whichthis has borne itself out as valid and useful is when I use the inert gas devices, or as I usesome of the channeled information. I have found that it helps other people, helps myself andis valuable in itself. I think channeling is a very interesting way to access information directly.It is something that I think all of us can do. People with scientific ways of seeing arefrequently channeling when they get an idea in the middle of the night, or in the shower whenthey're suddenly inspired. That's certainly one form of it. I think that, as we become more ableto access higher and higher levels of information, more and more ways of working withintuition appropriately will show up.

UNCONVENTIONAL SCIENCEThe idea that has been presented is that we are living and working at a level that transcendsmuch more than just the physical body. We're working with the aetheric body, as well, whenwe're doing any kind of healing or change work. Healing takes place primarily initially in theaetheric body and this is then transmitted to the physical body. Perhaps you've seen drawingsthat show the physical body surrounded by the subtle bodies, like the emotional body, themental body, causal body, and so on. All of those are also very important in the healing

process, too. When using the devices we visualize creating a new information blueprint in the

mental body, that then is transferred to the aetheric body, and then to the physical body.

Another way of looking at this is that, surrounding the body at all times is a fluid substancecalled Aetheric Fluidium. In that substance we have the capacity to impress holographicinformation that then is brought into the physical. The way in which this occurs, however, isnot obviously 3 dimensional. Otherwise, you would have the Aetheric Fluidium dripping off your body all the time. Instead, this is taking place at what I'm considering the 4thdimensional level. There are many different ways to get at the 4th dimension. We all knowthat we are working in the 4th dimension by accessing information intuitively or telepathically. Some experiments that have been done show telepathy over very long distanceshas been correlated to occur faster than the speed of light, as if occurring at some other

dimensional level. I also see that another way to access and get a handle on how to visualizeand understand the 4th-dimension is to take the process the opposite way. And in this I wouldhelp you recall, perhaps, something you learned in school about what is called Flatland.

Imagine a world that exists only in 2 dimensions, so that beings interacting there have noconcept of the 3rd dimension that we have. They have only, say, length and height, they donot have depth. And in such a situation, when two beings might meet, they have only theoption of going around each other. They could never go over each other. And, of course, tothem the world would seem to be infinite in size. Recognizing this from the 3rd dimension,imagine this very large flat plane was a sphere, connected into itself. Imagine that, if thissphere was large enough, the beings of Flatland would never be aware of its curvature. Nowapply this to our own, 3-dimensional space, imagining it somehow curved in the 4thdimension. This is a one way of qualitatively understanding our curved space in the 3rd and4th dimensions. This helps us understand quantitatively from Einstein's equations how space

and time are essentially curved. Now imagine that vibrations could be set up in Flatland byimparting energy from some outside source. In other words, somebody interacting with theflat world pulls on the space that it exists in. By pulling and pushing one could impart alongitudinal vibration, and by sideways movement a transverse vibration.

Now what happens if you begin to move the Flatland plane up and down? Now to our way of thinking we can see that as a 3rd dimensional movement. But the Flatlanders would only beaware of a shadow. There would be an energy that would appear in their reality thatFlatlanders would experience as things moving around, or energy that could be experienced indifferent yet unfamiliar ways.

Similarly, we have the existence of what are postulated as Primary Points. These are points of internodal vibrations that are occurring at the 4th dimension, manifesting themselves at the3rd dimension. And it is the contention of the information that I'm bringing through that these

points are present in the nucleus of the atom of the inert gases.

These primary points are widely distributed all over the galaxy and here on earth. What areemitted from them are all kinds of interesting effects and energies. However, the creation of matter in the nucleus itself tends to mask those effects, so we don't see very much of thatenergy in its raw form.

This brings us to one of the interesting facts about all of the inert gases. And that is that theyare gaseous. For Helium and Neon, that is not so unusual. But certainly for Xenon it is quiteunusual, because its atomic size is so large. It's quite a bit larger than Gold, which is quitesolid. Yet, conventional science would have us believe that Xenon would should also be solid.And yet, it is gaseous, as is Krypton, also quite large in atomic size. We think now that this is

because of a constant, low level emission of some kind of aetheric energy (for lack of a better term).

One way to view this is that the nucleus of the inert gas atoms are a doorway to another dimension. Now that gets a little bit more into "Twilight Zone" than I particularly like. Butthis does bring up the possibility of tapping into that energy. One way to increase this releaseof inert gas energy, is to subject the inert gases to high pressure. Under high pressure theretends to be some dislodging of that nucleus and of the atomic structures which allows some of that energy to be released. This will naturally take place in all directions at once. So, if weimpose various conditions on this high pressure excited gas, then we can get all kinds of interesting effects in a line, or various other shapes. Before going further, I would like to note

that there is another part to this. It has to do with our past history and our connection to theother planets. It has been observed that there are larger quantities of inert gases around other planets that have atmospheres than here on earth. It is the contention of the channeled wisdomthat we once had 3% Xenon in our atmosphere and it was removed for us to learn particular lessons.

Xenon, the most interesting of the inert gases, is supposed to have the property of being ableto produce regeneration in the body. By subjecting Xenon to high pressure, magnetic fields,electric fields, and so on, some of its energy is released. This energy is identical in nature tothe raw material of which our aetheric body is made.

Since our body's DNA has the pattern, we should be able regrow missing body parts andregenerate the physical body. But we do not have the aetheric energy. We don't have enoughAetheric Fluidium, or raw material or substance that's necessary, because we're putting it into

many other things. We're using it to heal stress. We're using it for fighting off viruses,infections, dealing with environmental pollution, and many other things. So, the idea of creating regeneration in the body is just to bring more aetheric energy, from stimulatedXenon, into the physical body.

PRE-HISTORYFrom channeled wisdom about Lemuria, which might correspond in biblical times to theGarden of Eden, we had 3% Xenon in our atmosphere. Xenon interacting with Earth'sgravitational field and electric field high up in the atmosphere and, of course, Earth's subtlemagnetic field nearer the ground, enabled a low level Xenon energy to be released all the timeon the planet. We did not have death. We also did not, however, have reincarnation. Byremoving most of Earth's Xenon we were able to achieve that.

I use the word achieve quite correctly, because I now think that death is quite unusual in thegalaxy. It has allowed us to really get in touch with love. And that is its purpose. That is to

say, by dealing with emotional difficulty and suffering, as well as disease and moreimportantly, reincarnation, we're able to take the most important lessons about love from onelifetime to the next, in this way perfecting love in ourselves. Without death, humanity's soulwas much more of one unit. By removing most of our Xenon, we began to die, and our singlesoul began to separate into individual souls. At the appropriate time, I imagine, our individualsouls will rejoin or come together, a time that seems to be approaching. It is as if we were aresearch group, studying love. Then in rejoining, we would share these approaches anddifferent lessons with each other. We would find out the very best and fastest ways to love,and know love at the most powerful levels possible. Certainly, there is a risk in such anexperiment. And we've seen that, too! There's always the potential that we could "lose it"here. But I think that at the spiritual side, it's important to recognize that we are given the

tools to recognize what is. Therefore, it's useful to look from that point of view about Xenon.Another property of Xenon is its ability to protect us from solar radiation. This has not beenchanneled through me. In the book by Solar Cross called "Star Wards" it is suggested thatXenon has the capacity to protect us from solar radiation, which is essentially damaging, andis the cause of death. That's also an interesting adjunct to my other work with Xenon, and hasled to some other applications, including "Sun Elixir" available through Pegasus Products.This is water, exposed to sunlight that has been filtered through the "beam" emitted by aUnidirectional inert gas device containing Xenon. So we see science and spiritual teachingcrossing over their usual boundaries. I've not always been comfortable with that. Butgradually, a larger context emerges.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE DEVICESAs an engineer, I was faced with some technological requirements. I needed to stimulate theseinert gases at high pressures with magnetic fields. The magnetic fields would have to interactwith the gas. Containers needed to be made of a material that was non-magnetic. I havechosen naval bronze as it has no lead in it, as most brasses do. We've found that lead tends to

block the energy that's emitted from the inert gases. In all the experiments that I've done, sincewe don't have an empirical way of measuring, what we'll do is put our hands by the devicesand see what we feel. We're also experimenting with ways in which inert gases influence

plant growth and biological growth in various organisms. There's a lot of variability, becauseit seems as if the aetheric energy needs to have impressed upon it a visualization or some

picture or blueprint as to how it is going to be directed.

One of the best ways to perceive the "inert gas effect" is just by putting your hands near either side of the device. Typicalexperiences people report are temperature change - hot or cold.

Many people will feel a tingling sensation. There are a few people who report a sound insidetheir head, or they can see a light coming out of the device. Generally, approximately 30% of

the people I'll expose these devices to will feel nothing. The explanation for all of this is that,as we're stimulating the aetheric body, the way in which any individual perceives and relatesto the energy that comes to their aetheric body is different. Some people will receive it moreon one side of the body than the other. Some will perceive it as these different stimulations totheir physical senses. I'll typically use high pressures in the devices at many timesatmospheric pressure. Atmospheric pressure is about 14.7 P.S.I. (pounds per square inch).Most of the devices are pressurized at about 300 PSI and go up from there. It is possible toobtain the inert gases at pressures as high as 6000 PSI. But then I run into the problem of

being able to find adequate valves to contain them, because those are extremely high pressures. It does seem, however, as if there is a stronger effect at higher pressures. This alsois true with the stimulation techniques, of which there are many. Permanent magnets areeasiest to work with is. You don't have to plug them in, they don't get any weaker with time,and you can just keep on reusing them. They are very convenient, because you can simplyremove them from each side of the device in order to "turn it off."

In my Unidirectional Device, we've observed that the inert gas effect is emitted parallel to thelines of magnetic flux. When there is a magnet inserted into each end of the device an inertgas energy will be emitted out each end. The inside of the device is a hollow chamber connected to a valve near one end. I can introduce inert gases in various combinations,different pressures and so on, and observe effects by putting a magnet on each side held inwith a small thumb-screw.

The apparent release or energy occurs in a cone, subtending a 20 degree angle. If you are veryclose to the device, then you generally would experience it only within a narrow radius of theends. And as you get further and further away that area of sensation widens, while theintensity diminishes.

I've also constructed a completely different type of device: the"Omnidirectional" (see picture on the left). It uses a different kind of magnet that is commonly found in machine work to mount variousobjects to a lathe or a mill, called a potted magnet (see picture on theright). This type of magnet is cylindrical in shape. On its open end it has

3 annular rings. At the center is the actual magnet. Surrounding thismagnet is a non-magnetic ring of metal. And then on the far outside,going all the way around to the bottom, is a shape like a pot - the kindyou might use on your stove - a saucepan. This is made of mild steel.The North pole is on the top, and the south pole is at the bottom, incontact with the inside bottom floor of the "pot." Magnetic flux isconducted through the bottom, up to the outer edge and jumps across

back to the north pole. This produces essentially a toroidal shaped field like a donut. This typeof potted magnet is similar in principle topologically to a horseshoe magnet, rotated on itsaxis. The Omnidirectional Device is a hollow chamber with a potted magnet standing uprightinside it. I introduce inert gas into this volume and it is in contact with the top of the magnet.

This design has evolved over a number of years. Initially, I had the magnet outside with itsfield penetrating through the outside wall. But because the field is so strong very close to thesurface, and weaker farther away, I was losing about half of the field in the wall.

In this new design, the magnet is actually inside. This makes the construction a lot harder.When magnets get very hot, they lose their magnetism - the Curie Effect. Typical high

brazing temperatures can destroy the magnet. With the Omni, a field results that is circular and extends all around the area. The result, with Argon and Krypton, tends to be meditative inquality. They tend to clear the energy in a room, because of the production of more aetheric

substance. This tends to have the effect of what might be termed aether clearing. Improvedability of individuals to communicate with each other telepathically, to work at more psychiclevels is usually noticed. But most importantly, we found this very helpful for use with thedestruction of negative thought forms. One concept of negative thought forms is that they areideas or programming, like a tape that runs over and over in us, which form in the aetheric

body. As it is held there it tends to be problematic for us. We may do psychological work or other clearing, but we still have those aetheric constructs that we have to deal with. By the useof, particularly, the inert gases Krypton and especially Argon, we're finding we can rapidlyclear those negative thought forms in people. Now if somebody is not doing psychologicalwork to help get at the reason they put the thought form there in the first place, the device willsimply be a stop-gap measure, a band-aid. The person will usually reconstruct the negativethought form within a short period after using the device - it could be as little as an hour, buttypically, it is three days. We've noticed that with Argon the various thought forms from thislifetime are the ones that are generally affected. For thought forms from past lifetimes,Krypton seems to be indicated. It is very easy to determine if Krypton is indicated. If

particular physical complaints or difficulties they're having have a very unusual quality, suchas if they say "I have this pain only at night and only in my left shoulder right here." To me,the image comes up that they got shot with an arrow in a past life at night or perhaps somesimilar past-life vision. But whatever the particular ideology, it seems as if Krypton seems to

be very helpful in various patterns that don't necessarily relate to things that people are awareof from this lifetime, nor that they have consciousness about.

In order to make the Unidirectional devices, I turn the bronze on a lathe, silver braze, and pressure test them, because we certainly don't want to let any Xenon leak out - it is soexpensive. It is fairly intense and rigorous work. However, there is an alternate method of using the devices that is lower in cost. With assistance and advice from several homeopaths,I've developed a way to produce "elixirs" homeopathically from the inert gases. We point oneof the Unidirectional devices into some pure water for about a half hour. Then we dilute thatwater to a 3X potency, with succussion, by traditional homeopathic technique. That meansyou take one drop, mix it with 9 drops of water. Succuss it (hit it on the palm of your hand) 50times, then repeat. Repeat that entire process a total of three times to arrive at a 3X potency.We found that at that dilution many of the properties that are observable with the devices

appear to be directly reproduced into the vibration of the water. The way homeopathy seemsto work is that the potentiation by succussing the liquid seems to help bring into form theintent of the energy placed in it in the first place. I've found particular assistance with anumber of cases with the inert gases Neon and Krypton. We've not had that much successwith Xenon, apparently because the Xenon energy is much more than just vibrational incharacter. It's the actual raw material of which we are recreating missing body parts. It'sdifficult to actually bring that into water.

Inert gas fields can be both magnetically and electrically stimulated. One way to do both is bywrapping a coil all around the device, thus producing a magnetic field inside it. Down thecenter is a wire to produce the electric field. What will be noticed with electric stimulation is

that the inert gas energy appears to be emitted perpendicular to the lines of electric field.Since the electric field radiates cylindrically from the central wire to the inner wall of thedevice, the inert gas energy is emitted perpendicularly, out the long ends of the device. Thus

the magnetic and electric field stimulations combine. This tends to bring the energy, as near aswe can determine, into a very tightly focused beam that is the same diameter as the inner diameter of the chamber. This would appear to be more laser-like in character. We have usedthis for the destruction of negative thought forms in the subtle body itself, passing the energyright through the subtle body of the person, but not through their physical body.

Another device I want to mention is commonly available these days: light bulbs that containKrypton. That's the ultimate "poor person's inert gas device." You've probably heard aboutthese in flashlights. They are little tiny bulbs. However, bulbs containing Krypton arecommonly used in traffic lights, because the Krypton increases the lifetime of the light bulb.What I've done here is simply taken one of these light bulbs and put a magnet next to it tohelp stimulate and focus the energy. Then I wrap the entire arrangement with copper foil. Wecall this a Krypton Concentrator. We initially started using this for stimulation of the ThirdEye, because Krypton seems to associate itself quite a bit with psychic abilities and the abilityto perceive other dimensions - auric vision, in particular. This has been a lot of fun to playwith. A whole program for third eye development has been channeled by Maurice Cooke inCanada in the book, "Other Kingdoms." We've found other uses for Krypton. A number of

people with joint pain and interesting physical body complaints have told me that touching the probe to various parts of their body where there was some difficulty improved their conditiondramatically. I also know people who use these for clearing crystals, where you actually touchthe probe of the Krypton Concentrator to a quartz crystal and clear out any previously stored

programs or energies within it. It is important when using this device that you do not actuallytouch any of the Krypton Concentrator's metallic surfaces with your hand. This will "groundout" the inert gas energy, and keep it from being emitted out the probe tip.

This brings me to the next thing that we've discovered. The inert gas energy is apparentlymono-polar at the 3rd dimensional level. It seems to be emitted from the device and extend

out. If it does eventually come back, completing the circuit, itappears to do so through the 4th dimension. We found withthis device that the inert gas energy is conductible by wires.The copper foil captures the energy. The probe is insulated, soyou don't touch it with your hand, thus allowing the inert gasfield to move through the wire. It is available at the probe tip,which at that point can be touched to the body.

CASE HISTORIES AND APPLICATIONS:

HELIUMWe found that if we take one of the Unidirectional Devices and point it into a glass of water,somebody drinking the water will experience very interesting effects. When you seem to be ina normal state, I've observed a lift - like more energy. For people with migraine headaches, or unusual headache symptoms, water charged by Helium in this way will often rapidly clear theheadache. The explanation for this is that energy may be trapped in the lower part of the bodyand cannot be released out the top of the head out the Crown Chakra. The Helium in the water seems to be able to move through the blood and open that up that Chakra. We've hadinteresting results with that in a number of cases of previously incurable migraines. Another use for the Helium energy is in using the device itself. When pointed directly at the person,many with insomnia have found they can get much more deep and refreshing sleep with thedevice. However, we've also had to moderate it. If the magnetic field is too strong, or thedevice is too close to them, they will actually have difficulty waking up or they'll wake upfeeling groggy. The idea is to find the right blend. Generally, that is going to be a fairly low

magnetic stimulation on the order of 200 or 300 gauss, and a distance away from the personof about 4 to 8 feet. Deeper, more refreshing sleep can be very helpful in a number of conditions. As the body repairs itself in sleep, Helium in the sleep state appears to acceleratethe repair of trauma to the body, like sprains, dislocations, bruises, etc.

NEONThis seems to be extremely helpful for quite a number of people that I've worked with for digestion and energies that have to do with the Root Chakra. Many things that Neon seems towork with is the bringing up of energy, particularly from the Earth or in the lower part of thesubtle bodies, into the Base Chakra. This can affect digestion and anything to do with thelower portion of the body. In fact, quite a few people who suggest natural remedies andvibrational remedies have been using Neon. It is probably the most popular of the rare gasessences that Pegasus Products produces. because of its connection to grounding energy. We've also had several interesting effects with people suffering from various viral complaints, including cytomegalo virus (CMV), andchronic fatigue syndrome (CFIDS). In the past, some of these had other names (likemononucleosis). These are still with us. The names have just changed. With the inert gas

Neon there is some beneficial effect by increasing energy to the Root Chakra, which seems toimprove the immune system, helping to destroy some of these invading organisms. Also, thereproductive system seems to be helped. We have a few cases of individuals having difficultywith conception using Neon in combination with Xenon for improving the function of various

parts of the regenerative system of the body. We've had quite a number of cases here that have been very interesting. This affects both potency for men, and for women the ability to get pregnant. We also have several instances of people who have used these devices for cancer.One of the very first I ever worked with was a woman with cervical cancer. She used a device

containing Neon with a little bit of Helium, so that her sleep would go very well. After four months she had a biopsy and they said no more cancer. It was quite nice for her, and great for me to get that kind of physical verification of my work.

ARGONI've already discussed its use in negative thought form destruction, for which it seems to bequite powerful. You might be quite surprised to see how many people benefit from that. Itseems to also assist with energy in the solar plexus and energy having to do with our ownunderstanding of self-empowerment. Some people also report improved sleep. This isn't somuch for insomniacs, but people who may perhaps be journeying out-of-the-body so muchthat they need to be right in their body while they're nourishing themselves in sleep.

KRYPTONBesides having the negative thought form destruction characteristics I've already observed,Krypton seems to improve psychic abilities. People who use it regularly will generally noticethings happening in the Third Eye. Krypton Elixir is especially interesting. Channeledguidance indicated that it might be helpful for epilepsy. I had a chance to try that with severalcases. In one case, a female epileptic dropped her level of Dilantin in half. In another case,after the use of one entire bottle of Krypton Elixir, a man was able to go off Dilantincompletely, and has had no drugs or seizures since. It has now been two years! That's after

just one bottle of Krypton Elixir. That was quite remarkable and unusual, but it shows us

some of the potentials available with the inert gases. Krypton seems to improve brainfunction. It balances what is happening at a psychic level with the conscious level. Sinceepilepsy appears to be an out-of-phase condition between the different lobes of the brain,Krypton's ability to enhance brain function would certainly seem to help.

XENONXenon is most useful for regeneration. Of course this is very controversial. We don't have theability in traditional science to produce regeneration in human beings very easily. We usuallymix Xenon with various other gases to focus on particular parts of the body. We have aXenon-based combination for regrowing teeth. I have worked with several people who haveregrown missing teeth. The combination includes Neon and Helium with the Xenon. Next, wehave some cases of people who have regenerated hips and improved their backs. Here wegenerally use Krypton mixed with the Xenon, as it seems to help bone and skin. But for bloodengorged organs, for parts of the body where blood is used, then we usually mix Argon withthe Xenon. For the regenerative system, we use Neon mixed with Xenon. Lastly, one I'veexperimented a lot with is a combination of Xenon with small amounts of Argon andKrypton. This seems to be very helpful for lungs. When I expose myself to it, I experiencesomething very similar to how I feel around a negative ion machine: I have deeper breathing,and a feeling of lightness and increased energy.

GENERAL APPLICATIONThe inert gas energy is best emitted in line with magnetic fields. It's usually suggested that the person sleep aligned with the earth's north/ south magnetic field. The device is placed in thenorth end of the room and points directly at the person's head as they are sleeping. When themoon is in the same astrological sign as the bodily system governed by that sign, we find itgenerally not useful to use the device. For instance, Scorpio governs the regenerative organs.So, you would not use the device when working with the regenerative organs when the moonis in Scorpio. Working with the inert gases certainly has a lot of potential. Of course, I'vetouched only briefly on the higher power uses of this, which can get us far afield frommedical, therapeutic and other applications and into all kinds of very interesting capacities,some of which I am working with currently. In the meantime I invite others to become aware

of and work with the inert gases, as they may see appropriate.

Questions:Regarding the characteristics of the inert gas energy, what other kinds of energy might be

present besides magnetic or electro-magnetic?

When looking at the theoretical side of this, it's really controversial! Because who knowswhat magnetism is? It's the contention of the subtle energy that I work with that magneticenergy is a wind in the aether. And the movement of aetheric, therefore, shows up as what isrevealed as magnetic energy. This is actually a more fundamental component of energy thaneither electric or magnetic, and, in fact, is the basis or building-block of all matter in theuniverse, having come from these 4th dimensional Primary Points becoming 3rd dimensionaland then manifesting, as the matter that we work with.

How do I mix the gases? There's almost nothing known about the eutectics of mixed gasesand I couldn't find a mixing manifold for gases.

Right! No mixing manifold is necessary! It's just a matter of partial pressures. Physically, tomix them is very simple. You just put the pressure gauge on the chamber and bring it up tothe partial pressures that are needed for the various mixtures - very simple! There's always the

problem that the denser inert gases, like Krypton and Xenon, will liquify at too high a

pressure. So, that has to be taken into account.

Have you experimented with mixing any of the noble gases with inert non-noble gases, like Nitrogen?

Yes! There have been some very interesting experiments done with Oxygen. Apparently,Oxygen has very interesting vibrational characteristics and has a lot to do with life. So, there

seems to be some interesting relationships between the vibrational characteristics of Oxygenand its ability to work with the inert gases. It's something that I'm only just beginning to

pursue at this point. With all the other gases, certainly there may be other application outthere. In my own experiments, I've not been able to discover any particular usefulness inmixing with Nitrogen or other gases.

Have you ever used pulsed fields, either DC or AC with frequencies, and what has been theresult?

It seems as if pulsed fields can be very useful, particularly the device used for the destructionof negative thought forms. Pulsed fields on the order of 30 to 60 cycles, low frequencies, arevery useful. However, where it certainly gets interesting is if you get up into the highfrequencies. But the problem with that is the physical construction of the device in order toget adequate penetration. If a metal chamber is used, skin effects and eddy currents can

prevent much of the magnetic field from entering into the inert gas inside.

When working with inert gases how important is consciousness and your intention?

If you visualize where the changes are going to go, that is usually how they show up. And thatis usually how the device is used. While you're sleeping, you hold the visualization of wherethe energy is going to go. However, we do have experience with people in comas, or workingwith animals and plants, where the intent of the operator - the intent of the person near them -is also available and quite useful.
