ECONOMIC GEOLOGY
The Abitibi Greenstone Belt hosts a prolific number of gold mines. Preliminary exploration to date has delineated several quartz-ankerite veins in fracture/breccia zones along structurally controlled northeast-trending shear/fault zones on the properties over substantial lengths up to 1000 ft. Mineralization is high-grade in places... the better values ranging from 0.4 to 3.0 opt Au with widths from l to 2 m.As well the zones carry copper values as well as silver, lead, and zinc on the southernmost claims in Tudhope Twp.
Gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt have been found in all parts of the cyclic volcanic piles; within the ultramafic volcanic base and the felsic top as well as within associated sediments and younger felsic intrusives. The major gold mines found throughout this greenstone belt are generally all located along well defined regional structural/ stratigraphic horizons. The significant gold mineralization occurs along deformation zones within quartz-ankerite veins/ stockworks and are directly associated with areas of extensive carbonatization. These zones are locally structurally controlled. The economically viable part of the vein system tend to cluster at dilational jogs formed during late trans-tension or wrench faulting along pre-existing faults or at the intersection of faults or fault zones of various trends.
The typically structurally-controlled gold depositsoof the Timmins-Kirkland Lake Camps extend to depths measured in the thousands of feet.
These mineralizations are deep-seated.
page o PREVIOUS WORK
This area was prospected in the early 1900's following silver discoveries in the Cobalt area during 1903.
1936 Trenching on the Milroy Claims returned assays from 0.62-1.68 oz/ton Au from northeast-trending shears.
1939 Sylvanite gold mines performed sampling on four (4) claims which returned assays from tr-0.42 oz/ton Au.
1940 WA Taylor Property, trenching on a shear striking 060 returned assays to 3.02oz/ton Au
1955-56 Red Lake Mines Ltd., drilled 23 shallow drill holes along the Palmer-Vaughan-Estival Break with best assay of l .28 oz/ton Au over q.2 ft.
1961 -62 Fatima Mining Company held 12 claims in Tudhope Township. Best assays were .11-1.17 oz/ton Au over 1-3 ft.
1962 Mayer Mining Company drilled 6 holes totalling 130 feet with no assays reported. 1967 Trihope Mining Company conducted magnetic, electromagnetic and geological
surveys. 1972-73 Consolidated Boeing Resources carried out geophysical and geochemical surveys
over portions of the current claim block in addition to drilling 2 holes. 1975 Rip Van Winkle syndicate carried out EM, Mag and SP surveys over portions of
the property. 1978-90 Bear Island Land Caution shut down exploration in the project area.
1990 Land Caution partially lifted over parts of the project area.
1990-93 EMS Group conduct linecutting, geological surveys, ground mag and EM surveys, prospecting, sampling, diamond drilling Si. trenching. Continuity of the main gold-bearing zones proven over 5 kilometres of strike to 100m depth.
1990-93 Dunn Group also working on part of the property. Prospecting, soil sampling, mag, EM surveys, trenching, mapping and sampling uncovered a 1,000 foot long shear zone with assays to .44 oz/ton Au as well as Cu, Pb, Zn Ag credits. In addition an adjoining quartz-feldspar-porphyry was discovered intersected by the main shear which carried gold values in shears within the porphyry. The main shear is parallel to the EMS properties which are in turn parallel to the Palmer- Vaughan-Estival Break.
1994 Helicopter-borne magnetometer and VLR-EM survey over all the project area delineates NE structures and NW cross cutting structures. Conducted by Geonex Aerodat for Arista Resources Inc.

AIRBORNE SURVEY
The helicopter borne mag and VLF EM survey was performed by Geonex Aerodat on a larger area which included the subject property. The logistics report is included in the appendix.
Total Field MagneticsLines were flown @ azimuth of 135-315 with an average line
spacing of 100m.The Total field magnetic intensity was measured by a cesium high sensitivity magnetometer at an average sensor elevation of 45m and corrected for diurnal variation. Map contours are in nano Teslas and are multiples of 2nt. lOnt, 50nt, 250nt. and lOOOnt.Navigation and flight path recovery was conducted using a Global Positioning System (GPS).Average helicopter terrain clearance was 60m monitored by radar and barometric altimeters. Vertical Gradient
Vertical Gradient contour data is calculated from the total field magnetics data by an FFT algorithim. Map contours are in nanoteslas/metre and are multiples of o.oSnT/m, 0.25nTXm, l.OOnT/m. S.OOnT/m.and 25.0nTXm. Total Field VLF-EM
Total field VLF EM data measured by a Herz Totem 2A sensor at an average elevation of 45m.
Flights utilized NAA.Cutler Maine, 24.0 kHz as the transmitter.Quadrature profile J.% per/mm.Map contours are in % and multiples of l?;, 5%, and 25%.
A total of 92 line kilometres were flown on the Property.
page y EVALUATION
Auriferous zones are traceable over several thousands of feet. While some of the 23 holes drilled by Red Lake Mines fall into the Tudhope Claim group, one hole returned low assays, 3 holes did not recover the vein and a fifth hole did not give a grade on the mineralized zone. Two holes gave 0.25 OPT/1.2 ft and 1.28 OPT.
The 1962 Sturdy Fatima Mining Ltd., drilling was poorly conducted. These holes are collared in the footwall of the north zone and drilled south thereby chasing the zone down dip with the drilling. Only one hole successfully intersected the zone. The vein description suggests that the main zone wasn't assayed.
Most of the drilling has been very shallow and in many cases intercepts may have been in the weathered portions of the veining. Drill water likely flushed gold away with the sludge.
Mineralized zones dip south @ 070. Associated sub-parallel stringers are present as much as 40 feet into the footwall. Other narrow quartz veinlets are intercepted to be present as perpendicular, late fracture fillings.
The geophysical information available does not delineate the known mineralization (ie: quartz veins with disseminated sulphides). The VLF conductors coincide with geological contacts, therefore there is a potential for stratabound conductors and Au targets.
As there is a direct relationship on all the subject properties between gold content and disseminated sulphide content several geologists have recommended I.P. (Induced Polarization) surveys be conducted to delineate the zones.
An independent evaluation has indicated the following grade tonnage potential exists on the properties.
Down to 600 feet subsurface........
North Vein = 3,691,125 TonsSouth Vein = 1,384,600 TonsTotal S.07S.72S Tons
If 20*^o makes grade then 1,016,920 Tons are available with mining width of 6 feet and a target grade of 0.30 oz/ton Au.
Down to Limit of Property..........
North Vein ^ 17,595,419 Tons South Vein = 5,923,802 Tons Total 23.519.221 Tons
If 20"7o makes ore then 4,703,843 Tons are available.
This does not take into account the "Dunn" shear zone which has a 1,000 ft strike length and has never been drill tested.

DISCUSSION 6, CONCLUSIONS
The structurally-controlled gold deposits in the Kirkland Lake Region extend to depths of thousands of feet. The structurally controlled gold bearing vein-sulphide zones present on the Arista Resources Honeymoon Gold Property compare favourably with other properties in the region where detailed exploration has resulted in economic mineral discoveries.
Although the zones are narrow they do in places attain mineable widths. A 6.0 ft channel sample averaging 0.39 oz/ton Au was taken from the North Gold Zone.
The airborne survey has delineated two areas where the zones are cut by NW trending structures. These may be priority areas for dilatant zones (opening up zones),in the search for mineable zones of mineralization.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Selected areas of the North Gold Zone covered by overburden should have an IP survey performed over them and the better targets diamond drilled. As well the two zones(NE Trending zones) cut by the NW trending breaks should be examined with IP surveys and the better targets diamond drilled.IP is suggested as the gold mineralization is seen to be directly proportional to the sulphides present (pyrite and chalcopyrite). The IP would respond to disseminated sulphides.
Grid should be refurbished or cut this winter over the target areas in preparation for a spring IP (Induced Polarization) survey.
Any diamond drilling should utilize larger diameter core to ensure good core recovery and minimize the "nugget effect".
